Abstract
一种功率的确定方法及装置。根据选择的SSB和CSI‑RS资源中任一个的变化情况,确定是否提升目标接收功率,从而考虑了选择CSI‑RS资源的情况,能够在必要的情况下进行功率提升并避免无用的重传,从而提高了随机接入的成功率并减少了UE的功率消耗。
