Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The conference resource scheduling method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a terminal 102, a conference management server 104, and more than one resource providing device 106. The terminal 102 communicates with the conference management server 104 via a network, and the conference management server 104 and the resource providing device 106 communicate via the network. The terminal 102 may specifically include a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may specifically include at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. Conference management server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers. The resource providing device 106 may specifically be an MCU (multipoint control Unit). Those skilled in the art will understand that the application environment shown in fig. 1 is only a part of the scenario related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the application environment of the present application.
The conference management server 104 receives a conference activation request sent by the terminal 102, where the conference activation request carries a target virtual conference number created in the conference management server 104 in advance. The conference management server 104 determines the target resource providing device 106 from more than one resource providing device 106 according to the target virtual conference number, and inquires whether the conference resource of the target resource providing device 106 is sufficient. When the conference resource of the target resource providing device 106 is sufficient, the conference management server 104 schedules the conference resource provided by the target resource providing device 106 so that the terminal 102 joins the conference based on the conference resource. When the conference resources of the target resource providing device 106 are insufficient, the conference management server 104 schedules the conference resources provided by the cascading resource providing devices 106, which are sufficient in conference resources, among the more than one resource providing devices 106, so that the terminal 102 joins the conference based on the conference resources.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a conference resource scheduling method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the conference management server 104 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202, receiving a conference activation request sent by a terminal; the conference activation request carries a target virtual conference number created in advance at the conference management server.
Wherein the conference activation request is a request for activating a target virtual conference number previously created at the conference management server. The conference activation request carries a target virtual conference number created in advance at the conference management server. The target virtual conference number is a virtual conference number that is selected from a plurality of virtual conference numbers created in advance in the conference management server and needs to be activated.
Specifically, the terminal may generate a conference activation request for activating the target virtual conference number based on the target virtual conference number input by the user. The terminal may transmit the generated conference activation request to the conference management server. The conference management server may receive a conference activation request transmitted by the terminal.
S204, according to the target virtual conference number, determining the target resource providing equipment from more than one resource providing equipment, and inquiring whether the conference resource of the target resource providing equipment is sufficient.
The conference resources are hardware resources required by the normal running of the network conference.
Specifically, the terminal and the resource providing device may be configured with a binding relationship in advance. The conference management server may determine the target resource providing device from more than one resource providing device according to the target virtual conference number transmitted by the terminal. Further, the conference management server may inquire whether the conference resource of the target resource providing apparatus is sufficient.
In one embodiment, the target resource providing device may specifically be an MCU. The conference resources are hardware codec resources of the MCU. For example, one MCU supports 12 terminals in 4K30 format to participate in the network conference at the same time, or supports 24 terminals in 1080P60 format to participate in the network conference at the same time.
S206, when the conference resource of the target resource providing device is sufficient, the conference resource provided by the target resource providing device is scheduled, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resource.
Specifically, when the conference management server queries that the currently available conference resources of the target resource providing device are sufficient, the conference management server may schedule the currently available conference resources provided by the target resource providing device, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the currently available conference resources.
And S208, when the conference resource of the target resource providing equipment is insufficient, scheduling the conference resource provided by the cascade resource providing equipment with sufficient conference resource in more than one resource providing equipment, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resource.
Specifically, when the conference management server inquires that the conference resource currently available to the target resource providing device is insufficient, the conference management server may determine a resource providing device whose conference resource is sufficient among the more than one resource providing devices under control. Furthermore, the conference management server may select one of the resource providing devices with sufficient conference resources as a cascade resource providing device to provide the conference resources, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources.
In the conference resource scheduling method, the conference activation process is started by receiving the conference activation request sent by the terminal. And determining the target resource providing equipment from more than one resource providing equipment according to the target virtual conference number which is carried by the conference activation request and is established in the conference management server in advance, and inquiring whether the conference resource of the target resource providing equipment is sufficient. And when the conference resources of the target resource providing equipment are sufficient, scheduling the conference resources provided by the target resource providing equipment, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources. When the conference resources of the target resource providing device are insufficient, the conference resources provided by the cascading resource providing device with sufficient conference resources in more than one resource providing device are scheduled, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources. Therefore, the virtual conference number is created in the conference management server in advance, and the virtual conference number created before is activated at any time and any place when a conference is started, so that the resource providing equipment provides sufficient conference resources for the conference corresponding to the virtual conference number, the conference resource waste caused by the occupation of the conference resources by non-conference starting time is avoided, and the utilization rate of the conference resources is improved.
And the number of the conference-opening terminals can be set at the time of activation through the virtual conference number created before the activation at any time and any place at the time of conference opening, so that the scale of the conference can be flexibly controlled. Meanwhile, when the conference is finished, the conference resources can be automatically released, and the utilization rate of the conference resources is further improved.
In one embodiment, before step S202, that is, before the step of receiving the conference activation request sent by the terminal, the conference resource scheduling method further includes: acquiring a terminal identifier of a terminal; binding the terminal identification with the target resource providing equipment; creating a target virtual meeting number; and binding the target virtual conference number with the target resource providing equipment according to the terminal identifier.
The terminal identification is used for uniquely identifying the character string of the terminal. The terminal identification may include at least one of numbers, letters, special characters, and the like. The special characters may specifically include at least one of underlines, dots, percentiles, number keys, and the like.
Specifically, the terminal may communicate with the conference management server. The conference management server acquires a terminal identifier of the terminal. Wherein the terminal identification has been previously bound with the target resource providing device. Through the terminal, the conference management server can create a target virtual conference number locally. Furthermore, the target resource providing device can bind the target virtual conference number with the target resource providing device according to the terminal identifier.
In one embodiment, the step of determining the target resource providing device from more than one resource providing device according to the target virtual conference number in step S204 specifically includes: determining a target resource providing device bound with a target virtual conference number from more than one resource providing device; the number of the target resource providing equipment bound with the target virtual conference number is at least one.
Specifically, the number of the target resource providing devices bound to the target virtual conference number is at least one, that is, one or more. The conference management server may determine a target resource providing device bound with the target virtual conference number from more than one resource providing device.
In the above embodiment, the terminal identifier of the terminal is bound with the target resource providing device, and the target virtual conference number is bound with the target resource providing device according to the terminal identifier. And then, searching the target resource providing equipment bound with the target virtual conference number through the binding relationship. Therefore, the searching efficiency of the target resource providing equipment is improved.
In an embodiment, step S202, that is, the step of receiving the conference activation request sent by the terminal specifically includes: receiving a conference activation request sent by a terminal through a session management server; performing field analysis on the conference activation request through a session management server to obtain a conference number field; and receiving a target virtual conference number which is sent by the session management server and determined according to the conference number field.
Wherein, the conference number field is a field carrying a target virtual conference number.
Specifically, the terminal may communicate with the session management server, and the terminal may transmit the conference activation request to the session management server. The session management server can receive the conference activation request and can perform field analysis on the conference activation request to obtain a conference number field. The session management server can determine the target virtual conference number according to the conference number field and send the determined target virtual conference number to the conference management server. Further, the conference management server may receive the target virtual conference number transmitted by the session management server.
In the above embodiment, the field of the received conference activation request is analyzed to obtain the conference number field, and the target virtual conference number is determined by the conference number field. Therefore, the acquisition efficiency of the target virtual conference number is improved.
In an embodiment, the step of querying whether conference resources of the target resource providing device are sufficient in step S204 specifically includes: determining the equipment model of the target resource providing equipment, and determining the maximum resource providing quantity corresponding to the target resource providing equipment according to the equipment model; counting the number of occupied conference resources corresponding to the target resource providing equipment, and determining the number of terminals participating in the conference according to the conference activation request; when the difference value between the maximum resource supply quantity corresponding to the target resource supply equipment and the occupied quantity of the conference resources is more than or equal to the quantity of the terminals participating in the conference, judging that the conference resources of the target resource supply equipment are sufficient; otherwise, the conference resource of the target resource providing equipment is judged to be insufficient.
Wherein the device model is an identification number of a device type to which the target resource providing device belongs.
Specifically, the target resource providing device may have a corresponding device model, and the resource providing devices of each device model may correspond to the maximum resource providing number that can be supported by each resource providing device. The conference management server can determine the equipment model of the target resource providing equipment and determine the maximum resource providing quantity corresponding to the target resource providing equipment according to the equipment model. The conference management server may count the number of occupied conference resources corresponding to the target resource providing device. The conference activation request carries the number of the terminals participating in the conference, and the conference management server can determine the number of the terminals participating in the conference according to the conference activation request. When the difference between the maximum resource provision amount corresponding to the target resource provision device and the occupied number of the conference resources is greater than or equal to the number of the terminals participating in the conference, the conference management server may determine that the conference resources of the target resource provision device are sufficient. When the difference between the maximum resource provision amount corresponding to the target resource provision device and the occupied number of the conference resources is smaller than the number of the terminals participating in the conference, the conference management server may determine that the conference resources of the target resource provision device are insufficient.
In the above embodiment, whether the conference resource of the target resource providing device is sufficient is determined by comparing the difference between the maximum resource providing quantity corresponding to the target resource providing device and the occupied conference resource quantity with the quantity of the terminals participating in the conference. In this way, it can be quickly determined whether the conference resource of the target resource providing apparatus is sufficient.
In an embodiment, the step S206, that is, the step of scheduling the conference resource provided by the target resource providing device, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resource specifically includes: registering a target virtual conference number to a session management server through a target resource providing device; the registered target virtual conference number is associated with the target resource providing equipment; receiving a target conference joining request which is sent by a terminal and carries a target virtual conference number through a session management server, and determining target resource providing equipment associated with the target virtual conference number according to the target conference joining request; and scheduling the conference resources provided by the target resource providing equipment so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources.
And the target conference joining request is a request for joining the conference corresponding to the activated target virtual conference number.
Specifically, the session management server has a function of registering a conference. The conference management server may register a target virtual conference number to the session management server through the corresponding target resource providing device. And the registered target virtual conference number is associated with the corresponding target resource providing equipment. The terminal can generate a corresponding target conference joining request according to the target virtual conference number. The target conference join request may carry a target virtual conference number. The terminal can send a target conference joining request carrying the target virtual conference number to the session management server. The conference management server can receive a target conference joining request which is sent by the terminal and carries a target virtual conference number through the session management server, and determine target resource providing equipment associated with the target virtual conference number according to the target conference joining request. The conference management server can schedule the conference resources provided by the target resource providing equipment, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources.
In the above embodiment, the target resource providing device associated with the target virtual conference number is determined according to the target conference joining request, and the conference resource provided by the target resource providing device is scheduled, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resource. In this way, the time to join the conference is shortened. By associating the registered target virtual conference number with the target resource providing equipment, when the terminal joins the request conference again, the target resource providing equipment can be directly determined according to the target virtual conference number so as to directly join the conference. In this way, the time to join the conference is further reduced.
In an embodiment, the step S208, that is, scheduling a conference resource provided by a cascading resource providing device with sufficient conference resources among more than one resource providing device, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resource, specifically includes: selecting cascade resource providing equipment with sufficient conference resources from all resource providing equipment controlled by a conference management server; creating a cascading virtual conference number through the cascading resource providing equipment, and registering the cascading virtual conference number to the session management server; the registered cascade virtual conference number is associated with cascade resource providing equipment; receiving a cascading conference joining request which is sent by a terminal and carries a cascading virtual conference number through a session management server, and determining cascading resource providing equipment which is associated with the cascading virtual conference number according to the cascading conference joining request; and scheduling the conference resources provided by the cascade resource providing equipment so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources.
Wherein the cascade virtual conference number is a virtual conference number created in the cascade resource providing apparatus. The cascade conference joining request is a request for joining the conference corresponding to the activated cascade virtual conference number.
Specifically, the conference management server may control more than one resource providing device. The conference management server may select a resource providing device with sufficient conference resources from among the resource providing devices controlled by the conference management server as the cascade resource providing device. The conference management server may create a cascade virtual conference number through the cascade resource providing device and register the cascade virtual conference number with the session management server. Wherein the registered cascading virtual conference number is associated with the cascading resource providing device. The terminal can generate a corresponding cascade conference joining request according to the cascade virtual conference number. The cascading conference join request may carry a cascading virtual conference number. The terminal can send the cascade conference joining request carrying the cascade virtual conference number to the session management server. The conference management server can receive a cascading conference joining request which is sent by the terminal and carries a cascading virtual conference number, and determines cascading resource providing equipment which is related to the cascading virtual conference number according to the cascading conference joining request. Furthermore, the conference management server may schedule the conference resources provided by the cascade resource providing device, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources.
In the above embodiment, when conference resources of the target resource providing device are insufficient, a cascade virtual conference number is created by the cascade resource providing device, and the cascade virtual conference number is registered in the session management server, and then, conference resources provided by the cascade resource providing device are scheduled, so that the terminal joins the conference based on the conference resources. Therefore, the normal running of the conference can be guaranteed, and the utilization rate of conference resources can be improved.
It should be understood that although the various steps of fig. 2 are shown in order, the steps are not necessarily performed in order. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternatively with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the terminal sends a message (conference activation request) carrying the target virtual conference number 1000 to a Session management server (for example, a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server). The session management server may feed back the successful status information 200OK to the terminal upon receiving the message, may parse the message to obtain the target virtual conference number 1000, and reports the target virtual conference number 1000 to the conference management server. The conference management server may query whether conference resources of a target resource providing device (e.g., MCU) corresponding to the target virtual conference number 1000 are sufficient. When the conference resource is sufficient, the corresponding target resource providing apparatus may register the target virtual conference number 1000 in the session management server. Further, the conference management server returns the registered target virtual conference number 1000 to the session management server. The session management server may feed back the target virtual conference number 1000 to the terminal through a message.
