本发明公开了一种组合式PVC墙面，包括若干扣板1，扣板1包括U形本体，U形本体左侧固定有左侧板，右侧固定有右侧板；左侧板底面与右侧板顶面处于同一水平面；左侧板的长度小于U形本体的长度；U形本体邻近右侧板处成形有与左侧板配合的插孔；U形本体右侧顶部成形有凹槽，U形本体左侧顶部成形有与凹槽配合的凸块；右侧板上成形有若干内凹螺栓孔；螺栓通过内凹螺栓孔将扣板1固定在墙上；相邻扣板通过左侧板插入插孔串联拼接形成墙体。本发明实现了扣板与墙体的紧密连接，墙体安装快速方便，连接紧固，不易脱落，且连接缝隙呈Z字型，并设置了憎水层，有效防止了外界的水通过接触缝隙渗透进入墙面，引起墙面的返潮发霉。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域，尤其涉及一种组合式PVC墙面。
背景技术
扣板，是室内装修常用的一种材料，是根据装饰施工工艺而命名，安装在顶棚、墙面的一种装饰材料。扣板有着无毒、防霉变质，质优价廉等特点。现有的扣板到是经扣的边过盈插入龙骨架夹缝中实现固定，但是这种固定方式扣板容易脱落。。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种组合式PVC墙面。本发明实现了扣板与墙体的紧密连接，墙体安装快速方便，连接紧固，不易脱落，且连接缝隙呈Z字型，并设置了憎水层，有效防止了外界的水通过接触缝隙渗透进入墙面，引起墙面的返潮发霉。
为达到上述技术效果，本发明的技术方案是：
一种组合式PVC墙面，包括若干扣板1，扣板1包括U形本体，U形本体左侧固定有左侧板，右侧固定有右侧板；左侧板底面与右侧板顶面处于同一水平面；左侧板的长度小于U形本体的长度；U形本体邻近右侧板处成形有与左侧板配合的插孔；U形本体右侧顶部成形有凹槽，U形本体左侧顶部成形有与凹槽配合的凸块；右侧板上成形有若干内凹螺栓孔；螺栓通过内凹螺栓孔将扣板1固定在墙上；相邻扣板通过左侧板插入插孔串联拼接形成墙体。
进一步的改进，所述凹槽表面与凸块表面均涂有憎水层1。
进一步的改进，所述憎水层1为蜡或憎水混凝土或油脂。
进一步的改进，所述扣板1为PVC扣板。
进一步的改进，所述U形本体内固定有多孔隔音板1。
进一步的改进，所述U形本体内固定有保温隔热板11。
本发明实现了扣板1与墙体的紧密连接，墙体安装快速方便，连接紧固，不易脱落，且连接缝隙呈Z字型，并设置了憎水层，有效防止了外界的水通过接触缝隙渗透进入墙面，引起墙面的返潮发霉。

如图1所示的一种组合式PVC墙面，包括若干扣板1，扣板1包括U形本体2，U形本体2左侧固定有左侧板3，右侧固定有右侧板4；左侧板3底面与右侧板4顶面处于同一水平面；左侧板3的长度小于U形本体2的长度；U形本体2邻近右侧板4处成形有与左侧板3配合的插孔5；U形本体2右侧顶部成形有凹槽6，U形本体2左侧顶部成形有与凹槽6配合的凸块7；右侧板4上成形有若干内凹螺栓孔8；螺栓9通过内凹螺栓孔8将扣板1固定在墙上；相邻扣板通过左侧板3插入插孔5串联拼接形成墙体。
凹槽6表面与凸块7表面均涂有憎水层12。憎水层12为蜡或憎水混凝土或油脂。扣板1为PVC扣板。U形本体2内固定有多孔隔音板10。U形本体2内固定有保温隔热板11。
本发明实现了扣板1与墙体的紧密连接，墙体安装快速方便，连接紧固，不易脱落，且连接缝隙呈Z字型，并设置了憎水层，有效防止了外界的水通过接触缝隙渗透进入墙面，引起墙面的返潮发霉。

3.如权利要求2所述的组合式PVC墙面，其特征在于，所述憎水层(12)为蜡或憎水混凝土或油脂。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合式PVC墙面，其特征在于，所述扣板(1)为PVC扣板。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合式PVC墙面，其特征在于，所述U形本体(2)内固定有多孔隔音板(10)。
