The working steps of the metal processing equipment with the deburring function are as follows:
1) opening the second transparent protective cover 2, placing the finished product of the burr-free workpiece between the outer rotary disc 35 and the inner rotary disc 31, positioning through the positioning plate 33, then screwing the thread knob 373 to enable the clamping telescopic rod 37 to fix the workpiece, and closing the second transparent protective cover 2;
2) opening the first transparent protective cover 1, placing a workpiece with burrs between the outer rotating disc 55 to be processed and the inner rotating disc 51 to be processed, positioning in the step 1) by installing the positioning plate 53 to be processed, then screwing the clamping telescopic rod 57 to be processed, fixing the workpiece by the clamping telescopic rod 57 to be processed, and closing the first transparent protective cover 1;
3) the comparison positioning arm 95 and the deburring positioning arm 98 are turned upwards along the positioning arm rotating shaft 951, so that the positioning rod 96 is tightly attached to the edge of a finished workpiece, and the deburring rod 97 is tightly attached to the burr edge of the burr workpiece;
4) the deburring lower pressing rod 99 and the comparison lower pressing rod 93 are turned downwards along rotating shafts at the upper ends of the deburring lower pressing rod 99 and the comparison lower pressing rod 93, so that the deburring lower pressing rod 99 and the comparison lower pressing rod 93 are tightly attached to the extrusion spring plate 92, the comparison positioning arm 95 and the deburring positioning arm 98 are extruded through the extrusion spring plate 92, the fixed clamping rod clamping plate 94 is turned, the fixed clamping rod clamping plate 94 is matched with the fixed clamping rod 91, and the comparison lower pressing rod 93 and the deburring lower pressing rod 99 are clamped;
5) starting the equipment, starting the drive motor 41, the negative pressure pump 73 and the grinding motor 972;
6) a grinding motor 972 is started to drive a grinding rotating wheel 971 to rotate, and the grinding rotating wheel 971 grinds burr edges so as to eliminate burrs;
7) the negative pressure pump 73 is started to generate negative pressure, air is sucked from the fly ash cover body 71 through the dust suction pipe 72, negative pressure is generated on the inner side of the fly ash cover body 71, burrs are polished by the polishing rotating wheel 971, generated waste scraps are sucked by the fly ash cover body 71, then enter the dust suction pipe 72, and finally enter the fly ash collecting tank 8 through the dust guide pipe 74;
8) the waste chips entering the flying dust collecting tank 8 fall into the flying dust collecting drawer 81;
9) the driving motor 41 is started to drive the driving chain gear 42 to rotate, the driving chain gear 42 drives the first driven chain gear 44 and the second driven chain gear 46, the second driven chain gear 46 drives the third driven chain gear 49 and the second gear rotating shaft 410, the second gear rotating shaft 410 drives the driven gear 412, the driven gear 412 drives the rotating shaft 34, the outer rotating disc 35, the inner rotating disc 31, the inner rotating disc 51 to be processed and the outer rotating disc 55 to be processed to rotate, so as to drive the finished workpiece and the burr workpiece to rotate, and the burr removing rod 97 is used for polishing the burr edge of the burr workpiece according to the standard of the finished workpiece by contacting the positioning rod 96 on the comparison positioning arm 95 with the finished workpiece;
10) after polishing, the equipment is closed, the first transparent protective cover 1 is opened, and the polished workpiece is replaced by a new burr workpiece.
