In step S1, the monitoring device 9 determines whether or not the user is trapped. If it is determined in step S1 that the user is not trapped, the monitoring device 9 repeats the operation of step S1. When it is determined in step S1 that the user is trapped, the monitoring device 9 performs the operation of step S2. In step S2, the monitoring device 9 transmits information indicating that the user is trapped in the car 5 to the information center device 10. When transmitting to the information center apparatus 10, the monitoring apparatus 9 causes at least one of the voice output apparatus 7d and the display apparatus 7e to notify that "information to be reported to the information center" is obtained by integrating the message information corresponding to the code information "21" and the code information "30". If it is determined in step S3 that the direct conversation alternative function is not present, the monitoring device 9 performs the operation of step S4. In step S4, the monitoring device 9 transmits information requesting a voice call with a user trapped in the car 5 to the information center device 10. After that, the monitoring device 9 performs the operation of step S5. In step S5, the monitoring device 9 relays call information between the user trapped in the car 5 and the operator of the information center device 10.
If it is determined in step S3 that the direct conversation alternative function is present, the monitoring device 9 performs the operation of step S6. In step S6, the monitoring apparatus 9 transmits information requesting a set of code information to the information center apparatus 10. After that, the information center device 10 performs the operation of step S7. In step S7, the information center apparatus 10 selects a set of code information from the plurality of code information, and transmits the set of code information to the monitoring apparatus 9. After that, the monitoring device 9 performs the operation of step S8. In step S8, the monitoring device 9 collectively notifies at least one of the voice output device 7d and the display device 7e of a set of message information corresponding to each of the set of code information from the information center device 10. The monitoring device 9 and the information center device 10 repeat the operations of step S7 and step S8 according to the situation.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the monitoring device 9 collectively notifies at least one of the voice output device 7d and the display device 7e of a set of message information corresponding to each of the code information sets. Therefore, even with a small storage capacity, appropriate information corresponding to the situation can be notified to the user.
In this case, the monitoring device 9 may not have a function of relaying the voice call. Therefore, appropriate information corresponding to the situation can be notified to the user without using an expensive digital signal processor.

Therefore, it is possible to present an evacuation method to the users trapped in the car 5.
For example, when receiving code information corresponding to information indicating each of the plurality of floor buttons and code information corresponding to information indicating a press, the monitoring device 9 causes at least one of the voice output device 7d and the display device 7e to notify information indicating that the corresponding floor button is pressed. Therefore, it is possible to present a method of evacuation to a user trapped in the car 5 at a floor where the car 5 can reach.
For example, when receiving code information corresponding to information indicating each of a plurality of times and code information corresponding to information indicating that a maintenance worker will arrive, the monitoring device 9 causes at least one of the voice output device 7d and the display device 7e to notify information indicating that the maintenance worker will arrive after the lapse of the time. Therefore, the user trapped in the car 5 can be relieved.
For example, when receiving code information corresponding to an information center and code information corresponding to information indicating contact content from the information center, the monitoring device 9 causes at least one of the voice output device 7d and the display device 7e to notify information indicating contact content from the information center. Therefore, the user trapped in the car 5 can be relieved.
In the present embodiment, the combination of a set of code information is described by taking the example of combining two pieces of code information, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and three or more pieces of code information may be combined as a set of code information.
In addition, the telephone number of the maintenance company of the elevator may be published inside the car 5. In this case, when the user is trapped in the car 5, the user may call a maintenance company of the elevator using a mobile phone, a smartphone, or the like to communicate more detailed status to the person in charge.
Next, an example of the monitoring device 9 will be described with reference to fig. 5.

The functions of the monitoring device 9 may be implemented by a processing circuit. For example, the processing circuit is provided with at least one processor 11a and at least one memory 11 b. For example, the processing circuit is provided with at least one dedicated hardware 12.
In the case of a processing circuit provided with at least one processor 11a and at least one memory 11b, the functions of the monitoring device 9 are implemented by software, firmware or a combination of software and firmware. At least one of the software and the firmware is described as a program. At least one of the software and the firmware is stored in the at least one memory 11 b. The at least one processor 11a realizes the functions of the monitoring apparatus 9 by reading out and executing the program stored in the at least one memory 11 b. The at least one processor 11a is also referred to as a central processing unit, a processing unit, an arithmetic unit, a microprocessor, a microcomputer, or a DSP. For example, the at least one memory 11b is a nonvolatile or volatile semiconductor memory such as RAM, ROM, flash memory, EPROM, EEPROM, or the like, a magnetic disk, a flexible disk, an optical disk, a compact disk, a mini disk, a DVD, or the like.
In the case where the processing Circuit includes at least one dedicated hardware 12, the processing Circuit is realized by, for example, a single Circuit, a composite Circuit, a programmed processor, a parallel programmed processor, an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array), or a combination thereof. For example, each function of the monitoring device 9 is realized by a processing circuit. For example, the functions of the monitoring device 9 are realized by a processing circuit in a lump.
The functions of the monitoring apparatus 9 may be partially implemented by dedicated hardware 12 and partially implemented by software or firmware. For example, the functions of the control section 9b may be realized by a processing circuit as dedicated hardware 12, and the functions other than the functions of the control section 9b may be realized by at least one processor 11a reading and executing a program stored in at least one memory 11 b.
In this way, the processing circuit implements the functions of the monitoring apparatus 9 by hardware 12, software, firmware, or a combination thereof.
Although not shown, the functions of the control device 8 are also realized by a processing circuit equivalent to the processing circuit that realizes the functions of the monitoring device 9.
