The invention adopts the innovative self-repairing pull rod assembly as the main material, has excellent pressure and shock resistance and lower thermal conductivity, and is not easy to influence the use effect due to vibration and temperature change; the steering pull rod has certain self-repairing performance, the service life of the steering pull rod is obviously prolonged, and the overhauling and replacing frequency is reduced; on the basis of slightly improving the material cost, the use strength is greatly improved, the method is suitable for popularization, and the market prospect is good.

Further, the production process is as follows:
(1) taking the inner supporting tube, removing burrs, dust and oil stains on the surface of the inner supporting tube, and polishing the surface of the inner supporting tube smoothly;
(2) selecting an inner support tube shell with a corresponding size according to the size of the inner support tube, and cutting the inner support tube shell and then sleeving and wrapping the inner support tube on the surface of the inner support tube;
(3) and fixing the outer protective pipe and the inner supporting pipe wrapped with the inner supporting pipe shell on a foaming platform, starting a foaming machine, and injecting a self-repairing material into an inner space formed between the outer protective pipe and the inner supporting pipe shell to form a self-repairing layer.

(2) selecting an inner support tube shell with a corresponding size according to the size of the inner support tube, and cutting the inner support tube shell and then sleeving and wrapping the inner support tube on the surface of the inner support tube;
