Various health-related words (such as lumbago, chest distress and the like) and health-related symptoms (such as cough, sneeze and the like) of the user are collected through the mobile phone with the voiceprint of the user, and then matching is carried out according to the related symptoms and information about various diseases in the background, so that user-friendly suggestions are given. Specifically, the remote server can analyze a plurality of keywords of the second sound through a TF-IDF algorithm, determine the current user symptom, and send one or more health risk treatment suggestions related to the user symptom to the mobile terminal according to the user symptom.
