The medical alcohol has the functions of coagulation and denaturation on protein, infection on microbial metabolism and cell dissolution, so that the medical alcohol is a good disinfectant and is widely used in hospitals.
When medical alcohol is used in a hospital to spray alcohol to disinfect the in-out personnel, an independent person is needed to assist in spraying operation, otherwise, the person cannot disinfect the parts such as the back of the body, and the mode is not only incomplete in disinfection but also large in workload.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Principle of operation
Before the medical alcohol storage box is used, enough medical alcohol is injected into the medical alcohol storage box 2 through the alcohol inlet 21 fixedly arranged on the right side surface of the medical alcohol storage box 2.
After a person needing sterilization stands at the standing position 4, the height of the person needing sterilization is automatically measured and calculated by the laser sensor 12 fixedly installed at the middle part of the lower side of the upper top 11, then the corresponding controller 8 is controlled to start, a small motor 83 fixedly arranged in the controller 8 starts to work to drive the gear 84 to rotate clockwise, and the gear 84 drives the driven rack 81 and the alcohol baffle plate 82 fixedly connected with the right side of the driven rack to move rightwards to block medical alcohol on the inner side of the rotating end 6 to continuously transmit upwards.
The equipment is started through the operation table 10, the rotating motor 5 starts to operate to drive the rotating shaft 51 at the upper part to rotate at a constant speed, so that the rotating end 6 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft through the connecting rod 61 and the fixing ring 62 is driven to rotate at a constant speed, and meanwhile, the transmission pump 22 starts to operate to transmit the medical alcohol storage box 2 to the plurality of atomizing nozzles 7 at the upper part of the rotating end 6 to spray.

1. An intelligent medical alcohol spraying device is characterized by comprising a base, a medical alcohol storage box, a spraying table, a rotating motor, a rotating end, a controller and an upper top; the upper part of the base is fixedly provided with a medical alcohol storage box; the upper part of the medical alcohol storage box is fixedly provided with a spraying table; a rotating motor is fixedly arranged in the spraying table; the upper part of the spraying platform is provided with a rotating end; the rear part of the rotating end is provided with a controller; the upper part of the rotating end is provided with an upper top.

The ore crushing device of claim 1, wherein the medical alcohol storage tank comprises an alcohol inlet, a transfer pump; the right side surface of the medical alcohol storage box is fixedly provided with an alcohol inlet; and a transmission pump is fixedly arranged on the left side of the medical alcohol storage box.
3. The mineral breaker apparatus of claim 1 wherein said spray station includes a rotating track; the upper part of the spraying table is fixedly provided with a rotating track.
4. The ore crushing device of claim 1, wherein a station is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the spraying platform.
5. The mineral breaker apparatus of claim 1 wherein said rotary motor includes a rotatable shaft; the upper part of the rotating motor is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft.
6. The mineral breaker apparatus of claim 1 wherein said swivel end includes a connecting rod, a securing ring; the bottom of the rotating end is fixedly provided with a connecting rod; the right side of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a fixing ring.
7. A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 6 wherein a plurality of atomising nozzles are fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the rotatable end.
8. The ore crushing device of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises a driven rack, an alcohol baffle, a small motor, a gear; a driven rack is arranged in the controller in a sliding manner; the side surface of the driven rack is fixedly connected with an alcohol baffle plate; a small motor is fixedly arranged in the controller; the front part of the small motor is connected with a gear.
9. A mineral breaker apparatus in accordance with claim 3 wherein a support is fixedly attached to the upper portion of the spray table; the front part of the spraying table is fixedly provided with an operating table.
10. The ore crushing device of claim 1, wherein a laser sensor is fixedly mounted at the middle part of the lower side of the upper top; the laser sensor is a distance measuring sensor and has the model of CYD-L200.
