Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of external hanging equipment of helicopters, and relates to an adjustable locking mechanism for storage and storage of a hook of goods hung outside a helicopters.
Background
The helicopter is one of the main purposes of hanging, transporting and flying. The outer hanging device positioned at the belly is a core component for completing hanging transportation flight. When needs use, need to overturn out outer hanging component, use perpendicularly with the ventral surface, when not using, need pack up its upset, avoid interfering with ground and produce the damage, influence the functional characteristic of helicopter. The key part for completing the external hanging retraction is an external hanging locking mechanism positioned on the belly. However, with the increase of the types of external hanging products, if a locking mechanism matched with each type of external hanging equipment is designed, not only many repetitive designs need to be made, but also the connection position between the machine body structure and the locking mechanism needs to be coordinated, so that the working efficiency is low, and the universal characteristic is poor.
Considering that the matching size difference between various external hanging products and the locking mechanism is not large, the locking mechanism only needs to be translated for a short distance each time the position of the locking mechanism is adjusted. Therefore, if a locking mechanism with adjustable size is provided, the external hanging component can be locked within a certain range, the repeated work can be greatly reduced, and the locking mechanism is easier for ground personnel to maintain and repair.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides an adjustable locking mechanism for storage of a hook for hanging goods outside a helicopter, which realizes the function of randomly adjusting the locking mechanism in an annular area by combining an eccentric cover and a hook with teeth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
An adjustable locking mechanism for accommodating and storing a hook of goods hung outside a helicopter comprises a mounting box (1), an eccentric cover 2, a torsion spring 3, an upper hook 4, a lower hook 5, a locking cover plate 6, a limiting shaft 7 and a torsion spring shaft 8;
the connecting eccentric cover 2, the mounting box 1 and the upper hook 4 are sequentially connected together through a first bolt assembly 9 to be used as a rotating main body of the locking mechanism;
the torsion spring 3 is fixed on the torsion spring shaft 8 through the second bolt assembly 12, and two torsion arms of the torsion spring 3 are respectively pressed in the inner wall of the mounting box 1 and the rear groove of the upper hook 4;
the lower hanger 5 and the locking cover 6 are coupled to the upper hanger 4 by the third bolt assembly 14 and the fourth bolt assembly 10.
The limiting shaft 7 penetrates into the mounting box 1 through the fifth bolt component 11 and is in contact with the end face of the upper hook 4.
The technical scheme of the invention has the characteristics and further improvements that:
(1) The eccentric cover 2 is matched with the mounting box 1 for mounting, and is positioned through the end face of the eccentric cover 2;
after the first bolt assembly 9 penetrating through the eccentric circle of the eccentric cover 2 is screwed, the first bolt assembly 9 of the upper hook 4 performs rotary motion to complete the release and locking of the outer hanger.
(2) After the first bolt assembly 9 is unscrewed, the eccentric cover 2 can rotate around the large circular hole on the mounting box 1, the position of the eccentric circle on the eccentric cover 2 is adjusted, and the first bolt assembly 9 and the upper hook 4 worn on the first bolt assembly are driven to move.
(3) The distance L1 between the center of the eccentric cover 2 and the center of the eccentric circle satisfies:
L1≥10mm。
(4) The lower end of the upper hook 4 and the upper end of the lower hook 5 are provided with mutually matched tooth-shaped grooves, and the hook lengths are different when the tooth-shaped grooves at different positions are used for connection.
(5) The lower hook 5 is provided with a long round hole at the center through which the third bolt assembly 14 passes.

(7) The mounting box 1 is provided with six holes, namely a torsion spring shaft hole 201, an eccentric cover hole 202, a limiting shaft hole 203, a cover plate hole 204, a rivet hole 205 and a dismounting square window 206;
wherein the limiting shaft hole 203 is a long round hole;
the length of the short side of the dismounting square window 206 is more than 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the nut in the third bolt assembly 14.
The invention provides an adjustable locking mechanism for storage of a hook for hanging goods outside a helicopter, which realizes the function of randomly adjusting the locking mechanism in an annular area by combining an eccentric cover and a hook with teeth.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides an adjustable locking mechanism for storage of a hook for hanging goods outside a helicopter, which mainly comprises a mounting box 1, an eccentric cover 2, a torsion spring 3, an upper hook 4, a lower hook 5, a locking cover plate 6, a limiting shaft 7 and a torsion spring shaft 8, and is shown in figure 1.
When the adjustable locking mechanism for accommodating and storing the hook for hanging goods outside the helicopter is used, as shown in fig. 2, under a locking state, the side edge of the outer hanger 101 is clamped on the lower hook 5 of the locking mechanism. When the locking mechanism rotates downwards under the action of external force, the outer hanger 101 is separated from the lower hook 5 and is lowered. After the external force is removed, the locking mechanism rebounds automatically.
The eccentric cover 2, the mounting box 1 and the upper hook 4 are connected in sequence through a first bolt assembly 9, and the parts are used as a rotating body of the locking mechanism.
The torsion spring 3 is fixed on the torsion spring shaft 8 through the second bolt assembly 12, and meanwhile, two torsion arms of the torsion spring 3 are pressed in the inner wall of the mounting box 1 and the rear groove of the upper hook 4 respectively. At the moment, the torsion spring 3 exerts an upward torsion force in one direction on the upper hook 4 under the action of the pretightening force, so that the function of self-resetting after the upper hook 4 rotates is realized.
The lower hook 5 and the locking cover plate 6 are connected and locked on the upper hook 4 through the third bolt assembly 14 and the fourth bolt assembly 10. When the distance between the upper hook 4 and the lower hook 5 needs to be adjusted, the third bolt assembly 14 only needs to be screwed off and the fourth bolt assembly 10 needs to be unscrewed, the locking cover plate 6 is turned up to pull out the lower hook, and the third bolt assembly 14 and the fourth bolt assembly 10 are screwed again after the distance is adjusted to a proper position, so that the use requirement of the outer hanging locking mechanism can be continuously met.
During penetrating spacing axle 7 through fifth bolt assembly 11 mounting box 1, contact with the terminal surface of last couple 4, avoid going up couple 4 and take place too big deflection under torsional spring 3's torsional force effect.
The eccentric cover 2 is installed in a matching mode with the installation box 1, and the positioning is carried out through the end face of the eccentric cover 2. After the first bolt assembly 9 penetrating through the eccentric circle of the first bolt assembly is screwed down, the first bolt assembly can be used as a rotating main body to drive the upper hook 4 and the lower hook 5 to rotate, and the releasing and locking of the outer hanger are completed. After the first bolt assembly 9 is unscrewed, the eccentric cover 2 can rotate around the large round hole on the mounting box 1, so that the position of the eccentric circle on the eccentric cover 2 is adjusted, and the first bolt assembly 9 and the upper hook 4 worn on the first bolt assembly are driven to move. Finally, the requirement of small-range rotation adjustment of the locking mechanism is met.
The major dimension of eccentric cover 2 is as shown in fig. 3, wherein, eccentric radius R1 need satisfy with the 9 clearance fit requirements of first bolt assembly, for satisfying the small-range adjustment size requirement of outer equipment of hanging, the centre of circle apart from L1 need satisfy the requirement: l1 is more than or equal to 10mm.
The matching mode of the upper hook 4 and the lower hook 5 is shown in figure 4, tooth-shaped grooves which can be matched with each other are processed at the lower end of the upper hook 4 and the upper end of the lower hook 5, and the tooth-shaped grooves at different positions are used for connection, so that the length of the hook is adjusted, and the locking requirements of equipment hung outside different lengths are met. In order to achieve that the locking cover plate can still meet the requirement of screwing and fixing the upper hook and the lower hook after the matching position of the tooth-shaped grooves of the upper hook and the lower hook is adjusted, the lower hook 5 is provided with a long round hole in the center through which the third bolt assembly 14 penetrates, the interference between the third bolt assembly 14 and the lower hook 5 is avoided, and the locking reliability is guaranteed, as shown in fig. 5.
The locking cover plate 6 is of a double-lug structure and is embedded into two semicircular grooves which are milled on the side edge of the upper hook 4, and the positioning is convenient and reliable during installation.
The purpose of spacing axle 7 is to prevent that locking mechanism's couple from excessively twisting to under the combined action of spacing axle 7 and torsional spring 3, when no exogenic action, the couple still is in and keeps relative quiescent condition under the extrusion of the two, has avoided the circumstances of couple striking other spare parts that interference factors such as because of vibration caused to take place, has effectively promoted locking mechanism's reliability and durability.
The above components are all mounted on the mounting box 1. Fig. 6 shows a structure of the mounting box 1. Six holes including a torsion spring shaft hole 201, an eccentric cover hole 202, a limit shaft hole 203, a cover plate hole 204, a rivet hole 205 and a detachable square window 206 are formed in the combined structure. Wherein spacing shaft hole 203 is the slotted hole, and its effect does: after the eccentric cover 2 is rotated, the original position relation of the limiting shaft 7 and the upper hook 4 is met by adjusting the position of the limiting shaft 7 on the long round hole, and the limiting size change caused by the forward and backward movement of the hook is avoided. The length of the short side of the dismounting square window 206 is more than 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the nut in the third bolt assembly 14, so that the dismounting requirement of the locking cover plate 6 is met.
In actual use, firstly, the outer hanger 101 is retracted to a required position, the fourth bolt assembly 10 and the third bolt assembly 14 are unscrewed, the locking cover plate 6 is turned up, the upper hook 4 and the lower hook 5 are selected to be matched with a tooth-shaped groove with a proper length, and the fourth bolt assembly 10 and the third bolt assembly 14 are screwed down. Then respectively loosening the first bolt component 9 on the eccentric cover 2 and the fifth bolt component 11 on the limiting shaft 7, firstly pushing the limiting shaft 7 to the lowest end, rotating the eccentric cover 2 to finely adjust the hook to the most appropriate position, screwing the first bolt component 9, finally adjusting the limiting shaft 7 to be attached to the hook 4, screwing the fifth bolt component 11, and completing the adjustment of the adjustable locking mechanism for accommodating and storing the hook of the goods hung outside the helicopter.
The invention relates to an adjustable locking mechanism for storage of a hook for hanging goods outside a helicopter, which is characterized in that an eccentric cover 2, an upper hook 4 and a lower hook 5 with tooth grooves, a position-adjustable limiting shaft 7 and other adjustable structures are commonly applied to meet the requirement of adjusting the position of a hanging point of the locking mechanism within a certain range. The tooth-shaped grooves of the upper hook and the lower hook can finish the coarse adjustment of the length of the locking mechanism, and the eccentric cover 2 can finish the fine adjustment of the position of the locking mechanism by rotating. And the common adjusting parts have small size, simple structure, easy manufacture and replacement and good maintainability and supportability.
According to the adjustable locking mechanism for storage of the hook for the goods hung outside the helicopter, disclosed by the invention, locking adaptation of various common devices hung outside the helicopter is realized, repeated design work of the locking mechanism caused by size difference of an outer hanger is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the universality of the locking mechanism is improved, the working strength and the learning difficulty of ground support personnel are reduced, meanwhile, the problem of difficulty in maintenance caused by poor universality of different locking mechanisms of different models is avoided, and the adjustable locking mechanism has a good application prospect and an economic value.
Claims (5)
1. An adjustable locking mechanism for storage of hooks for goods hung outside a helicopter is characterized by comprising a mounting box (1), an eccentric cover (2), a torsion spring (3), an upper hook (4), a lower hook (5), a locking cover plate (6), a limiting shaft (7) and a torsion spring shaft (8);
the connecting eccentric cover (2), the mounting box (1) and the upper hook (4) are sequentially connected together through a first bolt assembly (9) to be used as a rotating main body of the locking mechanism;
the torsion spring (3) is fixed on the torsion spring shaft (8) through a second bolt component (12), and two torsion arms of the torsion spring (3) are respectively pressed in the inner wall of the mounting box (1) and a rear groove of the upper hook (4);
the lower hook (5) and the locking cover plate (6) are connected to the upper hook (4) through a third bolt component (14) and a fourth bolt component (10);
the limiting shaft (7) penetrates into the mounting box (1) through the fifth bolt component (11) and is in contact with the end face of the upper hook (4);
the lower end of the upper hook (4) and the upper end of the lower hook (5) are provided with mutually matched tooth-shaped grooves, and the lengths of the hooks are different when the tooth-shaped grooves at different positions are used for connection;
the eccentric cover (2) is installed in a matching way with the installation box (1) and is positioned through the end face of the eccentric cover (2);
