Detailed Description
The automated rice cooking system shown in fig. 1 includes a housing 100, and the rice bin 30, the automated rice washing apparatus 10, the cooking apparatus 20, and a controller for controlling the operation of the automated rice cooking system shown in fig. 2 are provided in the housing 100. As shown in fig. 3, the cooking device 20 includes a base 26, and a rotating tray 21 is provided on the base 26. Four cooking positions 23 are provided on the rotary tray 21. As shown in fig. 1, the housing 100 is provided with an opening 110, the left and right sides of the base 26 are provided with slide rails 261 as shown in fig. 3, a user pulls the base 26 to move out of the housing 100 from the opening 110 along the slide rails 261, places the four cooking bowls 22 one by one on the cooking positions 23, pushes the base 26 back into the housing 100, and then starts an automatic cooking process.
As shown in FIG. 2, the automatic rice washing apparatus 10 includes a rice washing tub 11. The rice storage bin 30 is connected with the rice inlet 115 of the rice washing barrel 11 through the quantitative rice outlet device 31, so that the quantitative rice is conveyed into the rice washing barrel 11. The rice washing drum 11 is provided with a water inlet 116 which is connected with a water source through a water inlet valve, and the water inlet valve is electrically connected with a controller. After the device 31 for measuring rice to be measured conveys the fixed quantity of rice into the rice washing barrel 11, the controller controls the water inlet valve to be conducted, so that water is injected into the rice washing barrel 11. The rice washing barrel 11 is internally provided with a spiral pushing rod 14 as shown in figure 8. As shown in FIG. 6, the left end of the rice washing barrel 11 is provided with a motor 15 electrically connected with a controller, which drives a spiral pushing rod 14 to rotate and stir rice washing.
As shown in FIG. 8, the rice washing barrel 11 is a horizontal cylindrical barrel and comprises a front barrel section 111 and a rear barrel section 112. The bottom of the rear cylinder section 112 is provided with a rice outlet 113 and a drainage hole 114. The rice outlet 113 and the drainage hole 114 are located on the same circumference. The rice washing barrel 11 is provided with a switch cover 17 with an opening 171 for the rice outlet 113 and the drain hole 114. As shown in fig. 7, the inner diameter of the rear cylindrical section 112 is larger than that of the front cylindrical section 111, and the front end of the rear cylindrical section 112 is sleeved outside the rear end of the front cylindrical section 111. As shown in fig. 6, the switching cover 17 is fitted in the rear cylinder section 112, abuts against the rear end of the front cylinder section 111 and is flush with the front cylinder section 111. The right end of the rice washing barrel 11 is provided with a motor 16 which is electrically connected with a controller. After the rice is washed, the motor 16 drives the switch cover 17 to rotate and switch to the state that the opening 171 is aligned with the drainage hole 114, and the spiral pushing rod 14 as a pushing member rotates, so that the rice washing water is pushed from the front cylinder section 111 to the rear cylinder section 112 to the drainage hole 114 for drainage. The diameter of the drain hole 114 is smaller than the width of a meter, and the meter is not drained from the drain hole 114 during the drainage process. The drain hole 114 is closely connected to the drain guide 13 to guide the rice washing water to a waste water collecting place. After the rice washing water is finished, the switching cover 17 is driven to rotate and switch to a state that the opening 171 is aligned with the rice outlet 113, and the spiral pushing rod 14 rotates to push the rice from the front cylinder section 111 to the rear cylinder section 112 to the rice outlet 113 for rice outlet. A lower rice guide groove 12 is formed immediately below the rice outlet 113, and the lower rice guide groove 12 is extended into the housing of the cooking device 20 in an inclined downward direction, thereby guiding the rice into the cooking device 20.
The cooking apparatus 20 includes a rotation driving mechanism 27 that drives the rotation tray 21 to rotate. As shown in fig. 4, the rotary drive mechanism 27 includes a motor 271 electrically connected to the controller and a belt 272, and the motor 271 is connected to the rotary tray 21 via the belt 272. As shown in fig. 3, the lower rice mouth at the end of the lower rice guide 12 is positioned between the two cooking bowls 22 on the left side in the drawing. The motor 271 drives the rotary tray 21 to rotate clockwise, so that the cooking bowl 22 close to the reader on the left side in the figure is firstly rotated to align with the lower rice mouth for receiving rice. After the rice receiving is completed, the automatic rice washing device 10 performs the rice washing operation again. After the rice is washed again, the motor 271 drives the rotary tray 21 to rotate clockwise continuously, so that the next cooking bowl 22 rotates to be aligned with the lower rice outlet for rice receiving, and the like, until all the cooking bowls 22 finish the rice receiving. Referring to fig. 4, four radial limiting rotating wheels 25 are distributed at intervals around the rotating tray 21, and the radial limiting rotating wheels 25 contact with the side wall of the rotating tray 21, so that the rotating tray 21 is prevented from radially deviating or shaking in the rotating process. Each cooking station 23 is provided with a halogen tube as a heating element. If the halogen tubes are directly connected to the power source located in the base 26 through wires, the wires of the halogen tubes of the respective cooking positions 23 are twisted together when the rotating tray 21 rotates because the base 26 is stationary. For this purpose, the bottom of the rotary tray 21 is provided with a conductive slip ring 24 as shown in fig. 4, and on the circuit, the upper end of the conductive slip ring 24 is connected to the leads of each heating element, and the lower end is provided with a power supply port which is connected to a power supply installed in the base 26. When the rotary tray 21 rotates, the upper end of the conductive slip ring 24 rotates along with the rotary tray, and the lower end of the conductive slip ring does not move, so that the problem of wire winding is solved. A top plate 29 as shown in fig. 5 is provided above the rotating tray 21. Four lids 28 are provided below the top plate 29. Four internally threaded gears 283 are provided above the top plate 29. A matching screw 284 is provided in each internally threaded gear 283. The screw 284 extends through the top plate 29 to its underside for attachment to a corresponding lid 28. Each internally threaded gear 283 is driven by one drive gear 282. A motor 281 electrically connected to the controller is disposed above the driving gear 282. After all the cooking bowls 22 are filled with rice, the motor 281 drives the driving gear 282 to rotate, so as to drive each internally-threaded gear 283 to rotate, thereby driving the screw 284 positioned in the internally-threaded gear 283 to descend together with the cover 28, so that each cover 28 covers the cooking bowl 22 below the cover. After the rice is cooked, the motor 281 drives the pinion gear 282 to rotate in reverse, thereby driving each internally threaded gear 283 to rotate in reverse, thereby driving the screw 284 located in the internally threaded gear 283 to ascend together with the lid 28, thereby opening the cooking bowl 22. The user pulls the base 26 along the slide 261 to move it out of the housing 100 from the opening 110, and then takes out the cooking bowl 22 containing the cooked rice for eating.
