The bottom of the lower shell 3 is connected with a water outlet pipe 7, the water outlet pipe 7 is connected with an engine, and when the engine needs, cooling liquid is transmitted to the engine. At this moment, the pressure valve inlet at the lower part of the valve body 41 moves upwards, the pressure valve 4 is opened, liquid and gas rush into the liquid storage cavity, then flow into the flow channel 8 through the opening 9, and are discharged out of the expansion tank, so that the problem of top rushing of a tank cover caused by overlarge pressure in the expansion tank is avoided, and meanwhile, additional management is avoided, and meanwhile, liquid drainage and exhaust of a hidden pipeline inside the expansion tank are realized.
In conclusion, the pressure valve and the flow channel are additionally arranged in the expansion tank, so that the problem of tank cover top rushing caused by overlarge internal pressure of the expansion tank when the temperature of the engine is high is solved, meanwhile, the flow channel hidden in the expansion tank avoids adding an additional pipeline, the space in the engine room is saved, and the platformization and commercialization degree of the engine room is improved. In addition, the water outlet pipe used by the invention is an adjustable welding type water outlet pipe, so that the invention is suitable for arrangement conditions of various engine cabins, and the space occupied by the expansion tank in the engine cabin is further saved.

An expansion tank, characterized in that: the expansion tank comprises a tank cover (1), an upper shell (2) and a lower shell (3), wherein the upper shell (2) is located above the lower shell (3), the tank cover (1) is installed on a tank cover opening (11) of the upper shell (2), a pressure valve (4) is arranged in the tank cover opening (11), an opening (9) is formed in the side wall of the tank cover opening (11), the expansion tank is provided with a flow channel (8) which is formed by extending the upper shell (2) to the lower shell (3) and communicating with the opening (9), and at least one part of the pressure valve (4) can move up and down under the action of the pressure inside the expansion tank to expose or block the opening (9).
