本发明公开了一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,涉及建筑机械技术领域,包括振动电机、连接软管、振动棒头以及减震装置;所述连接软管一端与所述振动电机可拆卸连接;所述连接软管另一端与所述振动棒头的一端固定连接;所述减震装置包括软管连接筒、减震弹簧、弹簧稳固筒;所述软管连接筒可拆卸连接套设在所述连接软管上;所述弹簧稳固筒套设在所述软管连接筒的外侧;所述软管连接筒与所述弹簧稳固筒同心设置;所述减震弹簧设置在所述软管连接筒和所述弹簧稳固筒之间;所述减震弹簧一端与所述软管连接筒的外壁固定连接;所述减震弹簧的另一端与所述弹簧稳固筒的内壁固定连接,本发明可以让使用者在使用时几乎感觉不到手被振动。

一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,特别涉及一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置。
背景技术
国内建筑施工中,对混凝土进行振捣所采用的设备通常为行星式振动棒和配套的振动电机。这一装置组合不仅效果差,而且由于结构特点,在使用这中振动装置的时候大多数都是由建筑工人手持振动棒一端插入混凝土中进行振动,这样的不仅会使建筑工人劳动强度增大,而且在长时间的振动过程中会让建筑工人因为手的振动而受不了,因此需要一种可以手持减震的振捣装置。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可以减震的建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,包括振动电机、连接软管、振动棒头以及减震装置;所述连接软管一端与所述振动电机可拆卸连接;所述连接软管另一端与所述振动棒头的一端固定连接;所述减震装置包括软管连接筒、减震弹簧、弹簧稳固筒;所述软管连接筒可拆卸连接套设在所述连接软管上;所述弹簧稳固筒套设在所述软管连接筒的外侧;所述软管连接筒与所述弹簧稳固筒同心设置;所述减震弹簧设置在所述软管连接筒和所述弹簧稳固筒之间;所述减震弹簧一端与所述软管连接筒的外壁固定连接,另一端与所述弹簧稳固筒的内壁固定连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述减震弹簧数量为四个;所述减震弹簧均布在所述软管连接筒的外壁。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括缓冲装置;所述缓冲装置包括气囊和外筒;外筒为圆筒状;所述外筒套设在所述弹簧稳固筒外侧;所述外筒与所述弹簧稳固筒同心设置;所述气囊设置在所述外筒与所述弹簧稳固筒之间。。
作为本发明的进一步改进,外筒外壁上还固定连接有手持把手;所述手持把手为橡胶材质。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述软管连接筒长度大于所述弹簧稳固筒的长度;所述软管连接筒的一端设置有稳固螺纹孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明所取得的有益效果如下:
1本发明的减震装置中的减震弹簧通过软管连接筒连接到了连接软管上,当振动棒头进行振捣工作时可以缓冲带给连接软管的震动;
2本发明的减震弹簧采用四个弹簧,四个弹簧可以上下左右把连接软管稳固不会让连接软管在减震装置中乱晃;
3本发明在减震装置外侧还包裹设置有一个缓冲装置,这个缓冲装置中的气囊可以有效的过滤减震装置中弹簧没有抵消的震动力;
4本发明在外筒上固定连接的手持把手采用橡胶材质制成可以防滑;
5软管连接筒的长度大于弹簧稳固筒可以让软管连接筒不完全被弹簧稳固筒罩住可以露出一部分,在这一部分中开设有螺纹孔,当减震装置调整到合适的位置后在螺纹孔中拧入螺栓可以把减震装置固定到连接软管上。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步详细的叙述。
如附图1-3所示,一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,包括振动电机1、连接软管2、振动棒头3、软管连接筒4、减震弹簧5、弹簧稳固筒6、气囊7、外筒8和手持把手9;振动电机1就是常规的振捣装置中的振动电机1;连接软管2也同样为常规的振捣装置中的软管;振动棒头3同样是为常规振捣装置中的振动棒头3。
连接软管2的一端通过法兰连接件与振动电机1的电机轴连接在一起;振动棒头3通过法兰连接件与连接软管2的另一端固定连接;振动电机1可以通过连接软管2把动力传送到振动棒头3从而带动振动棒头3振动;软管连接筒4套设在连接软管2上;软管连接筒4的一端开设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔中可以装入螺栓实现与连接软管2的可拆卸连接;在软管连接筒4的外侧套设有弹簧稳固筒6;弹簧稳固筒6与软管连接筒4同心设置;有四个减震弹簧5沿软管连接筒4的外壁均布;减震弹簧5的一端通过焊接固定连接在软管连接筒4的外壁;减震弹簧5的另一端通过焊接固定连接在弹簧稳固筒6的内壁;在弹簧稳固筒6的外壁上通过粘接剂固定连接着一个气囊7,气囊7为圆筒形,完全的把弹簧稳固筒6罩了起来,在气囊7的外侧还有一个外筒8,外筒8套设在气囊7的外表面,并且通过粘接剂与气囊7固定连接在一起;在外筒8的表面上还通过焊接固定连接着手持把手9,手持把手9由橡胶材质做成;软管连接筒4的长度比弹簧稳固筒6的长度长,在没有被弹簧稳固筒6罩住的一端开设有螺纹孔。
使用方法,用手推着手持把手9调整到一个合适的手持位置后,在软管连接筒4的螺纹孔中拧入一个螺栓使软管连接筒4与连接软管2固定在一起,然后开启振动电机1把振动棒头3插入到需要振捣的混凝土中,接下来振动棒头3开始工作,振动棒头3振动带动连接软管2振动,连接软管2把振动传递到软管连接筒4上,软管连接筒4把振动传递到减震弹簧5上,减震弹簧5抵消一部分后,把剩余的振动传递到弹簧稳固筒6上,弹簧稳固筒6把振动传递到气囊7上,气囊7把传递过来的振动再次抵消,这样传递到手持把手9上的振动几乎很少,减轻了建筑工人的劳动强度。

1.一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,其特征在于:包括振动电机(1)、连接软管(2)、振动棒头(3)以及减震装置;所述连接软管(2)一端与所述振动电机(1)可拆卸连接;所述连接软管(2)另一端与所述振动棒头(3)的一端固定连接;所述减震装置包括软管连接筒(4)、减震弹簧(5)、弹簧稳固筒(6);所述软管连接筒(4)可拆卸连接套设在所述连接软管(2)上;所述弹簧稳固筒(6)套设在所述软管连接筒(4)的外侧;所述软管连接筒(4)与所述弹簧稳固筒(6)同心设置;所述减震弹簧(5)设置在所述软管连接筒(4)和所述弹簧稳固筒(6)之间;所述减震弹簧(5)一端与所述软管连接筒(4)的外壁固定连接;所述减震弹簧(5)的另一端与所述弹簧稳固筒(6)的内壁固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,其特征在于:所述减震弹簧(5)数量为四个;所述减震弹簧(5)均布在所述软管连接筒(4)的外壁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,其特征在于:还包括缓冲装置;所述缓冲装置包括气囊(7)和外筒(8);外筒(8)为圆筒状;所述外筒(8)套设在所述弹簧稳固筒(6)外侧;所述外筒(8)与所述弹簧稳固筒(6)同心设置;所述气囊(7)设置在所述外筒(8)与所述弹簧稳固筒(6)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,其特征在于:外筒(8)外壁上还固定连接有手持把手(9);所述手持把手(9)为橡胶材质。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑施工混凝土浇筑振捣装置,其特征在于:所述软管连接筒(4)长度大于所述弹簧稳固筒(6)的长度;所述软管连接筒(4)的一端设置有稳固螺纹孔。
