the swing frame body 28 is provided with a swing rotation hole 29 and a swing driving hole 30, a clamping driving cylinder 15 is installed in the swing driving hole 30, a clamping guide sleeve 17 is vertically arranged in the swing rotation hole 29, a clamping rotating shaft 18 is arranged in the clamping guide sleeve 17, a clamping swing arm 16 is hinged between the clamping driving cylinder 15 and the clamping rotating shaft 18, a clamping eccentric part 20 is arranged at the lower part of the clamping rotating shaft 18, a clamping process notch 19 is arranged at the clamping eccentric part 20, and in the clamping process notch 19, the clamping eccentric part 20 is hinged with one end of a clamping force application arm 21; the other end of the clamping force applying arm 21 is connected with the root part 25 of the clamping bent arm; one end of the clamping force applying arm 21 passes through the movable end 23 of the clamping bent arm to be exposed; the clamping C-shaped opening bent arm 22 is held on the supporting vertical arm 9 through a clamping bent arm movable end 23 and a clamping bent arm root part 25; the outer side wall of the clamping eccentric part 20 is in rotating pressure contact with the side surface of the movable end 23 of the clamping bent arm;
an opening is arranged between the movable end 23 of the clamping bent arm and the root 25 of the clamping bent arm;
a vertical mounting hole 31 is arranged on the swing frame body 28 and is sleeved on the supporting vertical arm 9;
the clamping driving cylinder 15 drives the clamping rotating shaft 18 to rotate in the clamping guide sleeve 17 through the clamping swing arm 16, the clamping eccentric part 20 drives the clamping force applying arm 21 to swing, the clamping eccentric part 20 rotates and extrudes, and the clamping process notch 19 and the eccentric clamping force applying arm 21 are utilized to relatively move the movable end 23 of the clamping bent arm and the root 25 of the clamping bent arm, so that the opening is reduced to be clamped on the supporting vertical arm 9; preferably, a spring sleeved on the eccentric clamping force application arm 21 is arranged between the movable end 23 of the clamping bent arm and the root 25 of the clamping bent arm, so that automatic opening is realized.
The grinding and polishing head locking device locks the grinding and polishing head on the supporting vertical arm to avoid the left and right swinging when the equipment runs; the clamping eccentric part is driven by the cylinder, and the C-shaped opening bent arm 22 is adjusted to be opened and closed, so that the grinding and polishing head is locked on the supporting vertical arm.
In the lifting scheme, a lifting guide wheel 32 and a lifting fixing screw seat 33 are arranged on a swinging frame body 28,
a rotating motor 42 and a rotating input wheel frame body 44 in transmission connection with the rotating motor 42 are arranged on the lifting frame body 34, and the rotating input wheel frame body 44 is coaxially and rotatably arranged with the first sample support 13 or the sample support 48; the first sample support 13 or the sample support 48 is arranged on the lifting frame body 34 in a lifting mode through the main driving shaft body 43;
the finger 14 is vertically disposed on the rotating input reel body 44;
a return spring 46 is provided between the finger 14 and the rotary input carrier body 44;
a main drive shaft body 43 is provided on the rotation input carrier body 44; the lower end of the main driving shaft body 43 is connected with the first sample bracket 13 or the second sample bracket 48; a load cell 45 is provided on the cage body 34 for contact with the main drive shaft body 43.
In the grinding and polishing process of the sample, the force applied above the sample is divided into two forms, one form is that the force F applied above the sample by the finger 14 can be set according to requirements, and the influence on the grinding and polishing of the sample caused by the overlarge or insufficient force F applied above the sample in the grinding and polishing process is avoided; the other mode is that feedback is carried out through a load cell 45, the descending distance is controlled, accurate real-time adjustment of ascending and descending is realized, the required F is achieved, the descending distance is recorded in real time, and the descending distance is used as a key basis for how much the sample is removed by grinding (the grinding amount of the sample is simply called). The force F exerted on the sample is displayed in real time by the liquid crystal screen, so that the force F exerted on the sample by the grinding and polishing process can be easily quantified.
As in fig. 1-2, at polishing station 2, there was abrasive disc a4 and/or abrasive disc B5 for carrying the sample; the number of the grinding discs in the structure is not limited.
The grinding disc A4 and the grinding disc B5 are driven to rotate by respective rotation driving parts 6 respectively, or can be driven to rotate by a driver at the same time; the driving method is not limited to gears, chains, belts, or the like.
The rotary driving part 6 drives the corresponding grinding disc A4 or grinding disc B5 to rotate through a gear or a transmission belt;
and a liquid inlet flushing pipe 7 and a liquid discharge pipeline 8 are arranged at the grinding and polishing station 2 to realize flushing.
A swing sensing sector plate 26 is provided on the support vertical arm 9, and a swing angle sensor 27 that swings with respect to the swing sensing sector plate 26 is provided on the swing frame body 28. And realizing angle control. When the swing sensing sector plate 26 sets an angle to sense the swing angle sensor 27, the sensing signal is 1 or 0; when the set angle of the swing sensing sector plate 26 does not sense the swing angle sensor 27, the sensing signal is 0 or 1; the number of the swing sensor sector plates 26 is not limited, and the positions of the swing sensor sector plates and the swing angle sensor 27 can be changed or other equivalent modifications can be made. The angle control may be a variety of schemes.
The invention has the following functions: the grinding disc A and the grinding disc B are provided with independent drivers to independently control the starting and stopping of the grinding discs; a swinging induction sector plate is arranged and fixed on the supporting vertical arm, and a position detection sensor is fixed on the grinding and polishing head and swings along with the grinding and polishing head to detect the position of the grinding and polishing head and realize the independent control of the grinding and polishing disk;
1. when the grinding and polishing head is positioned on the upper side of the grinding disc A, the grinding disc A works and the grinding disc B does not work when a start button is pressed to operate; when the grinding disc A works, the base control panel can be operated to control the grinding disc B to run and stop; 2. when the grinding and polishing head is positioned at the upper side of the grinding disc A, the grinding disc A does not work, and the base control panel can be operated to control the grinding disc B to run and stop; 3. when the grinding and polishing head is positioned on the upper side of the grinding disc B, the grinding disc B works and the grinding disc A does not work when a start button is pressed to operate; when the grinding disc B works, the base control panel can be operated to control the grinding disc A to run and stop; 4. when the grinding and polishing head is positioned at the upper side of the grinding disc B, the grinding disc B does not work, and the base control panel can be operated to control the grinding disc A to run and stop; 5. when the grinding and polishing head does not work, the grinding disc A/B can be independently controlled by the base control panel.
The invention can be more suitable for schools. The pressure control device is reasonable in structure, changes the traditional thinking, and can realize rapid lifting adjustment and pressure control F.

the head part (3) is provided with a lifting part (11); a first sample support (13) movably sleeved on the sample (49) or a second sample support (48) clamping the sample (49) is arranged at the lower end of the lifting part (11);
the method is characterized in that: the lifting part (11) comprises a lifting frame body (34) which lifts at the top of the supporting vertical arm (9); a lifting lead screw (36), a lifting slide rail (35), a swinging frame body (28), a lifting guide wheel (32) and a lifting fixing screw base (33) are arranged between the lifting frame body (34) and the supporting vertical arm (9), and the lifting lead screw (36) drives the lifting frame body (34) to move up and down on the swinging frame body (28);
when the lifting lead screw (36) is arranged on the lifting frame body (34), a lifting driver (37) and a lifting counter (41) are arranged on the lifting frame body (34), a lifting screw input wheel (38) and a lifting counting first gear (39) are coaxially arranged at the upper end of the lifting lead screw (36), and the lifting counter (41) is in transmission connection with a lifting counting second gear (40);
the first lifting counting gear (39) is in transmission connection with the second lifting counting gear (40), and the input wheel (38) of the lifting screw is in transmission connection with the lifting driver (37);
the first gear (39) for up-down counting is smaller than the second gear (40) for up-down counting.

the grinding and polishing head locking device (10) comprises a swinging frame body (28) and a clamping C-shaped opening bent arm (22) sleeved at the head part of the supporting vertical arm (9); the clamping C-shaped opening bent arm (22) is provided with a clamping bent arm movable end (23) and a clamping bent arm root part (25);
the swing frame body (28) is provided with a swing rotating hole (29) and a swing driving hole (30), a clamping driving cylinder (15) is installed in the swing driving hole (30), a clamping guide sleeve (17) is vertically arranged in the swing rotating hole (29), a clamping rotating shaft (18) is arranged in the clamping guide sleeve (17), a clamping swing arm (16) is hinged between the clamping driving cylinder (15) and the clamping rotating shaft (18), the lower part of the clamping rotating shaft (18) is provided with a clamping eccentric part (20), a clamping process notch (19) is arranged at the clamping eccentric part (20), and in the clamping process notch (19), the clamping eccentric part (20) is hinged with one end of a clamping force applying arm (21); the other end of the clamping force applying arm (21) is connected with the root part (25) of the clamping bent arm; one end of the clamping force applying arm (21) passes through the movable end (23) of the clamping bent arm to be exposed; the clamping C-shaped opening bent arm (22) is held on the supporting vertical arm (9) through a clamping bent arm movable end (23) and a clamping bent arm root part (25); the outer side wall of the clamping eccentric part (20) is in rotating pressure contact with the side surface of the movable end (23) of the clamping bent arm;
an opening is arranged between the movable end (23) of the clamping bent arm and the root (25) of the clamping bent arm;
a vertical mounting hole (31) is formed in the supporting vertical arm (9) and sleeved on the supporting vertical arm (9);
the clamping driving cylinder (15) drives the clamping rotating shaft (18) to rotate in the clamping guide sleeve (17) through the clamping swing arm (16), the clamping eccentric portion (20) drives the clamping force applying arm (21) to swing, and the clamping force applying arm (21) pushes the movable end (23) of the clamping bent arm to the root portion (25) of the clamping bent arm, so that the opening is reduced to be clamped on the supporting vertical arm (9).

The multipurpose grinding and polishing machine for increasing the sample grinding quantity control according to claim 2, characterized in that: a swing induction sector plate (26) is arranged on the supporting vertical arm (9), and a swing angle sensor (27) which swings relative to the swing induction sector plate (26) is arranged on the swing frame body (28); when the swing sensing sector plate (26) sets an angle to sense a swing angle sensor (27), a sensing signal is 1 or 0; when the set angle of the swing induction sector plate (26) does not induce the swing angle sensor (27), the sensing signal is 0 or 1.

the rotary driving part (6) drives the corresponding grinding disc A (4) or grinding disc B (5) to rotate through a gear or a transmission belt;
the grinding and polishing station (2) is provided with a liquid inlet flushing pipe (7) and a liquid discharge pipeline (8).
