Background
At present, in the field of automatic logistics conveying, conveyed articles need to be steered in order to meet the working requirements of classification, code scanning, stacking and the like. In general, in an automated logistics apparatus, article turning is mainly realized by using a rotating table and a stop lever. The rotating table is generally fixedly installed, and after the articles are conveyed onto the rotating table, the rotating table rotates by a corresponding angle, and then the articles are conveyed away. Because the articles need to be stopped when the rotating table works, the working efficiency of the whole equipment is not high. The gear lever is directly contacted with the article to realize steering, and the gear lever has impact relative to the article and is easy to damage the conveyed article.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 show a continuous steering conveyor comprising:
a frame 1; the frame 1 is configured on the ground, is a main body of the conveying equipment and provides installation positions for other mechanisms; preferably, the frame 1 is welded by steel structure.
The rotating shafts 2 are rotatably arranged on the rack 1, and at least two rotating shafts are arranged; a chain wheel 3 is arranged on the rotating shaft 2; the motor is used for driving the rotating shaft 2, and usually, only one motor is used for driving, namely, the motor directly drives the driving shaft, and the other motor is used for driving the driven shaft, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are arranged at two ends of the frame 1 through bearings with seats, and the driving shaft and the driven shaft are ensured to be parallel to each other.
The conveying belt 4 is sleeved on the chain wheel 3, and the conveying belt 4 is provided with a flexible belt surface; chain links 5 meshed with the chain wheels 3 are arranged on two sides of the back of the conveying belt 4; the conveying belt 4 is provided with a transverse rib plate 6, and the transverse rib plate 6 and the corresponding conveying belt are provided with rotating shaft holes 7; the two sides of the transverse rib plate 6 are connected with the chain links 5; the conveyer belt 4 is annular and respectively bypasses the driving shaft and the driven shaft; the driving chain wheel of the driving shaft and the driven chain wheel of the driven shaft are meshed with the chain links 5 on the conveying belt 4, so that the conveying belt 4 runs around under the driving of the driving shaft. The rotating shaft 10 penetrates through the rotating shaft hole 7 of the transverse rib plate 6 and is fixed with the conveying belt 4 through a bearing, and the rotating table 5 can freely rotate around the rotating shaft 10 on the conveying belt 4 through a thrust ball bearing 12. The shifting lever 11 is in a cross shape and can rotate 90 degrees each time.
The telescopic rod 13 is arranged on the frame 1, and when the telescopic rod 13 extends out, the telescopic rod can touch the shift lever 11 and shift the shift lever to rotate the rotating platform 8; when the telescopic rod 13 is retracted, the rotating table 8 passes directly. The height of the telescopic rod 13 is consistent with that of the deflector rod 11; the telescopic rod 13 can be extended or retracted according to the command of the control system. When the telescopic rod 11 extends out, the driving lever 11 is touched to stop, so that the rotating platform 8 rotates.
When the device works, the motor drives the rotating shaft 2 to rotate, and the device starts to operate. The conveyor belt 4 of the apparatus now runs at a speed corresponding to the speed of the stream line, and the conveyed articles enter from one end of the continuous diverting conveyor and are placed on the carrier platform 9. The loading platform 9 is driven by the conveyor belt 4 to move forward. When the article need turn to, control system control telescopic link 13 stretches out. Because the moving deflector rod 11 and the fixed telescopic rod 13 have relative displacement, the telescopic rod 13 can be moved to rotate the rotating platform 5 by 90 degrees.
