The invention discloses a safety box with a built-in fireproof mechanism and a fireproof material thereof, wherein the safety box comprises a box body, the outer wall of the box body is provided with a mounting opening, the inner wall of the mounting opening is hinged with a box door, the inner wall of the box body and the outer wall of one side of the box door close to the box body are both provided with fireproof interlayers, and the fireproof material comprises 45% -50% of tricalcium silicate, 15% -18% of dicalcium silicate, 3% -5% of tetracalcium aluminoferrite, 2% -5% of tricalcium aluminate, 7% -10% of gypsum powder, 2% -5% of high-purity aluminum powder and 15% -20% of aqueous hydrochloric acid solution. When the fire breaks out, the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the cabinet body rises, the wireless transmitter sends an alarm signal to a mobile phone of a user, meanwhile, the fireproof material blocks open fire, the temperature in the cabinet body is prevented from rising sharply, and after the fireproof material is damaged in a continuous high-temperature environment, the fire extinguishing agent storage box releases the fire extinguishing agent, blocks a fire source, and prevents objects in the cabinet body from being carbonized due to the fire.

Preferably, the fireproof material is heated to 15-25 ℃, mixed and stirred for 30-60 min to form semi-condensed paste, and then the fireproof material is poured into the fireproof interlayer to be condensed and formed.

Fully and uniformly stirring the mixture at room temperature of 20-25 ℃ within 50 minutes to form semi-condensed paste, converting the required weight of the fireproof material by taking the volume of an interlayer space to be filled in the product and the volume proportional relation of the fireproof material before and after reaction as the proportional relation of the volume ratio of one to one and eight before and after reaction, filling the fireproof material with different weights required by a door body and a box body into the interlayer space of the product, forming a solid fireproof material layer by the physical and chemical changes of the fireproof material layer in the next 10 hours, filling all interlayer spaces of the whole product, and forming a tight and firm fireproof interlayer, wherein the fireproof material with the fireproof grade only needs to be filled with 50-55% of the effective space of the interlayer of the product during filling.
It was tested that when placed in a fire at 1700 degrees Fahrenheit (927 ℃) for 2 hours, the temperature in the cabinet remained below 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 ℃), and the paper documents in the cabinet did not carbonize.
