Description

Water-based low-surface-treatment anticorrosive paint and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based low-surface-treatment anticorrosive coating, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The low surface treatment coating has wide application in the field of corrosion prevention, and especially has wider application when the base material is not well treated, contains dirty oil, rust and the like and does not clean the surface of the base material, and the common corrosion prevention coating is difficult to meet the requirements. Most of the existing low-surface treatment coatings are oil coatings, which have great harm to the environment and human bodies, so that an environment-friendly and healthy coating needs to be developed to replace the traditional oil low-surface treatment coating.
The high solid content coating becomes one of the development directions of the environment-friendly coating due to the lower content of VOCs. The high solid content paint is generally oily high solid content paint. The content of VOCs in the oily high-solid paint is lower than 420g/L required by environmental protection, but still contains a certain amount of VOCs. In addition, oily high solids coatings are hazardous chemicals and present significant difficulties in shipping and storage. The water-based paint can effectively solve the defects of transportation and storage of the oil-based high-solid paint. However, the solid content and the one-time film-forming thickness of the water-based paint are difficult to reach the high solid content standard. The water-based epoxy micaceous iron oxide coating provided by CN110218503A has low VOCs, but the solid content is only about 80%, and the dry film thickness of one-time coating is only about 120 μm. According to the definition of the group standard 'definition of epoxy coating with high content of low VOCs, ultrahigh solid content and no solvent', the ultrahigh solid content epoxy coating requires that the solid content (mass fraction of non-volatile matter) is more than or equal to 88%, the content of VOCs is lower, the thickness of one-time film forming is higher, and the requirement of heavy corrosion resistance can be met better.
