Referring to fig. 5 and 6, this embodiment is connected to an electroscopic ground ring 10 on the top plate 22 side of the clip 2 of the previous embodiment by means of a connecting arm 18. A corresponding safety shield 9 is also provided. .
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the embodiment is characterized in that a lightning rod 13 bent downward is connected to one side of a porcelain insulator main body 1 of the first embodiment, a discharge end facing the lower end of the insulator is provided at the lower end of the lightning rod 13, and a discharge head 14 opposite to the discharge end of the lightning rod is provided at the lower part of the porcelain insulator main body 1. A corresponding safety shield 9 is also provided. The upper end of the lightning rod 13 is directly connected to the metal end 11 side of the upper end (see fig. 12), and may be connected to the outside of a lightning rod connecting plate 17 provided at the bottom of the extension tank 3 (see fig. 13).
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, an electricity testing grounding ring 10 is added on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, and the side connected with the electricity testing grounding ring 10 is staggered by 90 degrees from the side connected with the lightning rod 13.
In the embodiments of fig. 7-13, 16, 17 and 19, a U-shaped (or L-shaped) discharge head support arm 15 is connected to the metal screw 12, and one end of the discharge head support arm 15 bent upwards is connected to the discharge head 14; the other end of the U-shaped discharge head support arm 15 is connected to a ground terminal 16. A herringbone tip 19 (see figures 16 and 17) can also be arranged on the U-shaped discharge head support arm 15 to prevent the bird from standing.
Referring to fig. 11, the lightning rod 13 and the electricity testing grounding ring 10 of the present invention can also be an integral structure, that is, the electricity testing grounding ring 10 is arranged in the middle of the lightning rod 13.
In the embodiment of the porcelain insulator provided with the lightning protection mechanism, the top metal end 11 and the root of the lightning rod 13 can be directly connected (as shown in fig. 12) or connected with each other through the lightning rod connecting plate 17 made of aluminum (as shown in fig. 13, the metal end 11 in the structure can be made of iron materials to increase the connecting strength with the porcelain insulator main body 1, and the lightning rod connecting plate 17 made of aluminum and the lightning rod 13 can reduce the resistivity and improve the lightning protection effect).
The porcelain insulator body 1 according to the present invention includes various conventional porcelain insulators (porcelain insulators with a plurality of disc-type rain-proof discs as shown in fig. 1 to 13, and porcelain insulators with umbrella-type rain-proof discs as shown in fig. 14 to 19).
Referring to fig. 18 and 19, a stabilizing disc 20 can be fixed on the metal screw 12 of the porcelain insulator body 1 with the umbrella-shaped rain-proof disc shown in fig. 14-19, and the mounting nut is mounted under the stabilizing disc 20. When the stabilizing disc 20 is used, the contact area between the stabilizing disc and a fixed object (a telegraph pole cross arm) is increased, the connection is firmer, and the insulator is prevented from being inclined by the tension of a power line.
The safety shield 9 may be mounted in each of the embodiments shown in fig. 11-19.
