Abstract
The invention provides a self-drying water-based metallic paint which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-7% of organic solvent type aluminum pigment, 3-5% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 3-5% of C2-C5 alcohol, 3-5% of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 1-2% of copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, 1-2% of passivator, 1.1-1.4% of amine assistant, 30-50% of aqueous aliphatic polyurethane, 5-10% of polyamide wax rheological assistant, 5-7% of polyether polyurethane type thickening agent, 3-5% of aqueous acrylic acid copolymer emulsion and water as a main solvent. The self-drying water-based metallic paint disclosed by the invention realizes the application of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment in the water-based metallic paint for the first time, improves the storage stability of the self-drying water-based metallic paint disclosed by the invention, avoids gas generation in the storage process and reduces the production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water-based paint, in particular to self-drying water-based metallic paint.
Background
The conventional water-based repair metallic paint products on the market generally have the phenomenon of more or less flatulence in the storage process, the surface of aluminum powder reacts with water to generate hydrogen, the aluminum powder is oxidized, the metallic feeling is reduced, and the tank body is expanded. And the organic solvent aluminum powder can not be directly applied to the water-based repair metallic paint, but the cost of the application of the water-based aluminum powder is 3-5 times higher than that of the organic solvent aluminum powder.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the self-drying water-based metallic paint.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the self-drying water-based metallic paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-7% of organic solvent type aluminum pigment, 3-5% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 3-5% of C2-C5 alcohol, 3-5% of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 1-2% of copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, 1-2% of passivating agent, 1.1-1.4% of amine auxiliary agent, 30-50% of aqueous aliphatic polyurethane, 5-10% of polyamide wax rheological auxiliary agent, 5-7% of polyether polyurethane type thickening agent, 3-5% of aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion and water serving as a main solvent, wherein the copolymer containing the pigment affinity groups is BYK-192 or Tego-655.
The inventor discovers that after the organic solvent type aluminum pigment and the passivator are matched, the organic solvent type aluminum pigment is applied to the water-based metallic paint for the first time, the storage stability of the self-drying water-based metallic paint is improved, and the gas generation in the storage process is avoided; after the organic solvent type aluminum pigment and the passivating agent in the self-drying water-based metal paint are matched, the passivating agent has a unique wrapping effect on the oily aluminum powder, so that the surface of the aluminum powder can be wrapped more uniformly and compactly in the paint storage process, the phenomenon of replacement and gas generation caused by contact between water and the aluminum powder is effectively prevented, the aluminum powder paint can keep high metal feeling for a long time in the storage process, and the storage effect of the aluminum powder paint is better than that of the water-based paint prepared from common water-based aluminum powder; the inventor improves the strength of the self-drying water-based metallic paint after coating by matching with organic solvent type aluminum pigment, ethylene glycol butyl ether, C2-C5 alcohol, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, a copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, a passivating agent, an amine assistant, water-based aliphatic polyurethane, a polyamide wax rheological assistant, a polyether polyurethane type thickening agent, water-based acrylic copolymer emulsion and water serving as a main solvent, improves the storage stability of the self-drying water-based metallic paint, and reduces the gas generation in the storage process.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivator in the self-drying type water-based metallic paint is (5.5-6.5): (1.2-1.8).
The inventor discovers that the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivator in the self-drying type water-based metallic paint is (5.5-6.5): (1.2 to 1.8), the strength after coating is higher, the storage stability is better, and the gas evolution during the storage process is less.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivator in the self-drying type water-based metallic paint is (6-6.5): (1.2-1.5).
The inventor discovers that the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivator in the self-drying type water-based metallic paint is (6-6.5): (1.2 to 1.5), the strength after coating is higher, the storage stability is better, and the gas evolution during the storage process is less.

Example 1
The self-drying water-based metallic paint provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 7% of organic solvent type aluminum pigment, 3% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 4% of isopropanol, 4% of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 1% of copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, 1% of passivating agent, 1.3% of amine assistant, 30% of waterborne aliphatic polyurethane, 5% of polyamide wax rheological assistant, 6% of polyether polyurethane type thickening agent, 3% of waterborne acrylic copolymer emulsion and the balance of water;
the amine assistant is AMP 95; the passivating agent is deep bamboo SN 9798; the copolymer containing pigment affinity groups is BYK-192; the organic solvent type aluminum pigment is Dongyang CD-120 NV%: 67%; the polyamide wax rheological additive is BYK 8421; the polyether polyurethane type thickener is the hai-name s-d modest FX 1070; the water-based acrylic acid copolymer emulsion is BASF Rheovis AS 1130; the aqueous aliphatic polyurethane is Kostew 2648.
The preparation method of the self-drying water-based metallic paint of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethanol butyl ether, isopropanol, a copolymer containing a pigment affinity group and a passivating agent according to the weight ratio to obtain a mixed system;
(2) adding an organic solvent type aluminum pigment and an amine auxiliary agent into the mixed system in the step (1) according to the weight ratio, uniformly stirring, and soaking for 2 hours for later use to obtain a component A;
(3) taking another container for dispersion and stirring, adding the aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and the deionized water in the weight ratio, stirring for 5-10 minutes at 600 revolutions per minute, adding the polyamide wax rheological aid, the polyether polyurethane type thickening agent and the 2-aminomethyl-1-propanol in the weight ratio, and stirring for 15 minutes at 700 revolutions per minute under 600; adding the water-based acrylic acid copolymerization emulsion in the weight ratio, and stirring for 15 minutes at 600-700 r/min to obtain a component B;
(6) the component A and the component B are mixed under the stirring state and stirred for 15 to 30 minutes under the rotation/minute of 600-800 to obtain the self-drying water-based metallic paint of the embodiment.
Example 2
The only difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, as an air-drying water-based metallic paint in the embodiment of the present invention: the weight percentages of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment and the passivator are different, the weight percentage of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment is 6.5 percent, and the weight percentage of the passivator is 1.2 percent.
Example 3

The only difference between the self-drying water-based metallic paint as a comparative example of the invention and the example 1 is as follows: this comparative example does not include the passivating agent and the weight ratios of the remaining components are in accordance with example 1.

Effect example 1
The self-drying type aqueous metallic paints of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were examined for the following properties.
1. And (4) gas evolution test, wherein the gas evolution quantity of hydrogen of a 300ml metal paint sample is tested in a 40 ℃ water bath according to JC/T407-2008, and the gas evolution volume is 1 month.
2. According to GB/T6753.3, the high-temperature storage is carried out for 9 months at 40 ℃.

The self-drying water-based metallic paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-7% of organic solvent type aluminum pigment, 3-5% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 3-5% of C2-C5 alcohol, 3-5% of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 1-2% of copolymer containing pigment affinity groups, 1-2% of passivating agent, 1.1-1.4% of amine auxiliary agent, 30-50% of aqueous aliphatic polyurethane, 5-10% of polyamide wax rheological auxiliary agent, 5-7% of polyether polyurethane type thickening agent, 3-5% of aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion and water serving as a main solvent, wherein the copolymer containing the pigment affinity groups is BYK-192 or Tego-655.
2. The self-drying water-based metallic paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivating agent in the self-drying water-based metallic paint is (5.5-6.5): (1.2-1.8).
3. The self-drying water-based metallic paint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the weight ratio of the organic solvent type aluminum pigment to the passivating agent in the self-drying water-based metallic paint is (6-6.5): (1.2-1.5).
4. The self-drying water-based metallic paint as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the passivating agent is deep bamboo SN9798, Jiaxiao WJ2030 or Lubozun 2063.
5. The self-drying aqueous metallic paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the organic solvent type aluminum pigment is Dongyang CD-120.
6. The self-drying aqueous metallic paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the amine assistant is at least one of AMP95 and N, N-dimethylethanolamine.
7. The self-drying aqueous metallic paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the polyamide wax rheological aid is DISPARLON AQH-800 or BYK 8421.
