Abstract

Aiming at the lack of the production process of the high-rib whole plate required by the current engineering production, the method for rolling the plate with the reinforcing ribs of various types and shapes according to the actual requirement is realized, and the method can be used for producing special plates of different specifications and types according to different requirements only by replacing different hole-shaped dies, and specifically comprises a lower conveying roller, an upper positioning roller, a die and a rolling forming method; the invention is a safe and economic special plate production method, can improve the production efficiency, reduce the production cost, save the manpower input and has wide application prospect.

Background
The high-performance alloy sheet has wider application in the fields of aerospace and national defense devices, and the device for some special purposes is required to be provided with reinforcing ribs to meet the performance requirement. Through search, in the current practical production, the high-rib plate is realized by directly casting or later welding reinforcing ribs, but the following problems exist:the production efficiency is low and the cost is high;the assembly line type production cannot be realized, and the resource waste is serious;reinforcing ribs in different shapes and types need to be replaced by different production equipment, and have the defects of sand holes, poor precision and the like, and the yield is low;
rolling is the most economic and efficient forming means of high-performance plates at present, and the integral performance of the plates can be obviously improved as metal is subjected to plastic deformation through rolling;
however, in the aerospace field, the strength of the whole structure needs to be improved by forming the reinforcing ribs while the sheet is rolled and formed, wherein the production of the high-rib sheet is more difficult, the local thickening of the blank needs to reach the height required by the rib body while the blank is integrally thinned, and the production process is extremely difficult. If a part requires that the thickness of the wall plate is less than 4mm, and the height of the rib is required to reach 20mm;
