The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device provided by the invention supports the power supply of a 220V power supply or a lithium battery.
The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device provided by the invention supports 5G, 4G and WIFI network access, opens an API, can be seamlessly connected with a face recognition system, a third-party software and hardware system or a gateway, automatically compares and warns housekeeping data, analyzes tracks and warns abnormity of pedestrians, and records and deposits pedestrian flow data.
The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device can be additionally provided with a metal, mobile phone or dangerous goods safety detection mechanism.
The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting passage device can be applied to hospitals, airports, stations, enterprises and public institutions, schools and places with disinfection and sterilization requirements; when the system is used for enterprises and public institutions, the system can be in butt joint with an attendance system to provide data of work attendance time of employees.
Compared with the prior art, the moving distance of personnel is sensed through the distance sensor, the infrared body temperature detector measures the body temperature, the sole disinfection spray head, the body disinfection spray head and the head disinfection spray head carry out spray disinfection on the personnel with the body temperature value less than or equal to a set value, the liquid level sensor senses the liquid level of the disinfectant storage, the CPU controls the liquid level, the display screen displays information, the loudspeaker plays information, and the heating gate, the gate machine and the heating channel shunt the personnel with normal and abnormal body temperature values; the novel disinfection device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and operation, safety, reliability, attractive appearance, reduction in contact between people, good disinfection effect and capability of saving disinfectant.

the main structure of the intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device related to the embodiment comprises a channel body 1, a pedal 2, a sole disinfection spray head 3, a disinfectant storage 4, a liquid level sensor 5, a body disinfection spray head 6, a head disinfection spray head 7, a distance sensor 8, a mainframe box 9, a CPU (central processing unit) 10, a display screen 11, a loudspeaker 12, a red indicator lamp 13, a green indicator lamp 14, an infrared body temperature detector 15, a heating gate 16, a switch 17 and a heating channel 18; a foot board 2 with a circular structure is arranged in the middle of the bottom surface of a channel body 1 with a rectangular frame type structure, a sole disinfection spray nozzle 3 is arranged below the foot board 2, disinfectant liquid storages 4 are arranged on the lower portions of the outer walls of two sides of the channel body 1, liquid level sensors 5 are arranged in the disinfectant liquid storages 4, groups of body disinfection spray nozzles 6 are arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the channel body 1, a head disinfection spray nozzle 7 is arranged on the inner top surface of the channel body 1, groups of distance sensors 8 are arranged on the top surface of the channel body 1 and the surfaces of the foot boards 2, a main case 9 is arranged on the outer top surface of the channel body 1, a CPU10 is arranged in the main case 9, and a display screen 11, a loudspeaker 12, a red indicator light 13, a green indicator light 14 and; a heating gate 16 is arranged on the side of the channel body 1, a pass gate 17 is arranged in front of the channel body 1, and the heating gate 16 is communicated with a heating channel 18; the CPU10 is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor 5, the distance sensor 8, the display screen 11, the speaker 12, the red indicator light 13, the green indicator light 14, the infrared body temperature detector 15, the heat-generating gate 16 and the on-off gate 17, respectively.
The body disinfection nozzles 6 related to the embodiment are divided into two rows, the vertical distance between the first row of body disinfection nozzles 6 and the ground is 15-25cm, the vertical distance between the second row of body disinfection nozzles 6 and the ground is 140-160cm, the first row of body disinfection nozzles 6 mainly spray and disinfect the legs and the vamps, and the second row of body disinfection nozzles 6 mainly spray and disinfect the body from the chest to the waist.

The health disinfection shower nozzle 6 that this embodiment relates to is divided into sixteen rows, sets up one row per 10cm along passageway body 1 lateral wall, and every row of health disinfection shower nozzle 6 is by spray switch independent control, uploads CPU10 after distance sensor 8 measures personnel's height, and CPU10 opens the spray switch that height 5/6 is lower than according to the height.

1. An intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device is characterized in that a main body structure comprises a channel body, a pedal plate, a sole disinfecting spray head, a disinfectant storage, a liquid level sensor, a body disinfecting spray head, a head disinfecting spray head, a distance sensor, a main case, a CPU, a display screen, a loudspeaker, a red indicator lamp, a green indicator lamp, an infrared body temperature detector, a heating gate machine, a gate machine and a heating channel; the bottom surface of the channel body is provided with a pedal plate, a sole disinfection spray nozzle is arranged below the pedal plate, disinfectant liquid storages are arranged at the lower parts of the outer walls of the two sides of the channel body, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the disinfectant liquid storages, body disinfection spray nozzles are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the channel body, a head disinfection spray nozzle is arranged on the inner top surface of the channel body, a group of distance sensors are arranged on the top surface of the channel body and the surfaces of the pedal plate, a main case is arranged on the outer top surface of the channel body, a CPU is arranged in the main case, and a display screen, a loudspeaker, a red indicator lamp; a heating gate is arranged on the side of the channel body, a pass gate is arranged in front of the channel body, and the heating gate is communicated with the heating channel; the CPU is respectively and electrically connected with the liquid level sensor, the distance sensor, the display screen, the loudspeaker, the red indicator light, the green indicator light, the infrared body temperature detector, the heating gate and the switch gate; the disinfectant is applied to hospitals, airports, stations, enterprises and public institutions, schools and places with disinfection and sterilization requirements; when the system is used for enterprises and public institutions, the system can be in butt joint with an attendance system to provide data of work attendance time of employees.

The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the channel body is selected according to actual needs, and the channel body can be used for spraying and disinfecting vehicles; the distance sensor arranged at the center of the inner top surface of the channel body is a transmitting end, and the distance sensor arranged at the center of the upper surface of the pedal plate is a receiving end.

The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foot pedal is a grid-like structure pedal formed by inserting a plurality of long-strip-shaped iron sheets in a staggered manner, the iron sheets are perpendicular to the sole and can support the weight of a human body without affecting the disinfection of the sole, the foot pedal protrudes 0.2-1cm from the bottom surface of the channel body to guide a person to stand at a specified position, so that accurate measurement by a distance sensor and an infrared body temperature detector is facilitated, and uniform spray disinfection by a sole disinfection nozzle, a body disinfection nozzle and a head disinfection nozzle is facilitated.

The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sole disinfecting spray head, the body disinfecting spray head and the head disinfecting spray head are all atomizing spray heads, the atomizing diameter is 5-10 microns, and the atomizing spray heads support ethanol and chlorine disinfectant; the sole disinfection spray head is used for carrying out spray disinfection on the sole, and the atomization direction is from bottom to top; the body disinfection spray head carries out spray disinfection on the body, and the atomization direction is the side surface; the head disinfection spray head carries out spray disinfection on the head and the shoulders, and the atomization direction is from top to bottom and can not be sprayed into eyes, ears, mouth and nose; each sole disinfection spray nozzle, the body disinfection spray nozzle and the head disinfection spray nozzle are controlled by an independent spray switch, and the spray switches are respectively connected with a disinfectant storage and a CPU (central processing unit); the body disinfection spray heads are divided into two rows or sixteen rows, and when the body disinfection spray heads are divided into two rows: the vertical distance between the first row of body disinfection nozzles and the ground is 15-25cm, the vertical distance between the second row of body disinfection nozzles and the ground is 140-160cm, the first row of body disinfection nozzles mainly spray and disinfect the legs and the vamps, and the second row of body disinfection nozzles mainly spray and disinfect the body from the chest to the waist; when the device is divided into sixteen rows, every 10cm of the side wall of the channel body is provided with one row, every row of body disinfection spray heads are independently controlled by a spray switch, the distance sensor uploads a CPU after measuring the height of a person, and the CPU opens the spray switch below 5/6 according to the height.
5. The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensing distance of the distance sensor is 2-7 m; the display screen is an LED display screen; the heating gate and the switch gate are in a normally closed state.

The intelligent temperature measuring, sterilizing and automatic flow dividing channel device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the CPU is provided with a gate timing module and a spray timing module: the gate timing module sets the opening time t1 of the heating gate and the gate closing machine, when the heating gate or the gate closing machine is opened, the gate timing module starts timing, and when the time reaches t1, the CPU controls the heating gate or the gate closing machine to be closed; the spraying timing module sets spraying duration t2, when the spraying switch is turned on, the spraying timing module starts to time, and when the time reaches t2, the CPU controls the spraying switch to be turned off.

The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 6, wherein when in use, a person walks to the entrance end of the channel body, the distance sensor judges that a person enters the channel body according to the change of the distance of the person, and then sends an electric signal to the CPU, the CPU controls the infrared body temperature detector to measure the temperature, and the infrared body temperature detector sends the body temperature value back to the CPU; when the body temperature value is less than or equal to a preset warning body temperature value, the CPU controls the green indicator lamp to be turned on, meanwhile, the CPU controls the display screen to display the body temperature value, controls the loudspeaker to play the body temperature value in a voice mode, controls the spray switch to be turned on, and controls the sole disinfection sprayer, the disinfectant storage, the body disinfection sprayer and the head disinfection sprayer to begin to spray for disinfecting personnel; when the body temperature value is greater than the preset warning body temperature value, the CPU controls the red indicator lamp to be lightened, simultaneously controls the display screen to display the body temperature value and alarm information, controls the loudspeaker to play the body temperature value in a voice mode and sends out the alarm information, and controls the heating gate to be opened so that a heating person enters a heating channel to carry out isolation and subsequent processing; when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the disinfectant in the disinfectant storage is lower than the warning value, an electric signal is sent to the CPU, the CPU controls the display screen to display liquid level alarm information, the loudspeaker plays the liquid level alarm information, and filling of the disinfectant is prompted.
8. The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device of claim 6, characterized in that it supports 220V power supply or lithium battery power supply.

The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic shunting channel device according to claim 6, characterized by supporting 5G, 4G and WIFI network access, opening API, being capable of seamlessly docking with a face recognition system, a third-party software and hardware system or a gateway, automatically comparing and early warning with housekeeping data, performing trajectory analysis and abnormity early warning on pedestrians, and recording and settling pedestrian volume data.
10. The intelligent temperature measuring, disinfecting and automatic flow-dividing channel device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a metal, mobile phone or dangerous goods safety detection mechanism can be additionally installed.
