Abstract
The invention discloses a parcel loss processing method, which comprises the following steps: receiving an order state updating instruction, wherein the order state updating instruction is to change the current state of a target order into a package loss state; acquiring the logistics state of the target order, determining whether insurance claim initiation is allowed according to the logistics state, and uploading an insurance claim function file to a server when determining that insurance claim initiation is allowed; when the insurance claim examination is passed, calculating a claim payment amount according to the target order, transferring accounts to a target user account according to the claim payment amount, and changing the current state of the target order into a package loss state; according to the technical scheme, after the packages are lost, the insurance claim letter files are uploaded to the server to complete auditing, the insurance auditing process is simplified, account transfer is automatically carried out on the account of the target user when the insurance claim letter auditing is passed, and the current state of the target order is updated, so that the working efficiency is improved.
