Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
On the contrary, this application is intended to cover any alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and alternatives that may be included within the spirit and scope of the application as defined by the appended claims. Furthermore, in the following detailed description of the present application, certain specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced without these specific details.
The embodiment of the application relates to a pollution discharge structure, a bathroom chassis and an assembled bathroom. The sewage draining structure comprises a base and a connecting pipe connected with the base, wherein the base can be fixedly arranged in a bathroom chassis (the ground of a bathroom) in advance. The base is fixed in the bathroom chassis in advance, so that in the bathroom decoration process, a water outlet does not need to be temporarily formed on a decoration site, and pipelines do not need to be arranged and poured on the site, so that the difficulty in bathroom decoration is reduced, and the construction period of bathroom decoration is greatly shortened. The sewage discharge structure can be applied to sanitary and bathroom chassis, and can also be applied to the chassis (such as floors) of rooms needing water discharge or sewage discharge, such as kitchens, flower rooms and the like. In addition, the bathroom chassis of the application can be applied to assembly type bathroom, and also can be applied to other assembly rooms needing pollution discharge, wherein the assembly rooms include but are not limited to assembly type kitchens, assembly type flower rooms and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a structure of a soil exhaust structure according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of the soil exhaust structure according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drainage structure 1100 of the present application includes a base 1110 and a connection pipe 1120 connected to the base 1110. The base 1110 is fixed in the sanitary ware base plate 1000. The base 1110 includes a hollow inner chamber 1111, an opening 1113 is provided at the upper part of the inner chamber 1111, and a sewage draining port 1112 is provided at the lower part of the inner chamber 1111. One end of the connection pipe 1120 is communicated with the drain port 1112, and the other end of the connection pipe 1120 is used for being communicated with the first pipe 2000. In some embodiments, the contaminated water may be discharged directly into inner chamber 1111 through opening 1113. In some embodiments, a pipe discharging the contaminated water may also extend into the connection pipe 1120 to directly discharge the contaminated water into the connection pipe 1120.
It should be noted that the bathroom chassis 1000 may be understood as a prefabricated floor assembly of a bathroom, and may be assembled with a prefabricated wall and a prefabricated ceiling to form an assembled bathroom. By way of example only, the sanitary chassis 1000 may include a waterproof layer and a floor layer laid over the waterproof layer. The first pipe 2000 may be a pipe of a sewage system preset on the floor of a room to be finished (e.g., a toilet, a shower stall, etc.), such as a sewage pipe, a waste pipe, etc., or other pipes communicating with a sewage collecting system. The base 1110 may be made of metal (aluminum alloy, copper alloy, etc.), plastic, or glass fiber reinforced plastic. In some preferred embodiments, the base 1110 may be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy transportation and long service life. In other embodiments, the base 1110 can be an aluminum casting that can provide a lighter weight base 1110 for shipping and installation, and for ease of forming. In addition, the connection tube 1120 may be a PVC pipe, a PE pipe, a stainless steel pipe, or the like.
In some embodiments, the opening 1113 in the upper portion of the interior chamber 1111 of the base 1110 may be used to connect to ground drainage, such as: floor drain 1200, etc. may also be used to connect to the drain of household equipment, such as the drain of a toilet, the drain of a washing machine, the drain of a bowl basin, etc.
In some embodiments, after the dimension measurement of the room where the sanitary base plate 1000 needs to be installed, a mounting hole for mounting the base 1110 may be opened at a position on the sanitary base plate 1000 corresponding to the first pipe 2000. Then, the base 1110 may be fixedly disposed in the mounting hole of the sanitary ware chassis 1000, for example, the base 1110 may be placed in the mounting hole, and the base 1110 and the sanitary ware chassis 1000 are fixedly connected by adhesion, pouring, or rivet connection. Finally, one end of the connection tube 1120 is connected to the base 1110, such that the connection tube 1120 is communicated with the sewage draining exit 1112, and the other end of the connection tube 1120 is communicated with the first pipe 2000. The connection of the connection tube 1120 to the first pipe 2000 will be further described below.
In other embodiments, the base 1110 may be detachably disposed in a mounting hole of the sanitary bottom plate 1000, for example, the base 1110 is clamped to the sanitary bottom plate 1000 at the mounting hole, or the base 1110 is connected to the sanitary bottom plate 1000 by screws or bolts. In some embodiments, the base 1110 may be fixed in the sanitary base 1000 during the manufacturing process of the sanitary base 1000. For example, the base 1110 may be placed in a designated location in the sanitary base 1000 when the sanitary base 1000 is poured.
In some embodiments, there may be a fixed connection between the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120. For example, the base 1110 and the connection tube 1120 can be connected by welding, bonding, or the like. In other embodiments, base 1110 and connecting tube 1120 may be of unitary construction.
In still other embodiments, the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120 are detachably connected. For example, the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120 can be connected by a screw connection, a snap connection, or the like. By such an arrangement, the connection tube 1120 can be easily replaced. In addition, the connection tube 1120 can be connected to the base 1110 at the construction site for transportation and quick assembly at the construction site.
For example only, when the base 1110 is engaged with the connection tube 1120, a lower portion of the base 1110 may be provided with an engaging groove, and an upper end of the connection tube 1120 may be provided with an engaging block, and after the engaging block is engaged into the engaging groove and moves to a designated position along the engaging groove, the engaging block is stably engaged into the engaging groove, thereby preventing the base 1110 from being disengaged from the connection tube 1120.
In some embodiments, a first seal 1130 may be provided at the connection of the base 1110 and the connector 1120. The first sealing member 1130 is effective to prevent leakage of contaminated water from a junction of the base 1110 and the connection tube 1120. The first sealing member 1130 may be a sealing portion formed by a sealant or a foaming adhesive, for example, the sealant or the foaming adhesive may be filled at the joint of the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120 after the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120 are connected, so that a gap at the joint of the base 1110 and the connecting tube 1120, which may be leaked, is sealed. In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the first seal 1130 comprises one or more sealing rings. For example only, the upper end of the outer wall of the connection tube 1120 may be provided with a snap ring 1123 protruding outward in the radial direction of the connection tube 1120, and a sealing ring may be sleeved outside the connection tube 1120 and located between the snap ring 1123 and the base 1110 to achieve a sealing effect. The material of the seal ring may be rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, or the like.
In some embodiments, the connection tube 1120 may be connected with the first pipe 2000 by a fixed connection. For example, the connection of the connection tube 1120 to the first pipe 2000 may be achieved by welding or bonding. In other embodiments, the inner diameter of the first pipe 2000 may be larger than the outer diameter of the connection tube 1120, and the lower end of the connection tube 1120 may be inserted into the first pipe 2000.
In some embodiments, the connection pipe 1120 is provided with a second sealing member 1140 at the connection position with the first pipe 2000, and the second sealing member 1140 can prevent water from seeping out from the connection position of the connection pipe 1120 and the first pipe 2000, and can achieve the effect of deodorization. In some embodiments, the second sealing member 1140 may be a sealing portion formed by a sealing adhesive or foaming adhesive, for example, the sealing adhesive or foaming adhesive may be filled at the joint of the first pipe 2000 and the second pipe 1120 after the connecting pipe 1120 is inserted into the first pipe 2000, so that a gap at the joint of the first pipe 2000 and the connecting pipe 1120, which may be leaked, is sealed.
In other embodiments, the second sealing element 1140 may be a sealing ring disposed around the connecting tube 1120, and when the connecting tube 1120 is inserted into the first pipe 2000, the sealing ring may be pressed by the inner wall of the first pipe 2000, so as to achieve a better sealing effect. The sealing ring can be made of rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and the like.
In some preferred embodiments, the outer wall of the connecting tube 1120 may further be provided with a first convex ring 1121 and a second convex ring 1122, the first convex ring 1121 and the second convex ring 1122 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the connecting tube 1120, and the sealing ring is located between the first convex ring 1121 and the second convex ring 1122. The first convex ring 1121 and the second convex ring 1122 can limit the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring can be effectively prevented from being unable to seal due to the axial movement of the sealing ring along the connecting pipe 1120.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a structure in which a connection pipe of a soil exhaust structure according to other embodiments of the present application is an eccentric pipe. As shown in fig. 3, the connection tube 1120 is provided as an eccentric tube 1120-1, and the central axis of the nozzle at one end of the eccentric tube 1120-1 is not collinear with the central axis of the nozzle at the other end. In the process of measuring the size of a room in which the sanitary ware chassis 1000 is to be installed, due to measurement errors, the drain 1112 of the base 1110 may not be precisely aligned with the inlet of the first pipe 2000, and by setting the connection pipe 1120 as the eccentric pipe 1120-1, when the drain 1112 of the base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000 are not aligned, the connection pipe 1120 may still achieve reliable connection between the base 1110 and the first pipe 2000. It should be noted that before the installation of the sanitary ware base plate 1000, the plurality of eccentric pipes 1120-1 can be carried to the construction site, and the distances between the central axes of the pipe orifices at the two ends of the plurality of eccentric pipes 1120-1 are different. In the process of installing the sanitary ware chassis 1000, the selection can be further performed among the plurality of eccentric pipes 1120-1 (the distances between the central axes of the pipe orifices at the two ends of each eccentric pipe 1120-1 are different) according to the deviation distance between the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000 (i.e. the horizontal distance between the axis of the sewage outlet 1112 and the axis of the first pipe 2000), so as to meet the installation requirement. Alternatively, the range of the deviation distance between the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000 may be estimated, and the eccentric pipe 1120-1 satisfying the range of the deviation distance may be selected according to the estimated result and sent to the construction site.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the connection of the eccentric tube 1120-1 to the base 1110 and also to facilitate the connection of the eccentric tube 1120-1 to the first pipe 2000, the center axis of the nozzle at one end of the eccentric tube 1120-1 is parallel to the center axis of the nozzle at the other end. In other embodiments, the central axis of the nozzle at one end of the eccentric tube 1120-1 and the central axis of the nozzle at the other end may have an angle, such as 5 °, 10 °, 12 °, etc.
In some embodiments, since the diameter of the first pipe 2000 may not be the same as the diameter of the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110, the eccentric pipe 1120-1 may be stably connected to the base 1110 conveniently, and the eccentric pipe 1120-1 may be stably connected to the first pipe 2000 at the same time, the size of the pipe orifice at one end of the eccentric pipe 1120-1 is different from the size of the pipe orifice at the other end, the size of the pipe orifice at one end of the eccentric pipe 1120-1 may be matched with the size of the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110, and the size of the pipe orifice at the other end of the eccentric pipe 1120-1 may be matched with the pipe diameter of the first pipe 2000.
Fig. 4 is a structural view illustrating a structure in which a connection pipe of a sewage disposal structure is a flexible pipe according to other embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the connection tube 1120 may be a flexible tube 1120-2, and the flexible tube 1120-2 may be understood as a tube member capable of deforming itself. The connection tube 1120 can also achieve a reliable connection between the base 1110 and the first pipe 2000 when the sewage discharge port 1112 of the first base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000 cannot be precisely aligned by the deformation of the flexible tube 1120-2 itself. In addition, since the flexible pipe 1120-2 itself can be deformed, the range of the deviation distance between the sewage outlet 1112 of the first base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000, to which the same flexible pipe 1120-2 can be applied, is wider.
It should be noted that, when the flexible pipe 1120-2 is manufactured, the pipe diameter of the flexible pipe 1120-2 can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter of the first pipe 2000 and the caliber of the drain 1112 of the base 1110, and the length of the flexible pipe 1120-2 can also be set according to the range of the possible deviation distance between the drain 1112 of the base 1110 and the inlet of the first pipe 2000. In addition, since the diameter of the first pipe 2000 may not be the same as the diameter of the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110, in order to stably connect the flexible pipe 1120-2 to the base 1110 and to stably connect the flexible pipe 1120-2 to the first pipe 2000, the sizes of the pipe orifices at the two ends of the flexible pipe 1120-2 may be different, for example, the sizes of the pipe orifices at the two ends of the flexible pipe 1120-2 may be respectively adapted to the sewage outlet 1112 of the base 1110 and the first pipe 2000. It is also worth mentioning that the material of the flexible tube 1120-2 may be PVC plastic or rubber.
The embodiment of the application also provides a bathroom chassis 1000. The sanitary ware chassis 1000 comprises the sewage draining structure 1100 according to any one of the above technical solutions. The sanitary base plate 1000 is characterized in that the base 1110 is fixedly arranged in the sanitary base plate 1000 in advance by using the sewage discharge structure 1100, when the sewage discharge structure 1100 is installed, operations such as drilling, pipeline laying or pipeline pouring are not required to be performed on a construction site, the installation method is simple, and the construction period is short, so that the sanitary base plate 1000 can be efficiently installed.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a sewage disposal structure 1100 of a sanitary ware base plate 1000 according to other embodiments of the present disclosure in cooperation with a floor drain 1200, as shown in fig. 5, the sanitary ware base plate 1000 further includes a floor drain 1200, the floor drain 1200 is mounted on a base 1110, the floor drain 1200 includes a filter screen 1210 and a sewage pipe assembly 1220 disposed below the filter screen 1210, and the sewage pipe assembly 1220 is at least partially disposed in the inner cavity 1111. This may enable the drain structure 1100 to be applied to ground drainage of the sanitary base 1000. In some embodiments, the floor drain 1200 may further comprise a panel on which the screen 1210 is disposed. The drain assembly 1220 may include an inner core tube 1221, and a lower end of the inner core tube 1221 may be inserted into the connection tube 1120. In other embodiments, the waste pipe assembly 1220 may include an inner core and an outer core, the filter screen 1210 is connected to the inner core, the outer core may be disposed outside the inner core, and a liquid seal may be formed between the outer core and the inner core to achieve a deodorizing effect. The wall of the outer core may be opened with an opening communicating with the inner cavity 1111 of the base 1110 to discharge the sewage into the inner cavity 1111.
In some embodiments, the top end of the base 1110 may be lower than the upper surface of the sanitary bottom plate 1000, and the filter screen 1210 of the floor drain 1200 mounted on the base 1110 may be lower than the upper surface of the sanitary bottom plate 1000 or flush with the upper surface of the sanitary bottom plate 1000. In some embodiments, to facilitate replacement of the floor drain 1200, the floor drain 1200 may be removably mounted to the base 1110, such as by snapping, bolting, etc., such that the floor drain 1200 is partially or completely disposed within the inner cavity 1111 of the base 1110. In still other embodiments, the shape of the mounting hole of the bathroom chassis 1000 provided with the base 1110 may be matched with the shape of the panel of the floor drain 1200, the floor drain 1200 may be directly placed on the base 1110, the panel of the floor drain 1200 is located in the mounting hole, and the mounting hole may play a role in limiting the floor drain 1200.
In some embodiments, to prevent back-overflow of sewage from the floor drain 1200, a third seal may be provided between the floor drain 1200 and the base 1110. The third sealing member may be a sealing portion formed by a sealant, or may be a gasket disposed between the base 1110 and the floor drain 1200.
