An air flow mill run-out control apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the detection mechanism comprises a fixed cylinder (400), a sliding rod (430), a proximity sensor (460) and an arc-shaped plate (440), the fixed cylinder (400) is fixedly connected to the fixed frame (110), the sliding rod (430) penetrates through and is slidably connected to the fixed cylinder (400), one end of the sliding rod (430) is fixedly connected with a sliding plate (420), and a spring (410) is fixedly connected between the sliding plate (420) and the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (400); the outer end of the sliding rod (430) is also fixedly connected with an arc-shaped plate (440); one end of the sliding plate (420) is also fixedly connected with a detection head (450), the inner wall of the fixed cylinder (400) is fixedly connected with a proximity sensor (460), and the detection head (450) is matched with the proximity sensor (460) for use; the proximity sensor (460) is electrically connected with the control module (500).
