s3, searching an empty space or a hand washing sink, slightly bending over the body of a person, deeply sucking breath, then plugging two first cylindrical shells 602 in the two nasal cavity cleaning assemblies 6 into two nostrils together, slowly breathing out the breath, and spraying cleaning liquid in the nasal cavity cleaning assemblies 6 onto the inner surfaces of the nasal cavities at the moment;
s4, after the expiration is finished, pulling out the nasal cavity cleaning assembly 6 for a certain distance to enable redundant cleaning liquid in the nasal cavity to flow out;
s5, two first cylindrical shells 602 in the two nasal cavity cleaning assemblies 6 are plugged into nostrils again, deep breathing is performed for inspiration, and the nasal cavity cleaning assemblies 6 can rotationally wipe the inner walls of the nasal cavities;
s6, repeating the steps for a plurality of times, then taking out the nasal cavity cleaning assembly 6, aligning the first cavity 666 with the water flow of the water faucet for washing, and cleaning the device.

The nasal cavity cleaner for the smokers according to claim 1, wherein the holding rod (1) is provided with a sliding slot therein, and the first connecting rod (2) can slide in the sliding slot to and fro to adjust the length; the first rotating block (3) and the three-fork rotating block (4) rotate relatively, and are used for adjusting the inclination of the holding rod (1) and the nasal cavity cleaning assembly (6) and freely adjusting according to different physical characteristics of people; the three-fork rotating block (4) and the two connecting blocks (5) can rotate transversely relatively, and are used for adjusting and adapting to people with different nostril intervals.
