As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a play terminal, including an OTT initiator 101(OTT Launcher), a Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) initiator 102(DLNA Launcher), and a Pre-initiator 103(Pre-Launcher), where:
an OTT initiator 101, configured to initiate an OTT service;
a DLNA launcher 102 configured to launch an RUI service on a DLNA server connected to the play terminal via a network;
the pre-starter 103 is configured to receive a first key operation of a remote controller, determine a starter corresponding to the first key operation, and start a corresponding starter, where the starter includes: OTT initiator 101, DLNA initiator 102.
In an exemplary embodiment, the playing terminal is a television, a set-top box or other playing devices.
In an exemplary embodiment, the number of the OTT initiators 101 may be 1 or more; the number of the DLNA initiators 102 may be 1 or more.
DLNA4.0 proposes a Commercial Video Profile 2 (CVP 2) device model, and a CVP2 player may obtain a UI of an RUI source in a network through a Remote User Interface (RUI) service; therefore, the UI of different RUI sources (i.e. different operator RUI sources or RUI sources of other internet vendors) can be obtained by the embedded CVP2 player, which has the advantage of displaying the home page of the local operator or other internet vendors without any customization of the playback terminal. In the DLNA4.0 protocol, a user interface is presented on a cast terminal through an RUI service. The description of the UI is a standard hypertext Markup Language (HTML) 5 Language, so that the universal model broadcast terminal can meet different presentation requirements of OTT applications and local network operators (or other internet vendors) at the same time. Therefore, the DLNA4.0RUI technology can realize that the broadcasting terminal of the horizontal market supports the operator/internet vendor service and the OTT service of different regions.
The playing terminal provided by the embodiment of the application uses parallel DLNA launchers (multiple) and OTT launchers (multiple) to give service priority to the user, and presents the UI of the local network or the UI of the OTT according to the user's desire. Wherein, DLNA Launcher is compatible with DLNA4.0 and HTML-5RUI standard protocol, and OTT Launcher is the Launcher of the original factory of the playing terminal.
In an exemplary embodiment, the key in the first key operation is a power-on key, a standby key or a home key.
In an exemplary embodiment, the initiating the corresponding initiator includes:
detecting whether the pre-starter 103 starts one starter and whether the started starter is the same as the starter corresponding to the first key operation;
if one starter is started and the started starter is the same as the starter corresponding to the first key operation, directly starting the corresponding starter;
and if one starter is started and the started starter is different from the starter corresponding to the first key operation, exiting the currently started starter and starting the corresponding starter.
In the application, DLNA launchers and OTT launchers coexist in a universal-type play terminal, an implementation program of two Launcher coexisting and switching mechanisms is called Pre-Launcher and also resides in the play terminal, and two Launcher applications can be respectively invoked by a DLNA homepage (home network operator service homepage or other internet vendor homepage) key and an OTT service homepage (play terminal preset homepage) key. The two home keys may be on one remote controller or on two remote controllers (e.g., one player terminal vendor remote controller, the home key is OTT only; and one home network operator or other internet vendor remote controller, the home key is DLNA only). At any time, the user can complete the switching between the OTT and the service of the network operator (or other internet vendors) by pressing different home page keys. The playing terminal needs to intercept specific key values (power on, standby and two homepages) of the remote controller and needs to process the key values through a Pre-Launcher before sending the key values to the application, and the Pre-Launcher controls the two launchers according to the key values of the remote controller.
(1) Power-off starting-up, remote controller starting-up
The first step is as follows: powering off and starting up a user or pressing a standby key of a remote controller to start up, starting a play terminal Pre-Launcher, and capturing a key value;
the second step is that: Pre-Launcher judges whether the key of DLNA remote controller or the key of OTT remote controller, if the key of OTT remote controller, OTT Launcher is directly started, OTT advertisement may be played before starting, if the key of DLNA remote controller, the third step is executed;
the third step: and Pre-Launcher searches the DLNA service, if the DLNA service is searched, the DLNA Launcher is directly started, if a plurality of DLNA services exist, user selection is provided, and the corresponding DLNA Launcher is started after the user selection. If not, the OTT Launcher can be started directly (OTT advertisement may be played before starting). The DLNA service advertisement may be played before searching for a DLNA, or may be played after a DLNA service is searched and selected.
(2) Main page key
The first step is as follows: a user presses a home page key (DLNA home page key or OTT home page key);
the second step is that: Pre-Launcher and capturing key value, if detecting DLNA main page key, if present, starting DLNA Launcher directly, if not present, quitting OTT service, then starting DLNA Launcher after optionally playing DLNA boot advertisement; if the OTT main page key is detected, if the current state is the OTT service state, the OTT Launcher is directly started, if the current state is not the OTT service state, the DLNA service is quitted, and then the OTT Launcher is started after the OTT boot advertisement is optionally played.
In an exemplary embodiment, before the launching of the corresponding launcher, the pre-launcher 103 is further configured to:
acquiring a starting-up advertisement file of the corresponding starter;
detecting whether the starting-up advertisement file is complete, and if the starting-up advertisement file is incomplete, displaying a pre-stored default page or an OTT advertisement page;
and if the starting-up advertisement file is complete, displaying the starting-up advertisement file.
Specifically, the Pre-Launcher has an integrity check function on the advertisement file, and if the integrity of the file is problematic, the OTT advertisement page can be displayed, and if the integrity of the OTT advertisement page is also problematic, the Pre-stored default page is displayed.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the initiator corresponding to the first key operation is the DLNA initiator 102, the starting the corresponding initiator includes:
searching DLNA service;
if a DLNA service is searched, directly starting the DLNA initiator 102 corresponding to the DLNA service, or providing a user selection list including the DLNA service and waiting for receiving a selection operation of a user, and starting the corresponding DLNA initiator 102 according to the DLNA service selected by the user;
if a plurality of DLNA services are searched, a user selection list including the plurality of DLNA services is provided and a selection operation of a user is waited to be received, and the corresponding DLNA launcher 102 is started according to the DLNA service selected by the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, the providing the user selection list including the plurality of DLNA services includes:
displaying the plurality of searched DLNA services through M × N windows, wherein M, N are all natural numbers larger than 0, M and N are dynamically set according to the number of the searched DLNA services, and each window of the M × N windows is used for displaying program content or program related information of one DLNA service;
or, displaying the plurality of searched DLNA services through m × n windows, wherein m and n are preset natural numbers which are larger than 0, the (m × n-1) windows in the m × n windows are used for displaying the program content or the program related information of one DLNA service, and one window in the m × n windows is used for reminding the user of having more choices.
The Pre-Launcher can support the discovery of a plurality of RUI sources, the Pre-Launcher starts a DLNA Launcher application, the DLNA Launcher application can display all the RUI UIs on a screen, if the display is not finished, the RUI UIs can be adopted to be more, the user is reminded to select, and the numerical values of m and n are 2 as shown in FIG. 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the user selects one of the DLNA services, the selected DLNA service is displayed through the home screen, and the DLNA services that are not selected are displayed in a picture-in-picture form through screen thumbnails in the home screen, or are not displayed.
When the play terminal supports a multi-Decoder (Decoder), the DLNA Launcher application should be able to play video pictures (e.g., corresponding RUI source start-up advertisement or video program) in a plurality of RUI UI windows, and for RUI UI windows with insufficient resources, the DLNA Launcher application may play last played frame or display only DLNA source related information, such as service provider name, ICON (ICON), etc., in these RUI UI windows.
As shown in FIG. 3, after a user selects one RUI UI, the DLNA Launcher application may further present the RUI UI on a large screen, and the other RUI UIs may be presented in a picture-in-picture manner. The user can select another RUI UI, and the DLNA Launcher application completes the handover. Similarly, after the user selects a certain RUI source in the local UI input list, the local UI application may further present the RUI UI in a large screen, and other RUI UIs may be presented in a picture-in-picture manner. As shown in FIG. 4, the user may also select other RUI UIs, and the local UI application may also complete the window switch.
In an exemplary embodiment, the launcher further comprises an event application launcher; the pre-initiator 103 is further configured to:
receiving an event sent by an event server;
determining an event application starter to be started according to a preset corresponding relation table of events and the event application starter;
detecting whether the pre-starter 103 has started a starter other than the event application starter to be started, and if so, exiting the currently started starter;
and starting the event application starter to be started.
The Pre-Launcher of the embodiment of the application supports receiving events and different launch applications of launchers, as shown in fig. 5, a built-in event receiver of the Pre-Launcher can receive events sent by an event server; the event receiver reads a corresponding relation table of the event and the event application starter to obtain an ID of the event application starter to be started; and when the Pre-Launcher is in the OTT Launcher application or the DLNA Launcher application, the Pre-Launcher exits the current application and starts the event application Launcher. The playing terminal provides an event configuration interface, and can configure whether the Launch event application launcher exists after the terminal receives the event and which application can be launched. The event server may be deployed in a play terminal, a cloud, or a home network.
When the terminal is in a standby state, the playing terminal is automatically started after receiving the event, the Pre-Launcher does not play the starting advertisement, the event is directly received, and Launch applications with different launchs are directly received, for example, when the door is ringing, the terminal is automatically waken, and the Pre-Launcher automatic Launch video call application is used. Generally, in order to reduce the standby power consumption, the power of the main processor is usually turned off, and one design is to receive an event through an MPU with micro power consumption, and the MPU triggers the main processor to turn on when receiving the event. After the main processor is started, a Pre-Launcher is started, and the Pre-Launcher applies a Launcher according to different events of an event ID Launch; further, the Pre-Launcher can automatically exit the event application Launcher, such as when the video call application has no user response for a long time (e.g., the user is away from home), the Pre-Launcher automatically exits the video call application and automatically shuts down.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pre-initiator 103 is further configured to:
receiving a second key operation of the remote controller, wherein the second key operation is used for displaying an input source;
displaying one or more services that can be initiated, the services including at least one of: OTT service, DLNA service.
The existing playing terminals are provided with input selection keys, and besides the shortage of OTT information sources connected by application, users can also select the information sources on the HDMI physical input socket. The playing terminal provided by the embodiment of the application adds the DLNA input source options on the input selection, specifically, a user can see the added DLNA input options in the input selection function bar, if a plurality of DLNA services exist in the user home network, the playing terminal can automatically discover all the DLNA services, and the list is on the screen. If the user selects the DLNA service of the home network operator (or other internet vendor), the home page of the operator (or other internet vendor) is seen on the screen. In this way, the local input source UI may add multiple input source selections, optimizing the user experience.
The following is a specific implementation example, and the local UI of the playback terminal supports the selection function of the input signal source, such as HDMI 1, HDMI 2 for selecting STB and DVB player, and so on. The playing terminal of the application adds the function of displaying DLNA4.0 information sources existing in the home network in a list mode, and the process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: a user inputs an input source selection key, the playing terminal sequentially displays input interfaces such as HDMI and the like, and prompts that DLNA service is being searched;
the second step is that: the playing terminal displays the searched DLNA service sequence, including the service name, the ICON and the like;
the third step: the user moves the cursor, now inputting a certain DLNA source;
the fourth step: the playing terminal starts the starting application of the DLNA service, and can play the starting advertisement corresponding to the DLNA service before starting.
In the implementation, the playing terminal should be able to find the DLNA service appearing at any time and cache the RUI of the DLNA on the playing terminal, so as to obtain the satisfied experience of the user. The cast terminal should be able to obtain, use, and display in the input list UI of the cast terminal the name and icon of the RUI of the home network operator (or other internet vendor), i.e., < name > and < icon > values associated with the < UI > element in the RUI protocol, so that the user can select the home network service RUI input source in the input selection UI, thereby connecting the cast terminal to the service of the home network operator (or other internet vendor).
In an exemplary embodiment, before starting the RUI service, the DLNA initiator 102 is further configured to:
authenticating the DLNA server;
and if the authentication is passed, triggering the operation of starting the RUI service on the DLNA server, and after the RUI service is started, performing content protection on the media stream between the DLNA server and the play terminal.
The broadcast terminal (e.g., a smart tv) in the embodiment of the present application, in which a CVP 2Client (CVP2 Client) is embedded, includes an RUI-H Pull Controller Device Capability (RUI-H Pull Controller Device Capability), and specifically includes:
1) RUI-H Server Control Point (RUI-H Server Control Point): a UPNP Control Point (UPNP Control Point) of the RUI H5 server conforming to the UPNP RUI protocol;
2) RUI-H Transport client (RUI-H Transport client) (RUI-H User Agent)): a standard H5 browser;
3) DLNA Media Transport Client (DLNA Media Transport Client): the playing of the media stream can be completed, according to the third part of DLNA 4.0: the Link Protection (Part 3: Link Protection) Part proposes a technology to complete content Protection from a DLNA source to a playing terminal, and other content Protection technologies can also be adopted;
4) an Authentication Client (Authentication Client), according to the seventh part of DLNA 4.0: authentication (Part 7: Authentication) completes the Authentication with the DLNA source, and other equipment Authentication technologies can also be adopted
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the broadcasting terminal further includes an advertisement broadcasting module and an advertisement agency module, wherein:
the advertisement playing module is used for sending an advertisement request to the advertisement agent module after receiving a starting instruction, wherein the advertisement request is used for requesting advertisement information to be played; receiving an advertisement response of an advertisement agent module, and playing an advertisement according to the advertisement response;
and the advertisement agent module is used for receiving the advertisement request of the advertisement playing module, constructing an advertisement response according to the prestored advertisement information to be played and sending the advertisement response to the advertisement playing module.
This application sets up two subassemblies in order to solve the unable problem of establishing network connection with advertisement server of broadcast terminal when starting up in the broadcast terminal: the advertisement agent module is used for maintaining the session state of advertisement playing. The connection between the advertisement agent module and the advertisement playing module is a local network, so the advertisement material for playing in the application can only be obtained in advance, and the reported advertisement tracking information can only be reported afterwards (the service for starting up the advertisement allows the tracking of the long-period advertisement playing behavior).
In an exemplary embodiment, the advertisement Server is arranged in the CVP-2Server, when the broadcast terminal is powered on, if the user selects a DLNA input source (which may be but is not limited to from a home gateway) in the home network, the CVP-2Client searches for an RUI service in the home network, and if the user selects the DLNA input source, the CVP-2Client triggers the advertisement broadcast module to broadcast the cached advertisement content and then starts an RUI; and the advertisement agent module in the CVP-2Client maintains the session state with the advertisement Server in the CVP-2Server after the home network is connected, and completes the acquisition of the advertisement materials, the presentation and the tracking strategy.
In the present application, it is necessary to specify a case where a plurality of DLNA input sources exist simultaneously. The presentation policy of each advertisement material must indicate the service provider identifier to which the material belongs. And only when the SPID in the CVP-2Server or the embedded RUI-H Server equipment description is the same as the SPID in the presentation strategy of the advertisement materials, the playing terminal can play the advertisement content in the cache, otherwise, the playing terminal can play the startup advertisement set by the playing terminal by default or take other predefined actions.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a playing method of a playing terminal, including the following steps:
step 801: receiving a first key operation of a remote controller;
in an exemplary embodiment, the playing terminal is a television, a set-top box or other playing devices.

and if one starter is started and the started starter is different from the starter corresponding to the first key operation, exiting the currently started starter and starting the corresponding starter.
In the application, DLNA launchers and OTT launchers coexist in a universal-type play terminal, an implementation program of two launchers coexisting and switching mechanism is called Pre-Launcher and also resides in the play terminal, and two Launcher applications can be respectively called by a DLNA homepage (home network operator service homepage or homepage of other internet vendor services) key and an OTT service homepage (play terminal preset homepage) key. The two home keys may be on one remote controller or on two remote controllers (e.g., a remote controller for a broadcast terminal original factory, where the home key is OTT only; and a remote controller for a home network operator or other internet vendor, where the home key is DLNA only).
(1) Power-off starting-up, remote controller starting-up
The first step is as follows: powering off and starting up a user or pressing a standby key of a remote controller to start up, starting a play terminal Pre-Launcher, and capturing a key value;
the second step is that: Pre-Launcher judges whether the key of DLNA remote controller or the key of OTT remote controller, if the key of OTT remote controller, OTT Launcher is directly started, OTT advertisement may be played before starting, if the key of DLNA remote controller, the third step is executed;
the third step: and Pre-Launcher searches the DLNA service, if the DLNA service is searched, the DLNA Launcher is directly started, if a plurality of DLNA services exist, user selection is provided, and the corresponding DLNA Launcher is started after the user selection. If not, the OTT Launcher can be started directly (OTT advertisement may be played before starting). The DLNA service advertisement may be played before searching for a DLNA, or may be played after a DLNA service is searched and selected.
(2) Main page key
The first step is as follows: a user presses a home page key (DLNA home page key or OTT home page key);
the second step is that: Pre-Launcher and capturing key value, if detecting DLNA main page key, if present, starting DLNA Launcher directly, if not present, quitting OTT service, then starting DLNA Launcher after optionally playing DLNA boot advertisement; if the OTT main page key is detected, if the current state is the OTT service state, the OTT Launcher is directly started, if the current state is not the OTT service state, the DLNA service is quitted, and then the OTT Launcher is started after the OTT boot advertisement is optionally played.
In an exemplary embodiment, before the launching the corresponding launcher, the method further comprises:
acquiring a starting-up advertisement file of the corresponding starter;
detecting whether the starting-up advertisement file is complete, and if the starting-up advertisement file is incomplete, displaying a pre-stored default page or an OTT advertisement page;
and if the starting-up advertisement file is complete, displaying the starting-up advertisement file.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the initiator corresponding to the first key operation is the DLNA initiator, the starting the corresponding initiator includes:
searching DLNA service;
if a DLNA service is searched, directly starting the DLNA starter corresponding to the DLNA service, or providing a user selection list containing the DLNA service and waiting for receiving the selection operation of a user, and starting the corresponding DLNA starter according to the DLNA service selected by the user;
and if a plurality of DLNA services are searched, providing a user selection list containing the DLNA services, waiting for receiving the selection operation of the user, and starting the corresponding DLNA starter according to the DLNA service selected by the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, the providing the user selection list including the plurality of DLNA services includes:
displaying the plurality of searched DLNA services through M × N windows, wherein M, N are all natural numbers larger than 0, M and N are dynamically set according to the number of the searched DLNA services, and each window of the M × N windows is used for displaying program content or program related information of one DLNA service;
or, displaying the plurality of searched DLNA services through m × n windows, wherein m and n are preset natural numbers which are larger than 0, the (m × n-1) windows in the m × n windows are used for displaying the program content or the program related information of one DLNA service, and one window in the m × n windows is used for reminding the user of having more choices.
The Pre-Launcher may support the discovery of multiple RUI sources, the Pre-Launcher launches the DLNA Launcher application, which may display all of these RUI UIs on the screen, and if not, may take "more" to remind the user to select, as shown in FIG. 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the user selects one of the DLNA services, the selected DLNA service is displayed through the home screen, and the DLNA services that are not selected are displayed in a picture-in-picture form through screen thumbnails in the home screen, or are not displayed.
When the play terminal supports multiple decoders, the DLNA Launcher application should be able to play video frames (e.g., corresponding RUI source boot advertisements or video programs) in multiple RUI UI windows, and for RUI UI windows with insufficient resources, the DLNA Launcher application may play frames played last time in these RUI UI windows or display only DLNA source related information, such as service provider name, ICON (ICON), etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the launcher further comprises an event application launcher;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving an event sent by an event server;
determining an event application starter to be started according to a preset corresponding relation table of events and the event application starter;
detecting whether a pre-starter starts a starter except the event application starter to be started or not, and if so, exiting the currently started starter;
and starting the event application starter to be started.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further comprises:
receiving a second key operation of the remote controller, wherein the second key operation is used for displaying an input source;
displaying one or more services that can be initiated, the services including at least one of: OTT service, DLNA service.
The playing terminal of the application adds the function of displaying DLNA4.0 information sources existing in the home network in a list mode, and the process is as follows:
the first step is as follows: a user inputs an input source selection key, the playing terminal sequentially displays input interfaces such as HDMI and the like, and prompts that DLNA service is being searched;
the second step is that: the playing terminal displays the searched DLNA service sequence, including the service name, the ICON and the like;
the third step: the user moves the cursor, now inputting a certain DLNA source;
the fourth step: the playing terminal starts the starting application of the DLNA service, and can play the starting advertisement corresponding to the DLNA service before starting.
