The participating terminal 10 may be one end that reserves the teleconference and can control the conference progress of the teleconference, and has a higher conference permission than other participating terminals joining the teleconference. Of course, the participating end 10 may also be an end participating in the teleconference, and its conference authority is lower than that of the control end of the teleconference. The participating terminals 10 access the service terminal 11 through the network, and the service terminal 11 provides data support for the participating terminals 10, including conference information of the teleconference, shared document information, other content data related to the teleconference, and the like. Optionally, in the process of holding the teleconference, the conference permission of the participating end 10 may be adjusted according to the conference requirement of the teleconference. Optionally, the participating end 10 may be an electronic device having a web-surfing function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and a desktop computer, and capable of interacting with an external device or a user. The server 11 may be an independent server or a server cluster, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific forms of the participant 10 and the server 11.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
In the following, the execution main body is taken as an example for introduction, specifically:
fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for controlling a teleconference according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process of how the conference terminal controls the conference stage of the teleconference. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s101, monitoring the reading progress of the shared document in the remote conference.
Specifically, when a teleconference is reserved, the participating end may select one or more shared documents as a discussion topic of the teleconference, and upload the shared documents to the service end, so that the service end associates the shared documents with the teleconference. Wherein, all the discussion contents and topics of the current conference are recorded in the shared document. And carrying out conference cooperation by using the shared document, so that conference contents are very focused and document contents and themes set in advance are not deviated.
After the participating end joins the teleconference, the participating end can acquire information of the teleconference from the server end, including loading shared documents associated with the teleconference. After the participant end finishes loading the shared document, the participant end enters a first conference stage of the remote conference. To facilitate the conference, optionally, the first conference phase may be a reading phase. In the first conference stage, the participant end reads the shared document, is familiar with the discussion content of the teleconference and is ready for subsequent deep discussion. In the process of reading the shared document, the participant terminal monitors the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference in real time.
As an alternative implementation, the process of the participant terminal monitoring the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference may be: receiving browsing instructions of at least one participant to the shared document in a first conference phase; asynchronously displaying the content of the shared document on a remote conference interface of each participant terminal based on the browsing instruction; and determining the reading progress of each participant end based on the content of the shared document displayed at each participant end.
Specifically, after the participating end enters the first conference stage, the participating end can freely browse the shared document, that is, each participating end can trigger a corresponding browsing instruction based on the browsing requirement of the participating end. At this time, the participating terminals can receive browsing instructions of the shared document from users (the users are organizers or non-organizers) in the first conference stage, and asynchronously display the content of the shared document on the teleconference interfaces of the participating terminals based on the received browsing instructions, so that the participating terminals can freely browse the shared document based on own browsing requirements. Then, the current reading position of each participant end can be obtained through the content of the shared document displayed by each participant end, and the reading progress of each participant end can be determined based on the current reading position of each participant end.
It can be understood that the participating terminals asynchronously display the content of the shared document on the teleconference interfaces of the participating terminals based on the browsing instruction, so that the participating terminals can freely browse the shared document in the teleconference, the browsing freedom of the participating terminals on the content of the shared document in the teleconference is improved, and the conference efficiency of the teleconference is improved.
Optionally, the following process may also be adopted to determine the reading progress of each participant: in the process of browsing the shared document, the participant end detects whether the page of the shared document rolls, and after the page of the shared document rolls, the participant end acquires the current reading position information of the participant end based on the page rolling operation and determines the reading progress of the shared document based on the current reading position information. Optionally, the participant terminal may detect position information of the mouse cursor in the shared document, and use the detected position information of the mouse cursor as the current reading position information.
S102, controlling the remote conference to enter a second conference stage from a first conference stage according to a conference adjusting instruction, wherein the conference adjusting instruction is triggered based on the reading progress of all the participating terminals.
Specifically, the participant terminals monitor the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference in real time, and trigger a conference adjusting instruction based on the reading progress of all the participant terminals to control the teleconference to enter a second conference stage from a first conference stage.
Optionally, when the reading progress of all the participating terminals is completed or the overall reading progress of all the participating terminals reaches a certain proportion, the conference adjusting instruction is triggered, and the remote conference is controlled to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction.
Optionally, the process of triggering the conference adjustment instruction may further include: when the reading progress of the shared document meets a preset condition, triggering the conference adjusting instruction; or when the reading progress of the shared document meets a preset condition, sending a pre-adjustment instruction to the participant terminals meeting the permission condition according to the conference permission of each participant terminal, so that the participant terminals meeting the permission condition trigger the conference adjustment instruction.
The conference adjusting instruction can be automatically triggered when the reading progress of each participant end is detected to meet a preset condition, and the conference adjusting instruction is triggered when the reading progress of each participant end reaches a certain reading proportion; or when the reading progress of each participant is detected to meet the preset condition, a prompt is sent to a person with higher conference authority, such as a conference organizer or an assistant organizer, and the organizer or the assistant organizer actively triggers a conference adjusting instruction.
Optionally, the number of times of the voice instruction received in the first conference stage is smaller than the number of times of the voice instruction received in the second conference stage.
After the participant terminal enters the first conference phase of the teleconference, the participant terminal with high conference authority can issue a corresponding voice instruction, such as a reading start instruction, at the start phase of the first conference phase, or receive triggering of the participant terminal with high conference authority on a related function control, such as clicking a "reading start" function control, so that a corresponding reading prompt is displayed at each participant terminal, and each participant terminal enters the reading phase to start reading the shared document.
Optionally, taking the first conference phase as a reading phase and the second conference phase as a discussion phase as an example, in the reading phase, the participating end may read the shared document, annotate a problem existing in the reading process in an annotating manner, and may also respond to the problem in an annotating manner. For example, the participant terminal with low conference authority reads the shared document in the first conference stage, and annotates the problems existing in the reading process in an annotating mode. And the participating end with high conference authority browses the problems annotated by the participating end with low conference authority in the first conference stage, and responds to the problems of the participating end with low conference authority in an annotation mode. After the teleconference is controlled to enter the discussion phase from the reading phase, the participating end can explain the problem which is not clearly explained in the reading phase again and carry out voice interactive discussion on the problem still existing in the shared document. In another embodiment, the participant with high conference authority and the participant with low conference authority can read the shared document in the first conference phase, annotate the problems existing in the reading process in an annotating mode, and respond to the annotating problems of other participants. After the teleconference is controlled to enter the discussion phase from the reading phase, the participating end can explain the problem which is not clearly explained in the reading phase again and carry out voice interactive discussion on the problem still existing in the shared document.
Through the technical scheme, the traditional conference-opening mode is changed from serial single explanation-single questioning-single answering to parallel multi-person simultaneous questioning (questioning mode of commenting questions in shared documents), and the communication efficiency of the teleconference is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the whole question response process is also clearly recorded in the shared document, so that the progress can be conveniently tracked at any time in the follow-up process. After the reading stage is finished, most problems of the teleconference are solved in the shared document, and the time of the subsequent stage of the teleconference is shortened; meanwhile, the discussion result generated in the discussion stage can be recorded in the shared document in an annotation mode, and the communication efficiency of the teleconference is further improved.
In practical application, in order to enable the participant terminal to intuitively know the reading progress of the shared document, on the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, before monitoring the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference, a reading control may be inserted into the shared document displayed on the teleconference interface, or a reading control may be inserted into the shared document displayed on the non-teleconference interface.
The reading control is used for submitting the reading progress of the participating end and/or displaying the reading progress of the participating end. By inserting the reading control into the shared document displayed on the teleconference interface or the shared document displayed on the non-teleconference interface, the participant end can submit the reading progress of the participant end by clicking the reading control when the participant end freely reads the shared document. And when the reading progress of each participant end needs to be checked, the reading progress of each participant end can be displayed by clicking the reading control. The non-teleconference interface may refer to other display interfaces besides the teleconference interface, such as a browser page when a shared document is opened through a browser.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, a display page may be displayed, or a floating window may pop up to display the reading progress of each participant. In addition, the number of participants who have finished reading may also be displayed. Of course, a corresponding completion control can be set in the reading page of the participant end, and after the participant end finishes reading the shared document, the completion control is clicked. At this time, the participant terminal can detect the trigger operation of the participant on the completion control, and the number of the participant terminals which have completed reading is updated according to the trigger operation.
Of course, a corresponding cancel control can be set in the reading page of the participant end, and after the participant completes the control by misoperation, the previous completion operation can be cancelled by clicking the cancel control. Therefore, after the participant terminal detects the triggering operation of the participant on the cancel control, the number of the participant terminals which have finished reading is updated again according to the triggering operation.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display page of the participant end for reading progress of the shared document according to the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, a reading progress bar is arranged in the display page, and different positions in the reading progress bar represent different reading progresses. The reading progress of each participant end is displayed in the reading progress bar, the icons in the reading progress bar in fig. 3 represent the corresponding participant ends, and the positions of the icons represent the reading progress of the corresponding participant ends. In addition, a 'reading completion' control can be arranged in the display page, and after the participant finishes reading the shared document, the participant can click the 'reading completion' control. At the moment, the participant terminal synchronously updates the number of the read people, and simultaneously, the icon corresponding to the participant terminal is not displayed in the reading progress bar. Optionally, a "cancel read" control may be further disposed in the display page, and after the participant erroneously operates the "finish read" control, the "cancel read" control may be clicked to cancel the above operation. At the moment, the participant end synchronously updates the number of people who have been read, and simultaneously displays the icon corresponding to the participant end in the reading progress bar.
Compared with a traditional teleconference mode, the technical scheme can use the shared document as the focus point of the teleconference, and effectively ensures that the teleconference cannot deviate document contents and themes set in advance. In addition, the participating terminals can automatically control the conference stage of the teleconference based on the reading progress of all the participating terminals on the shared document, so that the conference opening mode of the traditional teleconference is changed, and the communication efficiency of the teleconference is greatly improved.
According to the control method of the teleconference, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the participant end monitors the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference, and controls the teleconference to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction. The conference participating end can continuously monitor the reading progress of the shared document in the teleconference, and a conference adjusting instruction is triggered based on the reading progress of all the conference participating ends to control the teleconference to enter a second conference stage from a first conference stage, so that the automatic adjustment of the conference stage of the teleconference is realized, and compared with a traditional teleconference mode, the communication efficiency of the teleconference is improved.
Furthermore, the participating end can control the remote conference to enter the second conference phase from the first conference phase through information interaction with the server end. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the process of controlling the teleconference from the first conference phase to the second conference phase according to the conference adjustment instruction may be:
s201, sending the conference adjusting instruction to a server.
S202, receiving conference information sent by the server end in response to the conference adjusting instruction; the conference information includes an adjusted version number for the teleconference.
The conference information of the teleconference can include a conference identifier, a conference stage, a version number of the conference and the like. After receiving a conference adjustment instruction sent by a participant terminal, a server terminal can adjust a conference phase of a teleconference in an optimistic lock mode, that is, the adjustment process can be realized by adding a field of 'version number of conference' in conference information. After the server receives the conference adjusting instruction, the server adjusts the first conference stage in the conference information into the second conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction, and simultaneously automatically adjusts the version number of the conference in the conference information. For example, assuming that the version number of the conference is n, after the conference phase is modified, the version number of the conference is automatically increased by 1, that is, the adjusted version number is n + 1. And after the conference information of the teleconference is modified, the server side pushes the modified conference information to the participating terminals.
S203, if the adjusted version number is larger than the version number of the local cache teleconference, the first conference stage of the teleconference enters a second conference stage appointed in the conference information.
After receiving the modified conference information sent by the server, the participant terminal analyzes the modified conference information to obtain a conference version number (i.e., the modified conference version number) carried in the conference information, compares the received version number with the locally cached teleconference version number, and enters a second conference stage specified in the modified conference information from the first conference stage of the teleconference if the received version number is greater than the locally cached teleconference version number. And if the received version number is not greater than the version number of the local cached teleconference, determining the conference information as invalid information, and discarding the conference information, wherein at the moment, the participant end is still in the first conference stage.
In this embodiment, the participating end can automatically control the teleconference to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage based on the reading progress of the shared document, so that the conference opening mode of the traditional teleconference is changed, and the communication efficiency of the teleconference is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the remote conference can be controlled to enter a second conference stage from a first conference stage in an optimistic locking mode, so that the accuracy and the safety of conference stage adjustment are improved.
In one embodiment, a shared document acquisition process in a teleconference is also provided. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 5, before the foregoing S101, the method may further include:
s301, determining whether the associated shared document exists in the remote conference.
After the participating end joins the teleconference, the participating end acquires the information of the teleconference from the server end, and determines whether the teleconference has associated shared documents or not based on the acquired information of the teleconference. If not, executing S302; if yes, go to S303.
S302, sending a document sharing request to the server, wherein the document sharing request is used for indicating the server to push shared documents corresponding to the document sharing request to all participating terminals.
When it is determined that no associated shared document exists in the teleconference, the participating terminals can select one or more shared documents as the discussion subjects of the teleconference, upload the shared documents to the server, enable the server to associate the shared documents with the teleconference, and push the shared documents to all the participating terminals.
S303, loading the shared document.
When determining that the associated shared document exists in the teleconference, the participating end directly loads the shared document associated with the teleconference from the server end, and controls the process of the teleconference by taking the shared document as a focus point.
In this embodiment, after joining the teleconference, the participating end can associate a corresponding shared document with the teleconference, or load the shared document associated with the teleconference, so as to perform conference collaboration on the shared document, so that conference contents are focused very well, and document contents and topics set in advance are not deviated, thereby further improving the communication efficiency of the teleconference.
After the teleconference enters the second conference stage, communication between the participating terminals is facilitated aiming at the shared document, so that the communication efficiency of the teleconference is further improved. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the method may further include: acquiring an interaction instruction of at least one participant end to the shared document in a second conference stage; and adjusting the shared document based on the interaction instruction, and synchronizing the adjustment result of the shared document with other participating terminals.
After the teleconference enters the second conference stage, interaction can be performed among all the participating terminals, any one or more participating terminals can initiate interaction operation, and other participating terminals synchronize the interaction operation. As an optional implementation manner, after the teleconference enters the second conference stage, the participant with high conference permission and/or the participant with low conference permission may explain a problem still existing in the shared document, or discuss with other participants, at this time, in order to facilitate interaction among the participants, an interaction instruction of at least one participant to the shared document is obtained in the second conference stage, the shared document is adjusted based on the interaction instruction, and an adjustment result is sent to other participants through the server, so that the other participants synchronously update the shared document based on the adjustment result, and synchronization among the participants is maintained.
For example, it is described by taking an example that a participant terminal with a high conference permission initiates an interactive operation, and in specific implementation, after each participant terminal enters a second conference stage of a teleconference, the participant terminal with a low conference permission may output prompt information to prompt whether to perform the interactive operation with the participant terminal with the high conference permission. When the confirmation operation aiming at the prompt information is detected, the participating terminal with low conference authority sends a following request to the server terminal, so that the server terminal collects the interaction instruction of the participating terminal with high conference authority to the shared document. Therefore, in the process of browsing the shared document by the participant terminal with high conference authority, the participant terminal with high conference authority detects whether an interaction instruction exists on the page of the shared document, if so, the shared document is adjusted based on the interaction instruction, and the adjustment result is sent to the participant terminal with low conference authority through the server terminal, so that the participant terminal with low conference authority synchronizes the adjustment result. For example, the participant terminal with the high conference permission can detect whether the page of the shared document rolls, and after detecting that the page of the shared document rolls, the participant terminal with the high conference permission obtains the first current reading position of the participant terminal based on the rolling operation, and sends the first current reading position of the participant terminal to the participant terminal with the low conference permission through the server terminal. After the first current reading position is received, the participant terminal with low conference authority adjusts the shared document from the second current reading position to the first current reading position, namely automatically adjusts the page display position of the participant terminal, so as to keep synchronization with the participant terminal with high conference authority, thereby facilitating communication among the participant terminals.
In this embodiment, after the teleconference enters the second conference phase, the participating terminals can adjust the shared document based on the interaction instruction of at least one participating terminal, and synchronize the adjustment result of the shared document with other participating terminals, so that each participating terminal automatically keeps synchronization without manually adjusting the shared document by a user, thereby facilitating communication between the two parties based on the shared document and further improving the communication efficiency of the teleconference.
Next, taking the execution subject as a server as an example for description, specifically:
fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a method for controlling a teleconference, according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process of how a server cooperates with a participant to control a conference stage of a teleconference. As shown in fig. 6, the method may include:
s401, the reading progress of the first participant end on the shared document in the remote conference is obtained.
In this embodiment, the first participant can be understood as a non-organizer in the teleconference (i.e., a participant with low conference permission), and after the first participant joins the teleconference, the first participant can load the shared document associated with the teleconference from the server and enter the first conference phase of the teleconference. To facilitate the conference, optionally, the first conference phase may be a reading phase. In the first meeting stage, the first participant end reads the shared document, is familiar with the discussion content of the teleconference and is ready for further follow-up discussion.
In the process of reading the shared document by the first participant terminal, the server terminal obtains the reading progress of the first participant terminal on the shared document in the teleconference in real time. As an optional implementation manner, the process of the server obtaining the reading progress of the shared document of the teleconference by the first participant may be: and receiving the reading progress of the shared document sent by the first participant terminal in a first meeting phase.
Specifically, after the participating end enters the first conference stage, the participating end can freely browse the shared document, that is, each participating end can trigger a corresponding browsing instruction based on the browsing requirement of the participating end. At this time, the first participant end can receive a browsing instruction of the user to the shared document in the first conference phase, asynchronously display the content of the shared document on the teleconference interface of each participant end based on the received browsing instruction, determine the reading progress of each participant end based on the content of the shared document displayed on each participant end, and send the determined reading progress to the server end.
Of course, optionally, the first participating terminal may also obtain the current reading position of the first participating terminal on the shared document in real time, and send the current reading position to the server terminal. And the server determines the reading progress of each first participant terminal based on the current reading position of each first participant terminal. Illustratively, in the process of browsing the shared document, the first participant terminal detects whether the page of the shared document is scrolled, and after detecting that the page of the shared document is scrolled, the first participant terminal acquires current reading position information of the first participant terminal based on a scrolling operation and sends the current reading position information to the server terminal. And the server side determines the reading progress of the first participant side based on the received current reading position information. Optionally, the first participant terminal may detect position information of a mouse cursor in the shared document, and use the detected position information of the mouse cursor as current reading position information of the first participant terminal.
S402, sending the reading progress to a second participating end so that the second participating end controls the remote conference to enter a second conference stage from a first conference stage according to a conference adjusting instruction; and the conference adjusting instruction is triggered based on the reading progress of all the participating terminals.
In this embodiment, the second participant can be understood as an organizer of the teleconference (i.e., a participant with a high conference authority). After the server side sends the reading progress of the first participating end to the second participating end, the second participating end triggers a conference adjusting instruction based on the reading progress of all the participating ends so as to control the remote conference to enter a second conference stage from the first conference stage. Optionally, when the reading progress of all the participating terminals is completed or the overall reading progress of all the participating terminals reaches a certain proportion, the conference adjusting instruction may be triggered, and the remote conference is controlled to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction.
Optionally, the number of times of the voice instruction received in the first conference stage is smaller than the number of times of the voice instruction received in the second conference stage.
According to the control method of the teleconference, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server side obtains the reading progress of the first participant side on the shared document in the teleconference, and sends the reading progress to the second participant side, so that the second participant side controls the teleconference to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction. The server side can send the reading progress of the first participating end to the second participating end, so that the second participating end triggers a conference adjusting instruction based on the reading progress of all the participating ends, and the second participating end can control the teleconference to enter a second conference phase from the first conference phase based on the conference adjusting instruction, so that the automatic adjustment of the conference phase of the teleconference is realized, and compared with a traditional teleconference mode, the communication efficiency of the teleconference is improved.
In one embodiment, a specific process of how the server controls the remote conference from the first conference phase to the second conference phase based on the conference adjustment instruction is further provided. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the method may further include:
s501, receiving the conference adjusting instruction sent by the second participating end.
S502, conference information of the teleconference is adjusted based on the conference adjusting instruction, and new conference information is obtained; the new conference information includes an adjusted version number for the teleconference.
The conference information of the teleconference can include a conference identifier, a conference stage, a version number of the conference and the like. After receiving the conference adjustment instruction sent by the second participant, the server may adjust the conference phase of the teleconference in an optimistically locked manner, that is, the adjustment process may be implemented by adding a "version number of the conference" field in the conference information. After the server receives the conference adjusting instruction, the server adjusts the first conference stage in the conference information into the second conference stage according to the conference adjusting instruction, and simultaneously automatically adjusts the version number of the conference in the conference information to obtain new conference information of the teleconference. For example, assuming that the version number of the conference information before adjustment is n, after the conference stage is modified, the version number of the conference is automatically increased by 1, that is, the version number of the conference in the new conference information is n +1, and the conference stage is the second conference stage.
S503, sending the new conference information to the participating end, so that when the participating end determines that the adjusted version number is greater than the locally cached version number of the teleconference, the first conference phase of the teleconference enters the second conference phase appointed by the new conference information.
The server sends new conference information to all the participating terminals, after receiving the new conference information sent by the server, the participating terminals analyze the new conference information to obtain the version number of the conference carried in the new conference information (namely the version number of the adjusted conference), compare the received version number with the version number of the local cache teleconference, and if the received version number is greater than the version number of the local cache teleconference, enter a second conference stage from the first conference stage of the teleconference. And if the received version number is not greater than the version number of the local cached teleconference, determining the conference information as invalid information, and discarding the conference information, wherein at the moment, the participant end is still in the first conference stage.
In this embodiment, the server can send the reading progress of the first participant to the shared document to the second participant, so that the second participant can automatically control the teleconference to enter the second conference stage from the first conference stage based on the reading progress of all the participants, the conference opening mode of the conventional teleconference is changed, and the communication efficiency of the teleconference is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the server can control the remote conference to enter a second conference stage from the first conference stage in an optimistic locking mode, so that the accuracy and the safety of conference stage adjustment are improved.

On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, before the foregoing S401, the method may further include: receiving a document sharing request sent by a participant terminal; pushing a shared document corresponding to the document sharing request to all participating terminals; the document sharing request is triggered based on a shared document for which there is no association in the teleconference.
After the participating end joins the teleconference, the participating end acquires the information of the teleconference from the server end, and determines whether the teleconference has associated shared documents or not based on the acquired information of the teleconference. If yes, directly loading the shared document associated with the remote conference; and if not, sending a document sharing request to the server. After receiving the document sharing request, the server side associates one or more shared documents provided by the participating sides with the teleconference. After the other participating terminals join the teleconference, the server side pushes the shared document to the other participating terminals.
In this embodiment, the server can push the shared document of the teleconference to all the participating terminals based on the document sharing request sent by the participating terminals to perform conference cooperation with the shared document, so that conference contents are very focused without deviating document contents and themes set in advance, and thus the communication efficiency of the teleconference is further improved.
