s4, kneading, namely putting the cut slices into a vessel, and adding 10g of egg white for kneading;
s5, stirring, namely adding the ingredients for preparing and stirring the dumpling wrappers of the Gomphus majus in the step S1 into a vessel for stirring;
and S6, making dumplings, wherein the stirred dumpling wrappers of the fischered anchovies are used for making dumplings by using the dumpling stuffing made in the step S1.

The making method of the dumpling wrappers of the fischered anchovy according to claim 1, wherein ingredients for blending and stirring the dumpling wrappers in the step S1 comprise 300g of pork, 100g of basal tail shrimps, 50g of shallots, 4g of spices, 5g of sweet potato powder, 1g of edible salt, 1g of monosodium glutamate, 1g of chicken juice, 0.12g of chicken powder, 1g of white sugar and 10g of water.
3. The making method of the dumpling wrappers of the Gomphus majus according to the claim 1, wherein the thickness of the slices in the step S3 ranges from 1mm to 2 mm.
4. The making method of the dumpling wrappers of Gomphus majus according to claim 1, wherein the kneading time in the step S4 is 30S-1 min.
