step S3: after receiving a cigarette appearance image signal sent by the upstream of the processing system, the signal identification and processing unit invokes a cigarette appearance sample image pre-stored in the internal storage module by an image processing module in a master control position in the signal identification and processing unit, and performs differential comparison with the sent cigarette appearance real-time image information; the comparison process comprises checking and comparing whether the appearance of the cigarette is defect-free or not, and whether the cigarette belongs to the problems of damage, stains, defects and detailed defects of deformation;
step S4: if the comparison results of all the exclusions in the step S3 are not abnormal, judging the product as a qualified product, and sending qualified product statistical information to an output and display module by an image processing control module; if any one or more of the steps S3 is abnormal, the product is judged to be an unqualified product, the image processing control module sends unqualified product statistical information to the output and display module, the unqualified product statistical information comprises defect types, corresponding defect images and defect classification statistics, and meanwhile, an unqualified judging instruction is sent to an executing mechanism at the tail end of the processing system through the output port by means of the CAN bus.
5. The tile-shaped permanent magnet positioning and mounting tool according to claim 4, wherein the mounting of the image acquisition unit and the acquired image of the appearance of the cigarette in step S2 comprises the following operation procedures:
(1) The CCD camera in the image acquisition unit is arranged at the lower side end of the protective cover right above the transfer wheel cigarette conveying process, so that the right view angle of the CCD camera can shoot a front appearance picture of a cigarette when the transfer wheel 5 rotates anticlockwise to a certain angle;
(2) Similarly, when the transfer wheel continuously rotates anticlockwise to another specific angle, the left visual angle of the CDD camera can shoot the reverse appearance picture of the cigarettes of the same die box;
the image data processing control module performs setting region selection, including graying and binarization processing, on the collected cigarette appearance image data; distinguishing regional characteristics of the appearance pictures of the cigarettes, and grabbing key information, including distinguishing cigarette filters from white cigarette body patterns, and screening appearance impressions, breakage, dirty and dirty cigarettes and plumpness of the cigarettes; the output end of the CCD camera is connected with the input end of the image processing control module through a cable, and the collected cigarette appearance image information is transmitted to the signal recognition and processing unit through a set image transmission protocol.

(1) Taking images with complete appearance surface contours and no defects of various important attention items, which are shot in advance in the normal production process of a cigarette production line through the CCD cameras which are also installed, as comparison templates, and storing the images in an MCU (micro control Unit) in an image processing control module so as to be conveniently called at any time; performing template matching of key positions, including cigarette end faces, cigarette butt and cigarette body junction positions, overall chromatic aberration and size ranges of all positions;
(2) The real-time cigarette appearance image of the production line acquired by the CCD camera is sent to the image processing control module through an image transmission protocol, and the MCU in the image processing control module responds to the received image signals and simultaneously calls the stored template images to compare the conditions of damaged cigarette surface appearance, dirt or extrusion deformation one by one and the detailed problem of the shortage phenomenon inside the cigarette.
7. The tile-shaped permanent magnet positioning and mounting tool according to claim 6, wherein the image processing module in step S4 transmits the determination result to the display module, and the execution unit at the end of the processing system acts, and the operation procedure of the display module and the execution mechanism for receiving, displaying and executing the determination information is as follows:
(1) The display module comprises a display control module and a display screen for bearing display information, and the display control module and the display screen are integrated into a whole and externally provided with corresponding communication ports;

(5) After the execution mechanism finishes the instruction execution, the signal is synchronously transmitted to the signal recognition and processing unit through the signal interaction/communication unit, and after the closed-loop execution signal is obtained, the signal recognition and processing unit sends newly generated cigarette appearance problem information to the information summarizing and recording unit for recording and archiving production information, wherein the recording and archiving of the production information comprises synchronously updating the number of unqualified products and the defect type of a display screen; the storage unit synchronously gathers the image information of the appearance defects of the cigarettes.
