Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pig breeding, in particular to a method for inducing oestrus of sows by using pheromone.
Background
China is the biggest pork producing country and consuming country in the world, the pork yield stably occupies the top of the world for over ten years, the consumption of Chinese pork accounts for about half of the global consumption, and the general trend is continuously increasing. The method for improving the pork yield is commonly used for shortening the oestrus cycle of sows (namely shortening the time from weaning to oestrus of sows after lactation), and specifically comprises the following steps:
body induction (namely arranging the sow pigsty and the breeding boar pigsty oppositely or mutually in the breeding house, or driving the sow into the breeding boar pigsty to chase and climb the breeding boar);
② a rather inverse inducing method of yin and yang (in adult sow group without heat, putting a sow in heat);
③ non-semen external stimulation small house induction (getting boar secretion or urine, dipping with gauze, and smelling sow;
fourthly, a bionic recording induction method (recording the doll sound of the breeding boar and broadcasting the recorded doll sound to the adult sow).
However, the methods for shortening the oestrus cycle of sows from the first to the third require direct (indirect) contact of different swinery groups, which is very easy to cause rapid spread of virulent infectious diseases, and the excessive dependence on antibiotics can affect food safety. And the method IV has the defect of low oestrus rate, so that the economic benefit is reduced. Therefore, a safe, stable and efficient method for inducing the oestrus of sows is urgently needed in the industry to meet the production requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and provides a method for inducing oestrus of sows by using pheromone, so as to solve one or more technical problems in the prior art and provide at least one beneficial selection or creation condition.
A method for inducing oestrus of sows by using pheromone comprises the following steps:
1) collecting non-extraseminal hormones of breeding boars;
2) sealing the collected non-seminal pheromone in a closed container, integrally heating to 60 ℃ and keeping for 30 minutes, and then taking out and cooling to room temperature;
3) releasing the sealing of the container, taking out the non-extraseminal hormone, and spraying the non-extraseminal hormone to the mouth and nose of the sow or fixedly placing the non-seminal hormone in a place contacted with the sow.
Wherein the non-seminal pheromone in the step 1) comprises urine of the breeding boar and secretions of the preputial gland and the submandibular gland of the breeding boar. Because the semen of the breeding boar needs to be reserved for mating, the technical scheme stimulates the smell and taste of the sow by using pheromones except the semen, thereby effectively inducing the oestrus of the sow.
Further, the container in the step 2) is added with paraffin oil to carry out liquid sealing on the non-seminal pheromone. Correspondingly, the non-seminal pheromone taken out in the step 3) is firstly adsorbed to remove paraffin oil.
Step 2) as a main sterilization link, it can additionally add sterilization modes, such as: placing the container under an ultraviolet lamp for continuous irradiation for 5-10 min; or, the non-semen pheromone in the container is cooled to-15 to-20 ℃ and then heated to normal temperature; or treating the non-seminal pheromone in the container by ultrasonic wave of 20-50 kHz for no more than 10 min. The step 2) of repeating 2-5 times or alternately carrying out can effectively improve the sterilization effect.
Further, depending on the amount and the original concentration of the non-seminal pheromone extracted in step 3), it is considered that the non-seminal pheromone is diluted by adding 1 to 5 times by volume of sterile water and then sprayed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the direct or indirect contact between pigs in the breeding and hybridization process of a pig farm can be effectively avoided, and the spread of viruses or other microorganisms is avoided;
(2) the influence on the health of piglets caused by virus invasion to sows is reduced;
(3) has good estrus induction effect, provides stable conditions for the development of the pig market industry, improves the economic benefit, stably develops the pig industry and the like.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by way of specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1 boar urine was collected as a pheromone
1-1, the method operation of pressing the bladder to collect urine: firstly, the breeding boar is fixed in the cage, and an operator presses the abdomen of the breeding boar with hands which are soft and powerful. When the pressure is enough to relax the male boar bladder sphincter, the urine is automatically discharged from the urethra, and then the operator takes the urine out of the container and seals the container for storage.
1-2, the method for collecting urine by puncturing bladder comprises the following steps: the method has the advantages of rapidness, convenience and little damage to urethra. The first time, the breeding boar is anesthetized, lies on the back and is fixed in a cage, the skin of the abdominal midline region is shaved off, the left hand touches and fixes the bladder after preparing the puncture point above the pubic symphysis for disinfection, the right hand holds a prepared thick needle connected with a 5ml syringe with the length of 10cm to percutaneously puncture the bladder, and the needle head changes a slight angle after entering the skin so as to avoid urine leakage after puncture. The needle is inserted slowly and deeply, and the urine is sucked while the needle is inserted, so as to extract the urine. The puncture position is 18cm above the pubic symphysis, and if urine cannot be drawn at one time, the needle needs to be pulled out for puncturing again. The left-handed fixed needle is used after urine is pumped out, the needle cylinder is taken down, a No. 5 child gastric catheter is selected to be inserted into the bladder through the needle pipeline until the urine flows out of the catheter, the needle is pulled out gently, the catheter is kept, the catheter is fixed by sewing a needle method so as to avoid slipping, a vein clip is clamped at the tail end of the catheter, the urine can be collected and discharged in a follow-up timing control mode, and the collected urine is stored in a sealed mode.
1-3, the operation of the method for collecting urine by urethral catheterization: the catheter is inserted slowly from the urethra (the tip should be coated with liquid paraffin first), and generally has no resistance. The insertion depth is about 22cm, and can be determined according to the size of the breeding boar. When the catheter is inserted into the bladder, urine immediately flows out of the catheter, the catheter is fixed by adhesive tape, the lower abdomen is pressed to empty the bladder, then normal urine is collected, and the urine is collected after administration. The catheter should be rotated often during collection of urine.
Example 2 Collection of secretions from the submandibular gland of a boar as a pheromone
The method for collecting the secretion of the submaxillary gland by the miniature Lash1ey suction cup method comprises the following steps: firstly, an operator fixes the miniature Lash1ey sucker in a breeding boar, then injects 0.2-0.5% pilocarpine to stimulate the submaxillary gland of the breeding boar to secrete liquid, the secretion time is up to 15-20 minutes after the injection, and the operator puts the collected liquid into a container for sealed storage after the liquid secretion is not obviously increased.
Example 3 secretion Induction of the submandibular gland estrus
The secretion of the submandibular gland collected in example 2 was put into a sealed test tube, and a proper amount of paraffin oil was added to perform liquid sealing, and then the test tube mouth was sealed. Placing the sealed test tube into an ultrasonic sterilization machine, and starting the machine to perform sound intensity of 50W/cm2The ultrasonic frequency is selected to be 35kHz, the sterilization time is set to be 10min, and pulse ultrasonic treatment is used. Then placing the mixture in a quick freezing box to cool to-15 ℃, and then placing the mixture in a thermal insulation box at 40 ℃ to rapidly melt. Continuously irradiating for 5min under ultraviolet lamp, heating to 60 deg.C in thermostat, and maintaining for 30 min. And taking out the sealed test tube after the liquid is cooled. The tube was opened and macroscopic paraffin oil was blotted off with an oil blotting paper. Adding sterile water with the volume of 3 times of the sterilized secretion, uniformly mixing, then putting into a sprayer, and placing at a place contacted by the sow to enable the sow to smell the secretion of the boar, thus enabling the sow to estrus.
Example 4 urine induced estrus
Urine from breeding boars was obtained by the method of 1-1 in example 1 and picked up with a towel as a carrier. The towel was placed in a closed container, heated to 60 ℃ in a thermostat and held for 30 minutes. Then putting the towel into a closed container, putting the container in a quick freezing box, cooling to-20 ℃, then putting the container in a room, naturally heating, repeating for 3 times, and then sterilizing. An operator wipes the mouth and nose of the sow by a towel containing urine, so that the sow smells the smell of secretion of the boar, and the sow is oestrous.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, which fall within the protective scope of the present invention.
