(2) inserting the end-sealing accessory coated with the adhesive into the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body, wherein the side face of the end-sealing accessory with the opening is opposite to the side face with the opening on the carbon fiber pipe body, until the end with the larger cross-sectional area of the end-sealing accessory is contacted with the port of the carbon fiber pipe body, wiping the redundant adhesive, and standing for 2min until no adhesive flows out;
(3) placing the sealed end of the carbon fiber tube body in the product assembled in the step (2) on a fixture support in an inverted manner, wherein the fixture support is provided with a planar plate for horizontally placing the sealed end of the assembled product and two groups of fixed tubes positioned above the planar plate, each group of fixed tubes comprises two fixed tubes arranged in parallel, the two groups of fixed tubes are arranged on the same vertical plane, and the two fixed tubes in each group are arranged on the same horizontal plane; inverting for 36min until the adhesive does not flow out, and then flatly placing and standing the product for 24h until the adhesive is completely cured to obtain a carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product;
(4) and (4) coating an adhesive on the inserted part of the fixed fitting, inserting the fixed fitting into the side opening on the carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product obtained in the step (3), and further fixing the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capped fitting to obtain the carbon fiber end-capped product.
In the embodiment, the carbon fiber pipe is capped by the method, so that the obtained product is good in air tightness, the fittings and the carbon fiber pipe body are good in combination, the product is high in stability, the capped fittings are not prone to falling off, and the qualified rate of finished products reaches 99.95% during capping.
Example 4:
the embodiment provides an end capping method of a carbon fiber end capped product, wherein the end capped product adopts the product in the embodiment 1, and the end capping method comprises the following steps:
(1) after holes are formed in corresponding positions of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capping accessory, the positions of the holes are overlapped after the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capping accessory are assembled, an adhesive is coated on the inner wall surface of the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body and the side surface of the end, with the smaller cross-sectional area, of the end-capping accessory, the adhesive is an epoxy resin adhesive EP331, the composition of the epoxy resin adhesive EP331 comprises a main agent epoxy resin and a hardener triisopropylamine, and the mass ratio of the epoxy resin;
(2) inserting the end-sealing accessory coated with the adhesive into the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body, wherein the side face of the end-sealing accessory with the opening is opposite to the side face with the opening on the carbon fiber pipe body, until the end with the larger cross-sectional area of the end-sealing accessory is contacted with the port of the carbon fiber pipe body, wiping the redundant adhesive, and standing for 5min until no adhesive flows out;
(3) placing the sealed end of the carbon fiber tube body in the product assembled in the step (2) on a fixture support in an inverted manner, wherein the fixture support is provided with a planar plate for horizontally placing the sealed end of the assembled product and three groups of fixed tubes positioned above the planar plate, each group of fixed tubes comprises two fixed tubes arranged in parallel, the three groups of fixed tubes are arranged on the same vertical plane, and the two fixed tubes in each group are arranged on the same horizontal plane; inverting for 45min until the adhesive does not flow out, and then flatly placing and standing the product for 20h until the adhesive is completely cured to obtain a carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product;
(4) and (4) coating an adhesive on the inserted part of the fixed fitting, inserting the fixed fitting into the side opening on the carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product obtained in the step (3), and further fixing the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capped fitting to obtain the carbon fiber end-capped product.
In the embodiment, the carbon fiber pipe is capped by the method, so that the obtained product is good in air tightness, the fittings and the carbon fiber pipe body are good in combination, the product is high in stability, the capped fittings are not prone to falling off, and the qualified rate of finished products reaches 99.98% during capping.
Example 5:
the embodiment provides a method for end capping a carbon fiber end capped product, wherein the end capped product adopts the product in the embodiment 2, and the end capping method comprises the following steps:
(1) after holes are formed in corresponding positions of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory, the positions of the holes are overlapped after the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory are assembled, an adhesive is coated on the inner wall surface of the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body and the side surface of the end with the smaller cross section area of the end-sealing accessory, the adhesive is an epoxy resin adhesive, the composition of the epoxy resin adhesive comprises a main agent AV138 and a hardening agent HV998, and the mass ratio of the main agent AV138 to the hardening;
(2) inserting the end-sealing accessory coated with the adhesive into the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body, enabling the side face of the end-sealing accessory to be overlapped with the opening on the carbon fiber pipe body until the end with the larger cross-sectional area of the end-sealing accessory is contacted with the port of the carbon fiber pipe body, wiping redundant adhesive, and standing for 10min until no adhesive flows out;
(3) placing the sealed end of the carbon fiber tube body in the product assembled in the step (2) on a fixture support in an inverted manner, wherein the fixture support is provided with a planar plate for horizontally placing the sealed end of the assembled product and three groups of fixed tubes positioned above the planar plate, each group of fixed tubes comprises two fixed tubes arranged in parallel, the three groups of fixed tubes are arranged on the same vertical plane, and the two fixed tubes in each group are arranged on the same horizontal plane; inverting for 30min until the adhesive does not flow out, and then flatly placing and standing the product for 30h until the adhesive is completely cured to obtain a carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product;
(4) and (4) coating an adhesive on the inserted part of the fixed fitting, inserting the fixed fitting into the side opening on the carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product obtained in the step (3), and further fixing the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capped fitting to obtain the carbon fiber end-capped product.
In the embodiment, the carbon fiber pipe is capped by the method, so that the obtained product is good in air tightness, the fittings and the carbon fiber pipe body are good in combination, the product is high in stability, the capped fittings are not prone to falling off, and the qualified rate of finished products reaches 99.92% during capping.
Comparative example 1:
this comparative example provides a carbon fiber end-capped product whose structure is comparable to that of example 1, except that: the end-capped product does not include a securing fitting, and no holes are formed in the carbon fiber tube body and the end-capped fitting.
In the comparative example, the end-capped product is only capped by the end-capped accessory through the action of the adhesive, the fixed accessory is not arranged for physical separation, and when the product is used, the air pressure difference is generated inside and outside the product due to the temperature change, the end-capped accessory is easy to fall off and fly out under pressure, and the service life of the product is influenced.
Comparative example 2:
this comparative example provides a method of end-capping a carbon fiber end-capped product, which is comparable to the method of example 3, except that: not comprising the inversion operation in the step (3), and directly laying and standing.
In the comparative example, because the assembled product is not inverted after the end-capping fitting is bonded, the adhesive at the end opening of the pipe body, which is in contact with the end with the larger cross-sectional area of the end-capping assembly, is easily unevenly distributed, the adhesive is in direct contact with the outside, a gap may be left after the adhesive is cured, the air tightness of the product is poor, and the qualification rate of the end-capping product is only about 96%.
It can be seen from the above examples and comparative examples that the end-capped product of the present invention employs an end-capping fitting to cap the carbon fiber tube, and the adhesive is uniformly distributed on the contact surface by the operation during the end-capping process, thereby ensuring good air tightness and no air leakage of the end-capped product; the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory are provided with holes, and the relative positions of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory are further fixed by adopting the fixing accessory, so that the end-sealing component is prevented from falling off due to overlarge internal and external pressure difference, and the quality of a product is controlled; the end-capping method is simple to operate, high in product quality, high in finished product qualification rate up to more than 99.9%, indirectly low in cost and capable of better meeting terminal use conditions.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to show the detailed products and methods of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed products and methods, i.e. it is not meant to imply that the present invention must rely on the above detailed products and methods for implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions for the product of the present invention, and the addition of auxiliary structures, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope of the protection and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A carbon fiber end-capped product is characterized by comprising a carbon fiber pipe body, an end-capped accessory and a fixing accessory, wherein the cross sections of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capped accessory are the same in shape, the end-capped accessory is of a T-shaped structure, one end, with a smaller cross section area, of the end-capped accessory is inserted into one end of the carbon fiber pipe body, the side face of the end-capped accessory is in contact with the inner wall face of the carbon fiber pipe body, and one end, with a larger cross section area, of the end-capped;
the side near the port of the carbon fiber pipe body and the side at the end with the smaller cross section area of the end-sealing accessory are both provided with openings, the positions of the openings of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory are overlapped, and the fixing accessory penetrates through the openings to fix the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory.
2. End-capped product according to claim 1, wherein the carbon fiber pipe body comprises a square or round pipe, preferably a square pipe;
preferably, the carbon fiber pipe body comprises a same diameter pipe or a tapered pipe body.
3. The end-capped product of claim 1 or 2, wherein the end-capped fitting is a hollow structure, and the end face of the end-capped fitting at the end with the smaller cross-sectional area is open;
preferably, the end face of the end with larger cross-sectional area of the end-sealing fitting has the same size as the port of the carbon fiber pipe body;
preferably, the material of the end-sealing fitting comprises plastic.
4. End-capped product according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the holes in the carbon fibre tube body are provided in a machined surface;
preferably, the hole on the end-capping fitting is formed on a side surface attached to the machined surface of the carbon fiber pipe body;
preferably, the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing fitting are provided with at least one hole, preferably two holes;
preferably, the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capping fitting are provided with holes having the same size.
5. End-capped product of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the fittings are in the form of umbrella cap structures having a stem with a cross-sectional dimension that is the same as the dimensions of the openings in the carbon fiber tube and the end-cap fittings;
preferably, the umbrella handle in the umbrella cap structure passes through the opening until the umbrella cap is attached to the side surface of the carbon fiber pipe body;
preferably, the material of the fixing fittings comprises any one or a combination of at least two of polypropylene, polyformaldehyde or polyetheretherketone.
6. End-capping process of carbon fiber end-capped products according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) after holes are formed at corresponding positions of the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-sealing accessory, coating an adhesive on the inner wall surface of the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body and the side surface of the end with the smaller cross section area of the end-sealing accessory;
(2) inserting the end-sealing accessory coated with the adhesive into the sealing end of the carbon fiber pipe body until the end with the larger cross-sectional area of the end-sealing accessory is contacted with the port of the carbon fiber pipe body, and wiping the redundant adhesive until no adhesive flows out;
(3) inverting the sealing end of the carbon fiber tube body in the product assembled in the step (2) downwards until the adhesive does not flow out any more, and then flatly placing and standing the product until the adhesive is completely cured to obtain a carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product;
(4) and (4) inserting a fixed accessory into the side opening on the carbon fiber end-capped semi-finished product obtained in the step (3), and further fixing the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capped accessory to obtain the carbon fiber end-capped product.
7. The end capping method of claim 6, wherein in step (1) the carbon fiber pipe body and the end-capping fitting are provided with holes at positions such that the positions of the assembled holes coincide;
preferably, the composition of the adhesive in the step (1) comprises a main agent and a hardening agent;
preferably, the mass ratio of the main agent to the hardening agent is (1-3): 1.
8. The end-capping method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein in the step (2), when the end-capping fitting is inserted, the side of the end-capping fitting with the opening faces the side with the opening of the carbon fiber pipe body;
preferably, after the end-sealing accessory is inserted, the adhesive is wiped for multiple times until the end-sealing accessory is kept stand for 1-10 min and then does not flow out.
9. The end-capping process of any one of claims 6-8 wherein the assembled product of step (3) is inverted onto a jig support;
preferably, the fixture support is provided with a plane plate for horizontally placing the sealing end of the assembled product and at least two groups of fixed tubes positioned above the plane plate, and each group of fixed tubes comprises two fixed tubes arranged in parallel;
preferably, the distance between the two fixed tubes in each group of fixed tubes is the same;
preferably, the sets of fixed tubes are disposed on the same vertical plane.
10. The end-capping process of any one of claims 6-9, wherein the product inversion time after assembly in step (3) is 30-45 min;
preferably, the time for the assembled product in the step (3) to be laid flat and placed still is 20-30 hours;
preferably, the cross-sectional dimension of the insertion part of the fixing fitting in the step (4) is the same as the size of the opening;
preferably, before the insertion of the fixing part in the step (4), the surface of the insertion part is coated with an adhesive.
