3) Automatically disassembling the tobacco strips to obtain tobacco packets, and extracting the tobacco packets in the tobacco strips; the tobacco bale is not damaged in the process of disassembling and extracting the tobacco bale, the extracted tobacco bale is placed on a tobacco bale collecting device for quality detection of the tobacco bale, and the tobacco bale can be extracted by using a manipulator.
4) Using an appearance detection device to detect the appearance quality of the cigarette packet oil seal paper and/or the cigarette packet in the oil seal paper; preferably, the cigarette packet is turned over by 6 faces by a manipulator or other modes, so that the six faces can be imaged by the camera respectively; in the shooting process of the camera, the equipment can automatically adjust the shooting angle of the camera, automatically select the light source corresponding to the color system and automatically adjust the lighting angle.
5) Automatically disassembling the cigarette packet to obtain cigarettes, and extracting the cigarettes in the cigarette packet; the cigarette is disassembled and extracted and then placed into the cigarette groove, when the appearance of the cigarette is detected, the cigarette collected in the cigarette groove is subjected to single extraction, and because the length and thickness specifications of the cigarette are different, the single extraction device of the cigarette has the function of self-adapting to different cigarette specifications, and only one cigarette is ensured to pass through the cigarette appearance detection device at each time. The inner cigarette is directly disassembled and undamaged for soft package cigarettes, and the cigarettes are placed in the cigarette groove. The second part is placed a linear array camera or two linear array cameras in the tobacco rod front, and the tobacco rod is driven and rotatory by the rubber tyer of camera below for linear array camera can form images to whole surfaces of cigarette. A cigarette outward appearance detects and has multiunit light source, and the light source can be selected according to the cigarette of different brands, and the angle of polishing also can be adjusted as required.

In the step 4), the six detection surfaces of the cigarette packet are sequentially turned over by using the cigarette packet grabbing and turning device and face the camera assembly, the camera assembly is used for photographing the six surfaces of the cigarette packet, and the method can comprise two photographing steps, wherein firstly, the camera is adjusted to detect the cigarette packet oil seal paper, and then, the camera is adjusted to detect the cigarette packet in the oil seal paper; or the camera takes a picture in a multispectral imaging mode.
In the step 5), the cigarette packet is pushed into a mold box with the same size as the cigarette packet when the cigarette packet is disassembled, the mold box is adopted to ensure that the cigarette packet cannot be loosened after the cigarette packet is cut, a blade is installed at a proper position of the mold box, the purpose is to ensure that a certain part of the cigarette packet can be accurately cut without scratching internal cigarettes when the cigarette packet runs in the mold box, then an electric sucking disc is utilized for hard-packed cigarettes, devices such as an electric clamping jaw and the like are used for removing a cigarette packet flip cover and internal aluminum paper, the pulling force of the aluminum paper is detected before the internal aluminum paper is removed, then a clamping jaw is used for grabbing partial cigarettes, then the cigarette packet is overturned to enable the residual cigarettes to freely fall down, and the residual cigarettes are placed in a cigarette. The cigarette strip, the cigarette packet and the cigarette are detected and then have corresponding detection reports generated, the detection reports comprise specific numerical values of detection value indexes, such as the number of outwards inclined stay wires and the number of punctured cigarette diameter, and all detection data are stored in a database in real time and can be consulted at any time.
