Background
All can set up good oxygen pond among the integration sewage treatment device that adopts biological method nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and most good oxygen pond is all carried out the aeration through micropore aeration dish, and whether the growth of good oxygen fungus is influenced in the normal work of micropore aeration dish, influences whether discharge to reach standard of quality of water, and micropore aeration dish belongs to the core accessory of integration sewage treatment device.
The microporous aeration discs are generally distributed and uniformly distributed on a plurality of horizontally arranged aeration pipe networks. The microporous aeration disc is a typical micro-bubble air diffusion device, the diffusion disc is mainly made of microporous materials such as ceramics, titanium powder, alumina, silicon oxide, nylon and the like, the diameter of generated bubbles is below 2mm, the oxygen utilization rate is high, the microporous aeration disc is often installed in an assembly form, and the microporous aeration disc is widely applied to a biochemical oxidation tank and an air flotation tank in a wastewater treatment process. Its disadvantages are easy to block, air must be filtered and purified, and diffusion resistance is large.
In the prior art, the aeration condition in the aerobic tank is generally observed by eyes to judge whether the aeration disc works normally. However, if the aerobic tank of the sewage treatment plant has a higher sludge concentration and thus a darker sewage color, damage to the microporous aeration disc or discs is difficult to detect. In addition, even in an aerobic tank with low color of sewage, if a single microporous aeration disc is locally damaged, the damage is difficult to be observed.

The invention patent application cn201910914844.x relates to a cleaning robot for an aerator in a sewage tank and a state monitoring method. The aerator state detection system comprises a pressure sensor, an inertial navigation system and an elastic aerator position detection system. The pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure state of the aerator during working and indirectly detecting the blockage and fracture states of the aerator; the inertial navigation system is used for detecting the posture and the position of the cleaning robot and recording the position of the fault aerator, so that the fault aerator is convenient to clean, maintain and replace; the elastic aerator position detection system is used for accurately detecting the position of the circular aerator. The invention also provides an evaluation method of the state of the aerator and a method for accurately positioning the position of the fault aerator. The invention ensures the real-time monitoring of the state of the aerator in the operating state and provides a solution for ensuring the safe and effective operation of sewage treatment.

The invention also discloses a non-clogging aeration system, wherein an air supply pipeline with a pressure air source and a backflushing pipeline with a pressure water source are connected to the aerator, an air-water separation device is arranged on the air supply pipeline, backflushing liquid is injected into the aerator under the condition of not cutting off air supply when the aeration system fails or equipment is overhauled, the pressure of the backflushing liquid is greater than the ambient water pressure outside the aerator, the sewage is prevented from flowing backwards to block the aeration system, the air-water separation device blocks the air inlet pipeline, the backflushing liquid is intercepted, and the equipment such as a blower and the like is prevented from being damaged by inlet. The invention has simple structure, low energy consumption, convenient management and maintenance and wide application in aeration systems in the field of water supply and drainage treatment.
The device or the method provides a blockage detection or early warning method for the aeration disc to a certain extent, but the device or the method needs to rely on detection of other high-precision equipment, the equipment is relatively complicated, and blockage or damage conditions of some micropores on the aeration disc cannot be detected.
