Claims (6)
1. A method for fixing an inclined plate in a CN filter instead of a glass fiber reinforced plastic material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparing raw materials, namely a PP plastic plate and a plastic rib plate;
s2: processing, namely cutting the PP plastic plate into a circular plate with an inner circle of phi 300 and an outer circle of phi 600 by using a circular cutting machine;
s3: slotting, namely slotting the periphery of the excircle of the cut PP plastic plate;
s4: cutting, namely uniformly cutting the annular PP plastic plate into two semicircular rings;
s5: sleeving and fixing, namely sleeving the two cut semicircular rings outside the glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder through which the materials are introduced in the equipment, and welding the two separated semicircular rings into an original whole circular ring shape by using a plastic welding gun;
s6: reinforcing, namely reinforcing the welded circular plate by using materials;
s7: mounting, namely mounting the inclined plate in the inclined groove;
the thickness of the PP plastic plate in the S1 is 4-7 mm, the PP plastic plate is checked before use, the PP plastic plate with cracks, scratches and potholes is screened out, the influence of unqualified raw material quality on the subsequent installation work is prevented, in the S6, when the PP plastic plate is fixed, a plastic rib plate or a fiber plate matched with the glass steel cylinder in a circular arc shape is selected, then a rubber block is bonded on the inner side of the plastic rib plate or the fiber plate, one side of the rubber block is in contact with the outer wall of the glass steel cylinder, and the plastic rib plate or the fiber plate is fixed to the bottom of the circular ring-shaped plate through screws.
2. The method for fixing the inclined plate in the CN filter instead of the FRP material according to claim 1, wherein the grinding is performed after the cutting in S2, and the inner circle and the outer circle of the PP plastic plate are respectively ground.
3. The method for fixing the inclined plate in the CN filter instead of the FRP material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the depth of the slots in the S3 is 40-60 mm, the number of the slots is 60-80, the slots are uniformly slotted, and the slots are slanted slots, which facilitates the installation and fixation of the inclined plate.
4. The method for fixing the inclined plate in the CN filter instead of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material according to claim 1, wherein a measuring scribing line is performed during cutting in the S4, so that the instable installation caused by the uneven cutting is prevented.
5. The method for fixing the inclined plate instead of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material in the CN filter according to claim 1, wherein the S5 is fixed by a supporting block during sleeving before welding, so that balance is ensured.
6. The method for fixing the inclined plate in the CN filter instead of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material according to claim 1, wherein the reinforced material in S6 is a plastic rib plate or a fiber plate, the plastic rib plate is fixed at the bottom of the circular ring plate by using a screw, and then the plastic rib plate is bonded on the outer wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder by using solid glue.
