As shown in fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a five-layer sidewall TBR tire for mine dedicated side burst prevention, where a sidewall of the tire sequentially includes five layers of structures, namely, an inner liner 1, a carcass steel wire 2, an isolation layer, a steel wire wrapping cloth 3 and sidewall rubber 4, from inside to outside, and the isolation layer includes a cushion rubber 5 and a rubber core 6; the cushion rubber 5 in the isolating layer is lapped with the rubber core 6 together to isolate the carcass steel wire 2 and the steel wire wrapping cloth 3, so that the problem of delamination caused by the interaction of the carcass steel wire 2 and the steel wire wrapping cloth 3 is reduced; the radius of the upper tire side arc 7 of the tire is 130-160mm, the radius of the upper tire side arc 7 is smaller than that of an upper tire side arc value of a traditional mining TBR tire, the radius of the lower shoulder counter arc 8 is 200-250mm and larger than that of the traditional mining TBR tire, the small upper tire side arc 7 and the large lower shoulder counter arc 8 are adopted, the sinking amount of the tire in an inflated state is guaranteed through the design of the outer contour of the tire, and the probability that the tire side is scratched by road stones is reduced. Wherein, the wedge 5 is positioned at the tire shoulder and is a filling component for separating the belted layer and the tire body, which can reduce the heat generation of the tire shoulder; the rubber core 6 is positioned above the steel wire ring of the ring part and fills the ring part to play a supporting role.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, the steel wire wrapping cloth 3 is wrapped to the anti-friction boss 9 of the tire shoulder, the stress strain of the wrapping end point is reduced, the early-stage delaminating and bulging of the tire shoulder caused by overhigh wrapping end point is avoided, the shoulder deformation area can be avoided, the overall strength of the tire side is increased by two layers of steel wires at the whole tire side part, and meanwhile, the outer steel wire wrapping cloth 3 can prevent the inward growth of trauma and protect the tire body.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 2, the angle between the steel wire wrapping cloth 3 and the tire body steel wire 2 is 20-30 degrees, through calculation and analysis, the small-angle steel wire wrapping cloth 3 is adopted, the reinforcing effect of the steel wire wrapping cloth 3 on the ring part can be ensured, the anti-puncturing performance of the tire side part is improved, and the angle is more convenient for reversely wrapping the steel wire wrapping cloth 3 to the anti-friction boss 9 of the tire shoulder during forming.
