When the casting blank reaches a set length, the infrared probe 5 collects signals of the first signal point 3, the flame cutting trolley 2 clamps the casting blank and moves along with the casting blank, the casting blank is cut simultaneously, the exhaust fan 8 slides on the walking track 1 along with the flame cutting trolley 2 and starts to work, steam generated by cutting the casting blank is collected from one end of the fog suction cover 6, when the casting blank moves to the second signal point 4, the distance between the first signal point 3 and the second signal point 4 is equal to the stroke distance of the flame cutting trolley 2, at the moment, the flame cutting trolley 2 just moves to an extreme position, the infrared probe 5 collects signals of the second signal point 4 and feeds the signals back to the flame cutting trolley 2, and the flame cutting trolley 2 returns to the original position after obtaining a return in-situ signal and waits for cutting the next casting blank. Because infrared signal is stable, the spacing signal that obtains through casting blank walking distance is more accurate moreover, and the fine effect that plays back spacing signal has avoided the emergence of quality accident, has reduced the waste product volume, has also avoided the damage of equipment.
