The working method of the equipment specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, two ends of a steel pipe are respectively placed on rotating wheels 1472 of two rotating mechanisms 14, a connecting trolley 13 with corresponding length is arranged between two moving trolleys 12 according to the length of the steel pipe for fixing, a cantilever rod 8 is placed in a sliding guide groove of a supporting block 153, one end of the cantilever rod 8 is fixed on a lifting frame 19, a spraying pipe 71 of an inner spraying machine 7 penetrates through a spraying hole 81 and extends out of the spraying hole 81, an air suction pipe 114 of an inner recovery mechanism 11 penetrates through a recovery hole 82 and extends out of the recovery hole 82, a first lifting motor 156 is started, the first lifting motor 156 drives a first threaded rod 155 to rotate through a belt pulley and a belt and drives the first threaded rod 155 to lift, the first threaded rod 155 drives the supporting block 153 to lift, meanwhile, a second lifting motor 18 is started, the second lifting motor 18 drives a second threaded rod 17 to rotate and drives a nut 20 to lift, the nut 20 drives the lifting frame 19 to lift through the fixed rod 22, drives the cantilever rod 8 to lift, and adjusts the height of the cantilever rod 8 according to the diameter of the steel pipe;
and step two, the steel pipe is driven to move towards one side of the inner spraying machine 7 through the movable trolley 12, one end of the cantilever rod 8 enters the steel pipe, the inner spraying machine 7 conveys the coating to a spray head through the spraying pipe 71 to be sprayed out, the rotating motor 142 is started, the rotating motor 142 drives the rotating shaft 145 to rotate, the rotating shaft 145 drives the rotating wheel 1472 to rotate and drive the steel pipe to rotate, the coating is uniformly sprayed on the steel pipe through the spray head, the air suction pump 113 is started, the air suction pump 113 starts to suck air, and redundant coating on the surface of the steel pipe is sucked into the recovery tank 112 through the air suction pipe 114 to be recovered.

according to the invention, the steel pipe is driven to move towards one side of the inner spraying machine 7 by the movable trolley 12, one end of the cantilever rod 8 enters the steel pipe, the inner spraying machine 7 conveys the coating to the spray head through the spraying pipe 71 to spray, the rotating motor 142 is started, the rotating motor 142 drives the rotating shaft 145 to rotate, the rotating shaft 145 drives the rotating wheel 1472 to rotate and drive the steel pipe to rotate, the coating is uniformly sprayed on the steel pipe through the spray head, the air suction pump 113 is started, the air suction pump 113 starts to suck air, and redundant coating on the surface of the steel pipe is sucked into the recovery tank 112 through the air suction pipe 114 to be recovered and utilized, so that resources are saved, the waste of resources is avoided.

A movable type internal and external spraying device for large-diameter steel pipes is characterized by comprising a guide channel (1), wherein the guide channel (1) sequentially penetrates through a first intermediate frequency coil (2), an EP (EP) spray gun chamber (3), a glue spraying chamber (4), a second intermediate frequency coil (5) and a PE (polyethylene) spray gun chamber (6), two moving trolleys (12) are arranged above one end of the guide channel (1), the bottoms of the two moving trolleys (12) are in sliding connection with the guide channel (1), the two moving trolleys (12) are fixedly connected through a connecting trolley (13), rotating mechanisms (14) are fixedly arranged on the two moving trolleys (12), the two rotating mechanisms (14) are symmetrically distributed, a steel pipe is arranged between the two rotating mechanisms (14), and the rotating mechanisms (14) are used for clamping the steel pipe and driving the steel pipe to rotate, the other end of the guide channel (1) is fixedly provided with an inner spraying machine (7), one side of the inner spraying machine (7) is fixedly provided with an upright post (16), a lifting frame (19) is movably arranged on the upright post (16) along the vertical direction, a cantilever rod (8) which is horizontally arranged is fixedly connected on the lifting frame (19), the cantilever rod (8) and the steel pipe are coaxially arranged, a spraying hole (81) and a recovery hole (82) are arranged in the cantilever rod (8) along the axial direction, the spray pipe (71) of the inner spray coater (7) passes through the spray hole (81) and extends out of the spray hole (81), a spray head is arranged at one end of the spray pipe (71) far away from the inner spray coater (7), an inner recovery mechanism (11) is arranged on the other side of the inner spraying machine (7), and an air suction pipe (114) of the inner recovery mechanism (11) penetrates through the recovery hole (82) and extends out of the recovery hole (82).
2. The mobile internal and external spraying equipment for the large-caliber steel pipes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide channel (1) is formed by fixedly splicing a plurality of guide rails end to end.

The mobile internal and external coating equipment for large diameter steel pipe according to claim 1, wherein a PE recollecting machine (61) is provided at one side of the PE spray gun chamber (6), an EP recollecting machine (31) is provided at one side of the EP spray gun chamber (3), and a cooler (21) for cooling the first intermediate frequency coil (2) and the second intermediate frequency coil (5) is provided between the PE recollecting machine (61) and the EP recollecting machine (31).

The mobile internal and external spraying equipment for the large-caliber steel pipes as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower side of one end of the cantilever bar (8) close to the spray head is provided with an internal support bar (10), and the bottom end of the internal support bar (10) is provided with a roller.

The mobile internal and external spraying equipment for the large-caliber steel pipe as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the rotating mechanism (14) comprises a bottom plate (141), a vertical plate (148) is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (141), two central holes are arranged on the vertical plate (148), bearing seats (146) are fixedly arranged in the two central holes, a rotating shaft (145) is rotatably arranged in the bearing seat (146) through a bearing, one end of the rotating shaft (145) is fixedly connected with a rotating sleeve (147), two driving components are fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (141), each driving component comprises a rotating motor (142) and a speed reducer (143), the output shaft of the rotating motor (142) is connected with the input shaft of the speed reducer (143), the output shaft end of the speed reducer (143) is fixedly connected with one end of the corresponding rotating shaft (145) through a coupling (144).

The mobile internal and external spraying equipment for the large-caliber steel pipes as claimed in claim 6, wherein the rotating sleeve (147) comprises a rotating plate (1471), a rotating wheel (1472) is coaxially and fixedly connected to one side of the rotating plate (1471), the rotating wheel (1472) is a conical ring, and the cone angle of the rotating wheel (1472) is 10 degrees.

The movable internal and external spraying equipment for the large-diameter steel pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the internal recovery mechanism (11) comprises a shell (111), a recovery tank (112) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the inner side of the shell (111), a suction pump (113) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the upper side of the shell (111), an output port of the suction pump (113) faces downwards vertically, an input port of the suction pump (113) is fixedly connected with a suction pipe (114), and one end of the suction pipe (114) penetrates through the shell (111) and extends to the outer side of the shell (111).
