Specifically, the terminal detects whether a non-operating carrier measurement stop condition is met or not in real time during the process of performing channel quality data measurement of the non-operating carrier, and stops the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier when the non-operating carrier measurement stop condition is met.
The non-working carrier measurement stop condition may be that the CQI value of the working carrier is higher than a preset measurement stop threshold, and at this time, the channel quality of the working carrier is better, and carrier switching is not required, so that channel quality data of the non-working carrier does not need to be reported to the base station. The non-working carrier measurement stop condition may also be that the measurement duration exceeds a preset measurement duration, where the measurement duration is a duration consumed for performing measurement of channel quality data of the non-working carrier, the preset measurement duration is a preset maximum duration consumed for performing measurement of channel quality data of the non-working carrier, and if the measurement duration exceeds the preset measurement duration, the measurement is stopped, and the measurement is adjusted to the working carrier. In addition, the measurement stop condition may be that all the non-operating carriers configured by the base station are channel measured, and if the measurement of the channel quality data of all the non-operating carriers configured by the base station is already finished, the measurement may be stopped.
The terminal can stop the measurement of the channel quality data when the non-working carrier measurement stop condition is met, and can stop the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier after receiving a non-working carrier measurement stop instruction issued by the base station. Here, the non-working carrier measurement stop instruction is used to instruct the terminal to stop measuring the channel quality data of the non-working carrier, the sending of the non-working carrier measurement stop instruction may be implemented by RRC signaling or DCI, and the non-working carrier measurement instruction may further include a non-working carrier or a non-working carrier group for which the channel quality data needs to be measured and stopped.
In addition, the base station can also issue non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information to the terminal in advance. The non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information is used for configuring a period for the terminal to stop the non-working carrier channel quality data measurement. After receiving the non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information, the terminal may configure a measurement stop timer based on the non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information, and when the measurement stop period timer period arrives, may stop the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier.
According to any of the above embodiments, the method further includes, before step 140: receiving non-working carrier measurement stop configuration information sent by a base station; the non-working carrier measurement stop configuration information includes at least one of a non-working carrier measurement stop condition, a preset measurement stop threshold, a preset measurement duration, and non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information. Here, the non-operating carrier measurement stop configuration information is used to instruct the terminal to perform relevant configuration for the measurement stop of the non-operating carrier.
Based on any of the above embodiments, in the method, step 130 specifically includes: and if the residual available space exists in the uplink transmission, reporting the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to the base station based on the residual available space.
Specifically, when it is required to report channel quality data of a non-operating carrier to the base station, it may be determined whether there is remaining available space (padding) in uplink transmission. If the residual available space exists, selecting and reporting all or part of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier according to the size of the residual available space, thereby better utilizing uplink channel resources and avoiding resource waste.

In particular, there may be multiple carriers for a non-active carrier for any terminal. The base station may specify the non-working carrier specifically requiring the terminal to perform channel quality reporting by issuing the non-working carrier configuration instruction to the terminal, that is, the terminal only needs to perform channel quality measurement and reporting on the non-working carrier or the non-working carrier group included in the non-working carrier configuration instruction.
Based on any of the above embodiments, a method for reporting channel quality information specifically includes:
the base station groups the full bandwidth carrier or a part of the bandwidth carrier according to the factors such as the terminal capability and the channel quality of the working carrier, and issues the grouping information which needs the terminal to report the channel quality to the terminal through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling. And after receiving the RRC signaling, the terminal acquires the non-working carrier waves needing to be subjected to channel quality reporting.
After determining the non-working carrier required to perform channel quality reporting, the terminal may adjust to the non-working carrier to perform channel quality measurement in a non-service transmission period according to a non-working carrier measurement start instruction issued by the base station.
The terminal can also judge whether the non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition is met or not through the measured channel quality data of the working carrier, wherein the non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition is preset by the base station and sent to the terminal, and the non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition can be that the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a preset measurement starting threshold. And if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets the starting judgment condition of the non-working carrier measurement, the terminal measures the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in the non-service transmission period.
In addition, the base station may also start a periodic timer for the terminal to be pre-configured with the non-working carrier measurement. If the period of the non-working carrier measurement starting period timer is up, the terminal adjusts to the non-working carrier to measure the channel quality.
After the channel quality measurement of the non-working carrier is completed, the channel quality data of the non-working carrier needs to be reported.
The base station may issue a non-working carrier reporting indication through RRC signaling or DCI (Downlink Control Information), and explicitly indicate the terminal to report all or a specified part of the existing channel quality data of the bandwidth, where the channel quality data may include the working carrier and/or the non-working carrier. And after receiving the instruction issued by the base station, the terminal reports the channel quality data of the designated bandwidth of the base station. If the terminal does not have the channel quality data of the partial bandwidth designated by the base station at the current moment, the channel quality data corresponding to the partial bandwidth can be reported by using a special indication instead.
In addition, the base station can also pre-configure a non-working carrier reporting period timer for the terminal. And if the period of the non-working carrier reporting period timer reaches, the terminal reports the corresponding channel quality data. Here, the reporting of the channel quality data of the working carrier and the reporting of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier may adopt the same reporting period or different reporting periods.
Moreover, the base station can also pre-configure the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition for the terminal. And if the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition is met, reporting the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to the base station. Here, the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition includes at least one of that the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a first preset working carrier reporting threshold, the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a difference between the CQI value of the non-working carrier and the offset, the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the first preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, and the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a second preset working carrier reporting threshold and the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the second preset non-working carrier reporting threshold.
When reporting the channel quality data, it may be determined whether there is padding in uplink transmission at the current time, and if there is padding, selecting to report the channel quality data based on the size of the padding.
In the execution process of the channel quality reporting method, the base station may issue a non-working carrier measurement stop indication through RRC signaling or DCI (physical layer) according to the channel quality of the working carrier, so as to instruct the terminal to stop the channel quality measurement of a part of the bandwidth. And the terminal stops the channel quality measurement after receiving the non-working carrier measurement stop instruction sent by the base station.
In addition, the base station may also configure a non-operating carrier measurement stop condition or a non-operating carrier measurement stop period timer for the terminal in advance. Here, the non-operating carrier measurement stop condition may be at least one of that the CQI value of the operating carrier is higher than a preset measurement stop threshold, that the measurement duration exceeds a preset measurement duration, and that channel measurement of all non-operating carriers configured by the base station is completed. And if the non-working carrier measurement stop condition is met or the period of the non-working carrier measurement stop period timer arrives, the terminal stops the channel quality measurement.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the base station groups the full bandwidth carrier or the partial bandwidth carrier and issues the configuration instructions of measurement, report and stop to the terminal. The terminal adjusts to a non-working carrier to carry out channel quality measurement or stop measurement according to the measurement configuration set by the base station when the terminal is in a non-service transmission period, and reports available partial bandwidth channel quality data in time according to the reporting configuration of the base station, so that the base station is assisted to better carry out dynamic scheduling and interference avoidance.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the terminal includes a working carrier measurement unit 210, a non-working carrier measurement unit 220, and a channel quality reporting unit 230;
the working carrier measurement unit 210 is configured to measure channel quality data of a working carrier;
the non-working carrier measurement unit 220 is configured to measure the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement start judgment condition;
the channel quality reporting unit 230 is configured to report the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to a base station.
According to the terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the channel quality data of the working carrier meets the measurement starting judgment condition of the non-working carrier, the channel quality data of the non-working carrier is measured and reported to the base station in the non-service transmission period, so that the base station can acquire the interference condition of other carrier resources, and dynamic scheduling and interference avoidance can be better performed. And the terminal executes the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier under the trigger of the non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition, and the base station does not need to frequently instruct the terminal to change the position and the number of the working carriers to measure the non-working carriers, thereby realizing the reasonable configuration of resources.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the inactive carrier measurement unit 220 is specifically configured to:
and if the CQI value in the channel quality data of the working carrier is lower than a preset measurement starting threshold value, determining that the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition, and measuring the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period.

if the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition is met, or a non-working carrier reporting indication sent by a base station is received, or the period of a non-working carrier reporting period timer arrives, reporting the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to the base station;
the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition comprises at least one of that the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a first preset working carrier reporting threshold, the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than the difference between the CQI value of the non-working carrier and the offset, the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the first preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, and the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a second preset working carrier reporting threshold and the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the second preset non-working carrier reporting threshold;
the non-working carrier reporting period timer is configured based on non-working carrier reporting period timing information issued by the base station;
and if the channel quality data of the non-working carrier does not exist, reporting a special indication.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the channel quality reporting unit 230 is specifically configured to:
and reporting the channel quality data of each non-reported non-working carrier to the base station after the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier is stopped.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the terminal further includes:
a reporting configuration unit, configured to receive non-working carrier reporting configuration information sent by the base station; the non-working carrier reporting configuration information includes at least one of the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition, a first preset working carrier reporting threshold, a second preset working carrier reporting threshold, an offset, a first preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, a second preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, and non-working carrier reporting period timing information.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the terminal further comprises a measurement stopping unit; the measurement stopping unit is used for:
if the non-working carrier measurement stop condition is met, or a non-working carrier measurement stop instruction sent by a base station is received, or the period of a non-working carrier measurement stop period timer arrives, stopping the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier;
the non-working carrier wave measurement stopping condition comprises that the CQI value of the working carrier wave is higher than a preset measurement stopping threshold value, the measurement time length exceeds a preset measurement time length, and at least one of all non-working carrier wave channel measurement configured by the base station is completed;
the non-working carrier measurement stop period timer is configured and obtained based on non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information issued by the base station.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the terminal further includes:
a measurement stop configuration unit, configured to receive non-operating carrier measurement stop configuration information sent by the base station; the non-working carrier measurement stop configuration information includes at least one of the non-working carrier measurement stop condition, the preset measurement stop threshold, the preset measurement duration, and non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the channel quality reporting unit 230 is specifically configured to:

1. A method for reporting channel quality information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
measuring channel quality data of the working carrier;
if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets the starting judgment condition of non-working carrier measurement, measuring the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period;
and reporting the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to a base station.
2. The method for reporting channel quality information according to claim 1, wherein if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement start judgment condition, the measuring the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period specifically includes:
and if the CQI value in the channel quality data of the working carrier is lower than a preset measurement starting threshold value, determining that the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition, and measuring the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period.
3. The method for reporting channel quality according to claim 1, further comprising:
if a non-working carrier measurement starting instruction sent by a base station is received, or the non-working carrier measurement starting period timer reaches periodically, measuring channel quality data of a non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period;
the non-working carrier measurement starting period timer is configured based on non-working carrier measurement starting period timing information issued by the base station.

The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement start judgment condition, the method measures the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period, and before the method, further includes:
receiving non-working carrier measurement starting configuration information sent by the base station; the non-working carrier measurement starting configuration information comprises at least one of the non-working carrier measurement starting judgment condition, a preset measurement starting threshold value and non-working carrier measurement starting period timing information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the reporting the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier to a base station specifically comprises:
if the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition is met, or a non-working carrier reporting indication sent by a base station is received, or the period of a non-working carrier reporting period timer arrives, reporting the channel quality data of the non-working carrier to the base station;
the non-working carrier reporting judgment condition comprises at least one of that the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a first preset working carrier reporting threshold, the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than the difference between the CQI value of the non-working carrier and the offset, the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the first preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, and the CQI value of the working carrier is lower than a second preset working carrier reporting threshold and the CQI value of the non-working carrier is higher than the second preset non-working carrier reporting threshold;
the non-working carrier reporting period timer is configured based on non-working carrier reporting period timing information issued by the base station;
and if the channel quality data of the non-working carrier does not exist, reporting a special indication.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein reporting the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier to a base station specifically comprises:
and reporting the channel quality data of each non-reported non-working carrier to the base station after the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier is stopped.
7. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1, 5, and 6, wherein the reporting the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier to the base station further comprises:
receiving non-working carrier reporting configuration information sent by the base station; the non-working carrier reporting configuration information comprises at least one of a non-working carrier reporting judgment condition, a first preset working carrier reporting threshold, a second preset working carrier reporting threshold, an offset, a first preset non-working carrier reporting threshold, a second preset non-working carrier reporting threshold and non-working carrier reporting period timing information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein if the channel quality data of the working carrier meets a non-working carrier measurement start judgment condition, the method measures the channel quality data of the non-working carrier in a non-service transmission period, and then further comprises:
if the non-working carrier measurement stop condition is met, or a non-working carrier measurement stop instruction sent by a base station is received, or the period of a non-working carrier measurement stop period timer arrives, stopping the measurement of the channel quality data of the non-working carrier;
the non-working carrier wave measurement stopping condition comprises that the CQI value of the working carrier wave is higher than a preset measurement stopping threshold value, the measurement time length exceeds a preset measurement time length, and at least one of all non-working carrier wave channel measurement configured by the base station is completed;
the non-working carrier measurement stop period timer is configured and obtained based on non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information issued by the base station.

The method of claim 8, wherein if the condition for stopping measurement of the non-operating carrier is satisfied, or a non-operating carrier measurement stop instruction sent by a base station is received, or a non-operating carrier measurement stop period timer period arrives, stopping measurement of the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier, and before the method further comprises:
receiving non-working carrier measurement stop configuration information sent by the base station; the non-working carrier measurement stop configuration information includes at least one of the non-working carrier measurement stop condition, the preset measurement stop threshold, the preset measurement duration, and non-working carrier measurement stop period timing information.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the reporting the channel quality data of the non-operating carrier to the base station specifically comprises:
