FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration of a side wall and chassis splice according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration of a structure of a chassis according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 3 is a schematic structural view of a second clip according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 4 is a schematic drawing in partial cross-section of a bezel in accordance with some embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the sanitary equipment may include a bottom plate 10, a side wall 20, and a connecting structure 30 for connecting the bottom plate 10 and the side wall 20, and the side wall 20 may be fixed on the bottom plate 10 by the connecting structure 30. In some embodiments, the sidewall 20 may be coupled to the chassis 10 in either direction of the chassis 10. For example, the sidewall 20 may be connected to the chassis 10 in a width direction of the chassis 10 (i.e., a Y direction in fig. 1) (as shown in fig. 1), and for example, the sidewall 20 may be connected to the chassis in a length direction of the chassis 10 (i.e., an X direction in fig. 1). In some embodiments, the connecting structure 30 may include a first fastening member 31 and a second fastening member 32 adapted to the first fastening member 31, the first fastening member 31 may be disposed on the chassis 10, and the second fastening member 32 may be disposed at the bottom of the side wall 20, that is, when the side wall 20 is connected to the chassis 10, the side wall 20 faces one side of the chassis 10. As shown in fig. 1, when the second engaging member 32 is engaged with the first engaging member 31, the sidewall 20 may be fixed relative to the chassis 10, that is, the sidewall 20 and the chassis 10 may not move relative to each other in the length direction of the chassis 10 (i.e., the X direction in fig. 1). In some embodiments, when the sidewall 20 is located in the length direction of the chassis 10 (i.e., the X direction in fig. 1) and connected to the chassis 10, the second engaging member 32 and the first engaging member 31 are coupled such that the sidewall 20 and the chassis 10 do not move relative to each other in the width direction of the chassis 10 (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 1).
In some embodiments, in order to achieve the relative fixing of the side wall 20 and the chassis 10, the first clamping member 31 may include a protruding portion 311, and the second clamping member 32 may include a groove portion 321 adapted to the protruding portion 311, when the protruding portion 311 is mated with the groove portion 321, the first clamping member 31 is mated with the second clamping member 32, so as to achieve the relative fixing of the chassis 10 and the side wall 20.
In some embodiments, the first clip 31 may include only one protruding portion 311, and correspondingly, the second clip 32 includes only one groove portion 321, as shown in fig. 1, the protrusion of the protruding portion 311 extends toward the bottom of the sidewall 20 (i.e., along the Z-axis), the recess of the groove portion 321 extends in the same direction as the protruding portion 311, and the length of the protruding portion 311 in the Y-direction is the same as the length of the groove portion 321 in the Y-direction, so that when the first clip 31 is mated with the second clip 32, the sidewall 20 and the chassis 10 may be relatively fixed in the X-direction.
In some embodiments, the first clamping member 31 may include a plurality of protruding portions 311 (not shown) spaced along the width direction (Y direction in fig. 1) of the chassis 10, and correspondingly, the second clamping member 32 may include a plurality of groove portions 321 (not shown) spaced along the width direction (Y direction in fig. 1) of the sidewall 20, when the protruding portions 311 are coupled with the groove portions 321, the protruding portions 311 are tightly fitted with the groove portions 321, and the groove portions 321 cannot move in the Y axis direction and the X axis direction, so that the protruding portions 311 may limit the movement of the groove portions 321 in the Y axis direction and the X axis direction, and thus the movement of the sidewall 20 in the Y axis direction and the X axis direction is limited. In this case, not only the relative fixation of the side wall 20 and the chassis 10 in the length direction (X direction) of the chassis 10 can be realized, but also the relative fixation of the side wall 20 and the chassis 10 in the width direction (Y direction) of the chassis 10 can be realized, so that the connection between the side wall 20 and the chassis 10 is more stable.
In some embodiments, the first clip member 31 may include a plurality of protruding portions 311 (not shown) spaced along a length direction (X direction in fig. 1) of the chassis 10, and correspondingly, the second clip member 32 may include a plurality of groove portions 321 (not shown) spaced along a length direction (X direction in fig. 1) of the sidewall 20. After the arrangement, when the sidewall 20 is connected to the chassis 10, the plurality of groove portions 321 and the plurality of protrusion portions 311 are simultaneously matched in the X direction, and compared with a mode that one groove portion 321 is matched with one protrusion portion 311, the sidewall 20 and the chassis 10 are relatively fixed in the X direction more reliably.
In some embodiments, the materials for making the second clip member 32 and the first clip member 31 may be the same or different. For example, the first and second clips 31 and 32 may be made of metal, resin, or the like. For another example, the first clip 31 may be made of a metal material, and the second clip 32 may be made of a resin material. In some embodiments, the first clip member 31 and the second clip member 32 may be made of a magnetic material, so that the first clip member 31 and the second clip member 32 may have a certain connection strength when being spliced. For example, the first engaging member 31 is made of a metal material having magnetism, and the second engaging member 32 is made of a magnet. In some embodiments, a magnetic material may be disposed on the first and second clips 31 and 32 to increase the connection strength of the first and second clips 31 and 32, for example, magnets may be disposed on the first and second clips 31 and 32.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the boss 311 in the XZ plane may be rectangular as shown in fig. 1, while the cross-sectional shape of the recessed portion 321 is a corresponding rectangular slot. In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion 311 may also be a saw-tooth shape (i.e. V-shape), and the cross-sectional shape of the groove portion 321 is a corresponding V-shaped groove. In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion 311 may also be a trapezoid, and the cross-sectional shape of the groove portion 321 is a corresponding trapezoid groove. It is understood that the protruding portion 311 in the embodiment of the present application may be any type of protrusion, and the recessed portion 321 may also be any type of recess.
In some alternative embodiments, the first clip member 31 may also be disposed at the bottom of the side wall 20, and the second clip member 32 may also be disposed on the chassis 10. Further, the second clamping member may be disposed in an inner cavity at the bottom of the side wall 20, taking fig. 1 as an example, the side wall 20 includes a second panel 22, a third waterproof panel 80, a second cellular board 21 and a fourth waterproof panel 90 which are sequentially connected from right to left along the X direction, in the Z axis direction, the bottom of the second cellular board 21 and the second panel 22 form a cavity, and the second clamping member 32 may be disposed at the cavity.
In some embodiments, the connecting structure 30 may further include an insert (not shown), the first engaging member 31 may include one or more first positioning grooves (not shown), the second engaging member 32 may include one or more second positioning grooves (not shown), the one or more first positioning grooves may cooperate with the one or more second positioning grooves to define a positioning slot (not shown) adapted to the insert, and when the insert is coupled to the positioning slot, the side wall 20 and the chassis 10 may be relatively fixed.
Specifically, the length direction of first constant head tank is on a parallel with the width direction (Y direction) of chassis 10, and the length direction of second constant head tank is on a parallel with the width direction (Y direction) of side wall 20, and when side wall 20 was connected with chassis 10, first constant head tank and the cooperation of second constant head tank to inject the positioning slot of plug-in components adaptation.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the first detent in the XZ plane may be the same as the cross-sectional shape and size of the second detent in the XZ plane. For example, when the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove have rectangular cross sections and are the same in size, when the first positioning groove is matched with the second positioning groove, the edge of the opening of the first positioning groove can be aligned with the edge of the opening of the second positioning groove, the cross section of the defined positioning slot is rectangular, the cross section of the positioning slot is twice as large as that of the first positioning groove or the second positioning groove, and the insert matched with the positioning slot can be a strip-shaped body with the same cross section as that of the positioning slot. For another example, when the cross-sectional shapes of the first positioning groove and the second positioning groove are both semicircular and have the same radius, and the axis of the first positioning groove and the axis of the second positioning groove are parallel and are in the same plane, the defined positioning slot is a circular hole, and the insert adapted to the positioning slot is a cylindrical body.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shapes and sizes of the first detent and the second detent may also be different. In this case, the sectional size of the positioning insertion groove defined after the first positioning groove is fitted with the second positioning groove is the sum of the sectional size of the first positioning groove and the sectional size of the second positioning groove. For example, the first positioning groove may have a cross-sectional shape of "one", the second positioning groove may have a cross-sectional shape of "1", and when the first positioning groove is engaged with the second positioning groove, a positioning insertion groove having a cross-sectional shape of "T" may be defined, the cross-sectional dimension of the positioning insertion groove being the sum of the dimension of the cross-sectional shape of "one" of the first positioning groove and the dimension of the cross-sectional shape of "1" of the second positioning groove, and the cross-sectional shape of the insert at this time may also be "T".
In some embodiments, the connection between the sidewall 20 and the bottom plate 10 may also be achieved by a magnetic member (e.g., a magnet, etc.). For example, a first magnetic member (not shown in the drawings) may be disposed on the protruding portion 311, and a second magnetic member (not shown in the drawings) adapted to the first magnetic member may be disposed in the groove of the groove portion 321, when the protruding portion 311 is engaged with the groove portion 321, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are coupled to improve the connection strength between the sidewall 20 and the chassis 10. Further, in some embodiments, the first magnetic member may be disposed at the top of the protruding portion 311, and the second magnetic member may be disposed at the bottom of the groove portion 321, when the protruding portion 311 is matched with the groove portion 321, the first magnetic member at the top of the protruding portion 311 and the second magnetic member at the bottom of the groove portion 321 attract each other, so that the connection strength between the sidewall 2 and the chassis 10 may be improved. In some embodiments, the first magnetic element may be a magnet and the second magnetic element may be a metal (e.g., iron, cobalt, nickel) capable of attracting the magnet. In some embodiments, the first magnetic member may be a metal that is attracted to the magnet, and the second magnetic member may be a magnet. In other embodiments, the first and second magnetic members may be two magnets that are magnetically attracted to each other.
To enhance the waterproofing effect of the chassis 10, in some embodiments, the chassis 10 may be provided with a waterproof structure, which may include, but is not limited to, a cellular board (e.g., the first cellular board 12), a waterproof board (e.g., the first waterproof board 60 and the second waterproof board 70), a waterproof glue, and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the chassis 10 may include a frame 11 and a waterproof structure disposed within the frame 11, wherein the waterproof structure of the chassis 10 may include a first cellular board 12. In some embodiments, the blank wall surface and the blank ground of the bathroom may not have good verticality or parallelism, so that the installation of the chassis 10 cannot be better fitted to the wall or the ground, which may affect the waterproof performance of the chassis 10. In this case, the frame 11 may be disposed at a side of the chassis 10 connected to the wall, and the first cellular board 12 may be fixed in the frame 11 without being directly connected to the wall or the ground, so as to reduce the influence of the blank wall or the blank ground on the waterproof performance of the chassis 10.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the bezel 11 may be assembled from at least one profile (e.g., profile 111). In some embodiments, the number of the profiles forming the frame 11 may include only one, and the profiles may be bent at corresponding positions (corresponding to corner positions) according to the shape and size of the wall and the corner angles, so as to obtain the frame 11 of the chassis 10. In some embodiments, the frame 11 may be formed by connecting a plurality of profiles. For example, the frame 11 may be assembled by connecting the profile 111, the profile 112, the profile 113, the profile 114, the profile 115, and the profile 116 in this order. In some embodiments, the connection between the profiles (e.g., profile 111 and profile 112) includes gluing, welding, snapping, fasteners, or the like, or combinations thereof. In some embodiments, the fastener may be a bolt, and specifically, a threaded hole corresponding to the bolt may be provided on two adjacent profiles (for example, the profile 113 and the profile 114), and the two adjacent profiles may be connected and fixed together by the fit of the bolt and the threaded hole.
In some embodiments, a profile (e.g., profile 111) refers to a shaped, cross-sectional shape and size structure. In some embodiments, the profile may comprise a metal profile, a fiberglass composite profile, and/or a plastic steel profile. In some embodiments, the metal profile may include, but is not limited to, an aluminum alloy profile, a titanium alloy profile, and/or a magnesium alloy profile, among others. In some embodiments, the glass fiber composite profile is a profile made of glass fibers, and has the properties of non-combustion, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, good insulating property and the like. In some embodiments, the plastic-steel profile is a profile formed by extruding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as a main raw material and adding a certain proportion of a stabilizer, a colorant, a filler, an ultraviolet absorber and the like. The plastic steel section has better corrosion resistance, heat preservation performance and toughness.
In some embodiments, the outer dimension of the first cellular board 12 matches the outer dimension of the frame 11, so that when the first cellular board 12 is installed in the frame 11, there is no gap with the frame 11, thereby affecting the waterproof performance of the chassis 10. In some embodiments, the first honeycomb plate 12 may be an aluminum honeycomb plate or a plastic honeycomb plate, wherein the aluminum honeycomb plate has better waterproof performance, the plastic honeycomb plate has lower cost, and the honeycomb plate of the corresponding material may be selected according to actual needs when the chassis 10 is manufactured, which is not limited in this application. In some embodiments, in order to further enhance the waterproof effect of the chassis 10, the upper surface of the first cellular board 12 may be further provided with a first waterproof board 60 (as shown in fig. 1), the lower surface of the first cellular board 12 may be further provided with a second waterproof board 70 (as shown in fig. 1), the first waterproof board 60 and the second waterproof board 70 may be made of the same material or different materials, and the first waterproof board 60 and the second waterproof board 70 may include, but are not limited to, a polyester fiber board, a silicate board, a fiber cement board, a gypsum board, and the like.
In some embodiments, the chassis 10 may further include a first panel 13, and the first panel 13 may be disposed above the first cellular board 12. Specifically, the first panel 13 is disposed above the upper surface of the first cellular board 12 or the first waterproof board 60 of the upper surface of the first cellular board 12. In some embodiments, the first panel 13 may comprise ceramic tiles, marble slabs. Furthermore, the first panel 13 may also be other types of floor, such as wood floor, composite floor, etc. Further, in order to improve the anti-slip performance of the first panel 13, an anti-slip structure, such as a non-slip strip, a non-slip mat, or the like, may be further disposed on the first panel 13.
In some embodiments, the chassis 10 is also provided with a space reserved for installing some facilities (e.g., toilets, water pipes, floor drains, etc.) in the bathroom. Wherein the space may extend from the first panel 13 to the blank floor sequentially through other structures of the chassis 10 (e.g., the first flashing 60, the first cellular board 12, the second flashing 70).
In some embodiments, each layer of the chassis 10 may be hermetically connected by waterproof glue, for example, the first panel 13 and the first waterproof board 60 may be hermetically connected by waterproof glue.
In addition, not only the chassis 10 needs to have a good waterproof effect, but also the side wall 20 needs to have a certain waterproof performance. Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the side wall 20 may include a second cellular board 21, and a surface of the blank wall surface (also referred to as an inner surface of the second cellular board 21) facing away from the second cellular board 21 may be provided with a second panel 22. In some embodiments, the second cellular board 21 may be the same or different in structure or material from the first cellular board 12, and the second panel 22 may be the same or different in structure or material from the first panel 13. In some embodiments, the second cellular board 21 and the second panel 22 of the side wall 20 may be disposed in the same manner as the first cellular board 12 and the first panel 13 of the chassis 10, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, when the side wall 20 is connected to the bottom plate 10, the connection gap 14 may exist between the first panel 13 and the second panel 22, and in order to prevent water from penetrating into the sanitary equipment through the connection gap 14, the connection gap 14 may be sealed by a waterproof adhesive to enhance the waterproof effect of the sanitary equipment. Specifically, when the sidewall 20 is connected to the chassis 10, the sidewall 20 may not be perpendicular to the chassis 10, but may be inclined at a certain angle. For example, in fig. 1, the side wall 20 is inclined to the left so that the second panel 22 and the first panel 13 of the base plate 10 form the connection gap 14, and liquid may penetrate from the connection gap 14 to the inside of the side wall 20 and the base plate 10, which may cause the water-proof performance of the sanitary ware to be reduced, and therefore, the connection gap 14 needs to be sealed by using a waterproof adhesive. In some embodiments, the waterproof glue may include, but is not limited to, nano-silicone waterproof glue, polyethylene glue, rubber glue, polyurethane glue, and the like. Since the sanitary ware is in a humid environment, in some embodiments, a mildew-proof material, such as an inorganic mildew-proof coating, may be added to the waterproof glue to increase the mildew-proof effect of the waterproof glue.
In some embodiments, the side wall 20 may be provided with a third waterproof panel 80 (shown in fig. 1) and a fourth waterproof panel 90 (shown in fig. 1), the third waterproof panel 80 may be disposed on the inner surface of the second cellular board 21, and the fourth waterproof panel 90 may be disposed on the outer surface of the second cellular board 21. In some embodiments, the types of the third waterproof sheet 80 and the fourth waterproof sheet 90 may be the same as or different from the first waterproof sheet 60 or the second waterproof sheet 70, and may be determined according to actual situations.
In some embodiments, the second clip 32 may be fixed to the side wall 20 by connecting to the bottom of the second honeycomb panel 21 of the side wall 20, so as to facilitate the fixing of the side wall 20 to the chassis 10. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second clamping member 32 may include a clamping end that is clamped with the second honeycomb panel 21. The clamping ends may include a first clamping end 322 and a second clamping end 323, wherein the first clamping end 322 is disposed on the upper surface 324 of the second clamping member 32 and clamped with the second cellular board 21 at the bottom of the second cellular board 21. In some embodiments, one end of the second clamping end 323 is fixed to the first clamping end 322, and the other end of the second clamping end 323 extends in a direction away from the first clamping end 322. Further, the second clip end 323 is perpendicular to the first clip end 322. In some embodiments, when the second clamping member 323 is connected to the sidewall 20, one end of the second clamping end 323 may be connected to the bottom of the second cellular board 21, and the other end of the second clamping end 323 may extend to the inner surface of the second cellular board 21 (e.g., between the second cellular board 21 and the second panel 22) in the first direction (i.e., upward along the Z-axis) to be clamped with the second cellular board 21, so that the second clamping member 32 may be fixed on the second cellular board 21. The upper surface 324 of the second clamping member 32 is the surface of the second clamping member 32 facing the bottom of the second cellular board 21, and the inner surface of the second cellular board 21 is the surface for laying the second panel 22. In some embodiments, the second snap member 32 may be composed of multiple parts. For example, referring to fig. 3, the second clip 32 may include a first member 325 and a second member 326, and the first member 325 and the second member 326 may be connected to each other to form the second clip 32, wherein the first member 325 and the second member 326 may form a groove, i.e., the groove portion 321. In some embodiments, the connection of the first and second members 325, 326 may be achieved by welding, gluing, or the like. In some embodiments, the second clip member 32 can also be integrally formed by the first member 325 and the second member 326, for example, the second clip member 32 can be formed by casting the first member 325 and the second member 326. In some embodiments, the first member 325 and the second member 326 may be identical or different in structure and size. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the first member 325 and the second member 326 are identical in structure and size and each have a hollow structure similar to an "L" shape. In some embodiments, the sum of the length of the first member 325 in the X direction and the length of the second member 326 in the X direction is the same as the thickness of the sidewall 20 (i.e., the length in the X direction shown in fig. 1). Specifically, the sum of the length of the first member 325 in the X direction shown in fig. 3 and the length of the second member 326 in the X direction shown in fig. 3 is the same as the sum of the thicknesses of the third waterproof panel 80, the second honeycomb panel 21, and the fourth waterproof panel 90 (i.e., the length in the X direction shown in fig. 1), so that the first member 325 and the second member 326 can be fixed to the second honeycomb panel 21 more favorably.
In some embodiments, the first and second catching ends 322 and 323 may include one or more protrusions, and the one or more protrusions may increase friction between the first and second catching ends 322 and 323 and the second honeycomb panel 21, so that the second catching member 32 and the second honeycomb panel 21 do not move relatively. In some embodiments, the type of one or more protrusions may include, but is not limited to, serrated protrusions, triangular protrusions, semi-circular protrusions, square protrusions, and the like.
In some embodiments, the second latch 32 may be integrally formed with the sidewall 20. For example, the second clip 32 and the second honeycomb panel 21 may be integrally formed by casting. Further, since the bottom plate 10 is connected to the bottom of the side wall 20 (as shown in fig. 1), the second clip member 32 may be integrally formed with the bottom of the side wall 20.
In order to further limit the movement of the sidewall 20 relative to the base plate 10, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the connection structure 30 may further include a fastening member 33, the fastening member 33 may include a first fastening member 31 and a stopping portion 34 connected to the first fastening member 31, where the first fastening member 31 and the stopping portion 34 may form the fastening member 33, the first fastening member 31 is disposed above the first honeycomb plate 12, the stopping portion 34 is located outside the base plate 10 (i.e., facing one side of the blank wall surface) and extends in a first direction perpendicular to the base plate 10, the first direction is a Z direction shown in fig. 1, and the Z direction is a direction perpendicular to the base plate 10, and after the setting, the first fastening member 31 and the stopping portion 34 may be perpendicular to each other. After the side wall 20 is installed on the chassis 10, the bottom of the side wall 20 is connected to the first engaging member 31 through the second engaging member 32, and the outer surface of the side wall 20 is abutted by the stopper portion 34, so that the side wall 20 can be perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the chassis 10. In some embodiments, the first clip 31 may be connected to the stopping portion 34 by gluing, welding, or the like. In some embodiments, the first clamping member 31 and the stopping portion 34 can be connected by clamping, for example, one of the first clamping member 31 and the stopping portion 34 is provided with a clamping groove, and the other is provided with a clamping member, and the first clamping member 31 and the stopping portion 34 can be connected by clamping the clamping groove and the clamping member. In some embodiments, the first clip 31 and the stopping portion 34 may be integrally formed by casting or the like.
In some embodiments, when the sidewall 20 is connected to the chassis 10, the bottom of the sidewall 20 is connected to the first engaging member 31 through the second engaging member 32, and the outer surface of the sidewall 20 is abutted by the stopping portion 34, so that the stopping portion 34 can be used to limit the movement of the sidewall 20 relative to the chassis 10. Specifically, in fig. 1, after the second clip 32 is connected to the first clip 31, the sidewall 20 can be restricted from moving in the X direction, but the sidewall 20 still has a possibility of tilting in the XZ plane, and after the outer surface of the sidewall 20 is abutted by the stopper 34, the tilting degree of the sidewall 20 can be further reduced to ensure that the sidewall 20 is always in a vertical or similar state to the chassis 10. In some embodiments, the stops 34 may be used to limit the tilt of the sidewall 20 in the plane of the thickness of the sidewall 20. For example, in the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the stop 34 may limit the sidewall 20 from tilting in the XZ plane.
In some embodiments, to facilitate laying of water pipes, electrical wires, etc., the bottom of the stop 34 is a distance D1 (shown in fig. 1) from the blank ground in the first direction. Here, the bottom of the stopper 34 may refer to an end of the stopper 34 that is lower in the first direction (i.e., the Z-axis direction), and the top of the stopper 34 refers to an end of the stopper 34 that is upper in the first direction (i.e., the Z-axis direction). Through having the certain distance with backstop portion 34 setting and blank ground, can be so that when the bathroom equipment installation, there is certain space between backstop portion 34 and blank wall and the blank ground, this space can be used for laying water pipe, electric wire etc. and make water pipe, electric wire need not expose, increase the aesthetic property and the security in bathroom place. In some embodiments, the distance D1 between the bottom of the stop 34 and the ground of the blank may be determined by the size of the water pipe, electrical wire, etc. laid in the space to ensure that the water pipe, electrical wire, etc. can be fully accommodated with the space.
In some embodiments, to prevent the side wall 20 from inclining towards the blank wall surface and ensure a better verticality between the side wall 20 and the bottom plate 10, the stopping portion 34 is generally provided with a certain height, so that the stopping portion 34 can abut against the outer surface (i.e. the surface facing the blank wall surface) of the side wall 20. The height D2 (shown in fig. 1) of the stopping portion 34 is the length of the stopping portion 34 in the Z direction shown in fig. 1, that is, the length from the top of the stopping portion 34 to the bottom of the stopping portion 34. In some embodiments, the stop 34 may have a height of 1cm to 10 cm. In some embodiments, the stop 34 may have a height of 2cm to 8 cm. In some embodiments, the stop 34 may have a height of 3cm to 5 cm. In some embodiments, the stop 34 may be 3cm in height.
In some embodiments, since the surface of the blank wall surface is rough and uneven, it may be possible that the side wall 20 cannot be accurately positioned and cannot be connected to the chassis 10 when the side wall 20 is installed, in which case, the side wall 20 may be isolated from the blank wall surface, so that the side wall 20 does not directly contact the blank wall surface. In some embodiments, the stopper 34 may have a thickness D3. The thickness D3 may refer to the dimension of the stopper 34 in the X direction shown in fig. 4. In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, the thickness D3 of the stopping portion 34 may be equal to the distance from the wall surface of the blank to the side wall 20. The stop portion 34 can separate the side wall 20 from the blank wall surface, so as to avoid direct contact between the side wall 20 and the blank wall surface, reduce the influence of unevenness of the blank wall surface on the side wall 20, and facilitate accurate connection between the side wall 20 and the chassis 10 when the side wall is installed. Further, the stopper 34 having a certain thickness can effectively prevent the sidewall 20 from tilting. In some embodiments, the pair of stops 34 may be 0.5cm to 5cm in thickness. In some embodiments, the thickness D3 of the stop 34 may be 0.7cm to 3 cm. In some embodiments, the thickness D3 of the stop 34 may be 0.9cm to 2 cm. In some embodiments, the thickness D3 of the stop 34 may be 1 cm.
In some embodiments, the clasp 33 may be coupled to the rim 11 of the chassis 10, or the clasp 33 may be part of the rim 11 (as shown in FIG. 1). In some embodiments, the fastener 33 may be a solid structure to increase the connection strength between the chassis 10 and the sidewall 20. In some embodiments, the fastener 33 may have a hollow structure, and when the fastener 33 is connected to the first cellular board 12 to form the chassis 10, a certain space may exist between the fastener 33 and the chassis 10 (for example, the first cellular board 12 of the chassis 10), and by filling the waterproof polyester material in the space, the connection strength between the chassis 10 and the side wall 20 is enhanced, and meanwhile, the waterproof performance of the chassis 10 may be increased, and the waterproof polyester material has a smaller mass, so that the weight of the chassis 10 is not increased too much.
In some embodiments, the wall 20 is integral to the bathroom and is not easy to install during the finishing process due to the large wall area and the angle (e.g., the angle formed between the two side walls at the corner). Therefore, the sidewall 20 in one or more embodiments of the present application may include a plurality of sidewall units (e.g., the sidewall unit 23 and the sidewall unit 24 shown in fig. 5), and at least two adjacent sidewall units of the plurality of sidewall units may be spliced to form the sidewall 20. In some embodiments, the shape of the blank wall surface can be divided into three categories, including a straight-angled wall surface, an external-angled wall surface, and an internal-angled wall surface. The flat-angled wall surface means that the blank wall surface itself does not recess inward or protrude outward, and when the blank wall surface is matched with the side wall 20, the side wall 20 is a plane (as shown in fig. 5). The external corner wall surface may be a corner formed by the blank wall surface protruding outward, and when the external corner wall surface is matched with the side wall 20, the side wall 20 forms a certain angle (as shown in fig. 10). The reentrant corner wall surface may be a corner formed by the inward recess of the blank wall surface itself, and when the wall is matched with the side wall 20, the side wall 20 forms a certain angle (as shown in fig. 12).
In some embodiments, the sanitary arrangement further comprises: a first limiting member (e.g., a first flat angle limiting member 231, a first external angle limiting member 251, a first internal angle limiting member 261) and a second limiting member 241 adapted to the first limiting member; at least one first limiting piece and/or second limiting piece 241 is arranged on the side wall where two adjacent side wall units are connected with each other, and when the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece 241 of two adjacent side wall units are connected in a matching manner, the two adjacent side wall units are relatively fixed. Multiple sidewall units may be spliced (e.g., sidewall unit 23 and sidewall unit 24) to fit different types of walls. In some embodiments, the first retaining member may include one or more groove structures (e.g., a straight-angle groove structure 232, an external-angle groove structure 252, and an internal-angle groove structure 262), and the second retaining member 241 may include one or more protrusion structures 242 that fit into the groove structures. When the groove structures are matched with the protrusion structures 242, two adjacent sidewall units may be relatively fixed. In some embodiments, the groove structure (including 232, 252, 262) is similar to the groove portion 321 described above, for example, in the present application, the first flat angle limiting member 231 (shown in fig. 7) and the second clamping member 32 (shown in fig. 3) may have the same structure, but the materials for making the two members may be different, for example, the first flat angle limiting member 231 may be made of resin, and the second clamping member 32 may be made of metal. The bump structures 242 are similar to the bumps 311 described above and will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, the first limiting member may include a first flat angle limiting member 231, a first external angle limiting member 251 and a first internal angle limiting member 261, the first flat angle limiting member 231 includes one or more flat angle groove structures 232 (as shown in fig. 5 and 7), the first external angle limiting member 251 may include one or more external angle groove structures 252 (as shown in fig. 10 and 11), and the first internal angle limiting member 261 may include one or more internal angle groove structures 262 (as shown in fig. 12 and 13).
Further, when the side walls 20 connected to each other in a matching manner between two adjacent side wall units are applied to a planar wall, at least one first planar limiting member 231 and/or one second limiting member 241 are disposed on the interconnected side walls of the two adjacent side wall units, for example, in fig. 5, the right side wall of the side wall unit 23 is connected to the left side wall of the side wall unit 24, the first planar limiting member 231 is disposed on the right side wall of the side wall unit 23, and the second limiting member 241 is disposed on the left side wall of the side wall unit 24. When the side walls 20 connected to each other in a matching manner are applied to an external corner wall, at least one first external corner limiting member 251 and/or at least one second limiting member 241 are disposed on the interconnected side walls of two adjacent side wall units, for example, in fig. 10, the upper side wall of the side wall unit 25 in the up-down direction is connected to the right side wall of the side wall unit 26 in the left-right direction, the first external corner limiting member 251 is disposed on the upper side wall of the side wall unit 25, and the second limiting member 241 is disposed on the right side wall of the side wall unit 26. When the side walls 20 connected to each other in a matching manner are applied to a concave wall surface, at least one first concave limiting piece 261 and/or second limiting piece 241 is disposed on the interconnected side walls of two adjacent side wall units, for example, in fig. 12, the lower side wall of the side wall unit 27 in the up-down direction is connected to the left side wall of the side wall unit 28 in the left-right direction, the first concave limiting piece 261 is disposed on the lower side wall of the side wall unit 27, and the second limiting piece 241 is disposed on the right side wall of the side wall unit 28.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the side wall units 23 and 24 may be mounted at the flat corners of the wall surface of the blank after being spliced. Specifically, the inner surface (surface in the upper side range) of the side wall unit 23 and the inner surface of the side wall unit 24 may be used to lay the second panel 22, while the outer surface (surface in the lower side range) of the side wall unit 23 and the outer surface of the side wall unit 24 face the blank wall surface. Referring to fig. 10, after the side wall unit 25 and the side wall unit 26 are connected, the side wall unit 25 and the side wall unit 26 may be used as the side wall 20 at the external corner, where both the inner surface of the side wall unit 25 and the inner surface of the side wall unit 26 may be used for laying the second panel 22, for example, the outer surface of the side wall unit 25 and the outer surface of the side wall unit 26 are not provided with the second panel 22 but face the blank wall surface, in the application scenario shown in fig. 10, the upper side of the side wall unit 26 and the right side of the side wall unit 25 are inner surfaces, and the lower side of the side wall unit 26 and the left. Referring to fig. 13, the side wall units 27 and 28 may be mounted at the internal corners of the wall surface of the blank after being spliced. Specifically, the inner surface of the side wall unit 27 and the inner surface of the side wall unit 28 may be used for laying the second panel 22, and the outer surface of the side wall unit 27 and the outer surface of the side wall unit 28 face the blank wall surface, in fig. 13, the surfaces corresponding to the upper side of the side wall unit 28 and the right side range of the side wall unit 27 are inner surfaces, and the surfaces corresponding to the lower side of the side wall unit 28 and the left side range of the side wall unit 27 are outer surfaces.
In some embodiments, the sanitary ware further includes a limiting fastener 40, wherein the first limiting member (including the first flat angle limiting member 231, the first external angle limiting member 251 and the first internal angle limiting member 261) and the second limiting member 241 extend along a first direction, a first limiting notch (not shown) is formed at a bottom cross section of the first limiting member, and a second limiting notch (not shown) is formed at a bottom cross section of the second limiting member 241; when the first limiting piece and the second limiting piece 241 of two adjacent side wall units are matched and connected, and the limiting fastener 40 is matched and connected with the first limiting notch and the second limiting notch, the two adjacent side wall units are relatively fixed.
In some embodiments, the limit stop 40 includes a straight angle limit stop (not shown), a male angle limit stop (not shown), and a female angle limit stop (not shown). Wherein, the structure of the spacing fastener of straight angle, the spacing fastener of external corner and the spacing fastener of internal corner can be the same, also can be different, and in this application, the structure of the spacing fastener of straight angle, the spacing fastener of external corner and the spacing fastener of internal corner is the same, for example, is the structure shown in figure 8. Further, a first flat angle limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the first flat angle limiting member 231, and a second limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the second limiting member 241; when the first flat angle limiting part 231 and the second limiting part 241 of two adjacent side wall units (for example, the side wall units 23 and the side wall units 24) are coupled, and the flat angle limiting fastener is coupled with the first flat angle limiting notch and the second limiting notch, the two adjacent side wall units 23 and the side wall units 24 are relatively fixed. A first external corner limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the first external corner limiting piece 251, and a second limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the second limiting piece 241; when the first external corner limiting member 251 and the second limiting member 241 of two adjacent side wall units (for example, the side wall unit 25 and the side wall unit 26) are coupled, and the external corner limiting fastener is coupled with the first external corner limiting notch and the second limiting notch, the two adjacent side wall units 25 and 26 are relatively fixed. A first internal corner limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the first internal corner limiting piece 261, and a second limiting notch is formed in the bottom section of the second limiting piece 241; when the first internal corner limiting piece 261 and the second limiting piece 241 of two adjacent side wall units (for example, the side wall unit 27 and the side wall unit 28) are coupled, and the internal corner limiting fastener is coupled with the first internal corner limiting notch and the second limiting notch, the two adjacent side wall units 27 and 28 are relatively fixed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6 to 8, taking the flat angle limiting fastener as an example, the first flat angle limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241 both have hollow regions, and when the first flat angle limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241 are coupled, the limiting gap 50 defined at the coupling position thereof may include the hollow regions of the first flat angle limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241. It is understood that the engagement of the flat angle limiting fastener with the limiting notch 50 means that the limiting fastener 40 is inserted into the hollow regions of the first flat angle limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241.
Further, the limiting fastener 40 may include a back plate 42 and an embedding portion 41 fixed on the back plate 42, a portion of the embedding portion 41 may be coupled with the first flat limiting notch, and another portion of the embedding portion 41 may be coupled with the second limiting notch, so as to achieve the purpose of connecting the first flat limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241. In some embodiments, the insertion portion 41 may include 4 mutually independent connection columns, one end of each connection column is fixed to the back plate 42, and the other end extends away from the back plate 42, two connection columns are adapted to the hollow region of the first flat angle limiting member 231, and the other two connection columns are adapted to the hollow region of the second limiting member 241, so that the connection columns can be inserted into the hollow regions of the first flat angle limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 241.
