A pair of gear pairs 45 engaged with each other is provided between the first lower supporting roller 19 and the first upper pressing roller 20, and is used for driving the first upper pressing roller 20 and the first lower supporting roller 19 to rotate reversely.
The upper portion of the first support is provided with a longitudinal slide way in the vertical direction, an I-shaped third slide block 46 is installed in the longitudinal slide way in a sliding clearance fit mode, one end of a roll shaft of the first upper press roll is rotatably installed in the third slide block 46, and the lower end of a cylinder rod of the third air cylinder 21 is inserted into the longitudinal slide way of the first support and connected with the third slide block 46 and used for driving the first upper press roll to lift.
A rotatable second lower supporting roller 26 and a second upper pressing roller 25 are arranged between the flanging supporting plate 42 and the third conveyor belt mechanism 10 on the frame through a second supporting column in a cantilever manner, and one end of the second lower supporting roller 26 is in transmission connection with a roller shaft 8 of the adjacent third conveyor belt mechanism 10 positioned below through a belt or a chain; and a second upper press roller 25 is pressed on the second lower carrier roller through a fourth air cylinder 24 arranged at the upper end of the second support column, and is used for realizing the pressing of the second strip of leather after being glued and folded. A pair of gear pairs engaged with each other is also provided between the second lower carrier roller 26 and the second upper press roller 25, and is used for driving the second upper press roller and the second lower carrier roller to rotate in opposite directions.
The upper portion of the second support column is also provided with a longitudinal slide way along the vertical direction, a third slide block is further arranged in the longitudinal slide way, and the second upper pressing roller is connected with a piston rod of the fourth air cylinder 24 through the third slide block and used for achieving lifting of the second upper pressing roller.
A third support column 33 is fixed in the middle of the rear end of the frame 1, two transverse shafts 35 which are horizontally arranged up and down are fixed on the third support column 33, the upper edges of the two transverse shafts 35 respectively correspond to inlets between the two conveyor belts of the first conveyor belt mechanism 13 and the two conveyor belts of the second conveyor belt mechanism 3, and a pair of feeding baffles 34 are respectively sleeved on the two transverse shafts 35 and fixed through jackscrews and used for limiting the feeding position of two strips of leather so that the two strips of leather horizontally enter the first conveyor belt mechanism and the second conveyor belt mechanism when being bonded.
During operation, the positions of a pair of feeding baffles 34 on the two transverse shafts are respectively adjusted, so that the overlapping width of two pieces of leather is adjusted, and the distance between each pair of feeding baffles 34 is equivalent to the width of the two pieces of leather to be bonded. Starting a first motor 12, a second motor 4 and a third motor 41 to respectively drive two first conveyor belt mechanisms 13, a second conveyor belt mechanism 3 and a third conveyor belt mechanism 10 to synchronously operate; and starting the electric heaters in the first glue box and the second glue box 23 to heat the bonding material in the glue boxes.
A second piece of leather to be bonded enters between the conveyor belts of the two second conveyor belt mechanisms 3 through a feeding baffle plate on the upper transverse shaft, the second piece of leather passes between the primary glue coating wheel 51 and the upper pressing wheel 49 along with the operation of the second conveyor belt mechanisms, when the second piece of leather passes above the first photoelectric switch 52, the first photoelectric switch is switched on, the first air cylinder 29 is started to drive the first glue box to move upwards, the primary glue coating wheel moves upwards and then is adhered to the edge of the second piece of leather, and the edge to be folded of the second piece of leather is continuously coated with glue through the matching of the pressing wheel 49;
the second piece of glued leather enters a primary folding die and a secondary folding die on the folding supporting plate 42, the inner side edge of the second piece of leather is bent downwards by 90 degrees through the primary folding die, and then the inner side edge of the second piece of leather is folded downwards by 180 degrees through the secondary folding die to realize folding.
And the second piece of leather after edge folding enters a position between the second lower carrier roller and the second upper press roller, the fourth air cylinder 24 is started to drive the second upper press roller to move downwards to press the second piece of leather on the second lower carrier roller, and the edge folding part of the second piece of leather is bonded with the bottom surface along with the reverse rotation of the second lower carrier roller and the second upper press roller.
The second piece of leather after edge folding and bonding enters between the conveyor belts of two third conveyor belt mechanisms 10 after passing through a second lower supporting roller and a second upper pressing roller, the second piece of leather is enabled to pass between a secondary gluing wheel 48 and a pressing wheel 49 above the secondary gluing wheel along with the operation of the third conveyor belt mechanisms 10, when the second piece of leather passes above a second photoelectric switch 47, the second photoelectric switch 47 is enabled to be conducted, a second air cylinder 22 is started to drive a second glue box 23 to move upwards, the secondary gluing wheel 48 is enabled to move upwards and then be attached to the edge of the second piece of leather, and the secondary gluing is carried out on the folded lower edge of the second piece of leather through the matching of the pressing wheel 49;
meanwhile, a first piece of leather to be bonded enters between the conveyor belts of the two first conveyor belt mechanisms through a feeding baffle 34 on a lower transverse shaft, the first piece of leather 32 is conveyed to a position between the first lower carrier roller 19 and the first upper press roller and below the second piece of leather along with the operation of the first conveyor belt mechanism, so that the first piece of leather is partially overlapped with the second piece of leather subjected to secondary gluing, the third cylinder 21 is started to drive the first upper press roller to move downwards to press the two pieces of leather on the second lower carrier roller, and the overlapped parts of the two pieces of leather are continuously bonded along with the reverse rotation of the first lower carrier roller 19 and the first upper press roller.

two second support arms which are arranged back and forth are arranged on the other side of the rear part of the rack, two second conveyor belt mechanisms which are arranged up and down are arranged between the two second support arms, and two roll shafts of the second conveyor belt mechanism positioned below are in transmission connection with a second motor; the second conveyor belt mechanism positioned above is pressed on the second conveyor belt mechanism positioned below through elastic pressing pieces arranged on the two second support arms, and is used for clamping and feeding the second strip of leather positioned above and partially overlapping with the edge of the leather positioned below;
a first air cylinder is vertically arranged between the two second support arms through a cantilever, a first glue box is arranged at the upper end of a cylinder rod of the first air cylinder, a glue outlet square pipe is arranged at the lower end of the first glue box, and the lower end of the glue outlet square pipe corresponds to one side of the inner edge of the conveyor belt of the second conveyor belt mechanism below; a rotatable primary glue spreading wheel is mounted at the lower end of the glue outlet square tube and used for spreading the glue discharged from the first glue box on the edge of the second strip of leather;
a folding supporting plate is arranged on the machine frame in front of the second conveyor belt mechanism, and a primary folding die and a secondary folding die which are arranged in front and at the back are arranged on the folding supporting plate and are used for folding and bonding the second piece of leather coated with glue;
two third support arms which are arranged back and forth are arranged in the middle of the rack corresponding to the second support arm, two third conveyor belt mechanisms which are horizontally arranged up and down are arranged between the two third support arms, and two roll shafts of the third conveyor belt mechanism positioned below are in transmission connection with a third motor arranged on the rack; the third conveyor belt mechanism positioned above is pressed on the third conveyor belt mechanism positioned below through elastic pressing pieces arranged on the two third support arms, and is used for clamping and feeding the second piece of leather after edge folding;
a second air cylinder is vertically arranged between the two third support arms through a cantilever, a second glue box is arranged at the upper end of a cylinder rod of the second air cylinder, a glue outlet square pipe is also arranged at the lower end of the second glue box, and the lower end of the glue outlet square pipe corresponds to one side of the inner edge of the conveying belt of the lower third conveying belt mechanism; a rotatable secondary glue coating wheel is arranged at the lower end of the glue outlet square pipe and used for coating the glue discharged by the second glue box on the folded edge of the second piece of leather;
a first rotatable lower carrier roller and a first upper pressing roller are mounted on the rack close to the front end through a first support, and one end of the first lower carrier roller is in transmission connection with a third motor; the first upper press roller is pressed on the first lower carrier roller through a third cylinder arranged at the upper end of the first support column and is used for realizing the adhesion of the overlapped part of the two strips of leather;
guide rails are respectively arranged on the machine frame at the positions of the second support arms along the transverse direction, and the two second support arms are connected into a whole through a cross beam between the two second support arms and are arranged on the two guide rails in a sliding fit manner; the second motor is arranged on the cross beam; and a screw rod transmission mechanism is arranged between the middle part of the cross beam and the rack and is used for adjusting the positions of the second support arm and the second conveyor belt mechanism so as to adjust the overlapping width of the two strips of leather.
