Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for selecting a push channel, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining user equipment service information and a pushing channel sent by a client, wherein the pushing channel comprises: a main push channel and a standby push channel; selecting a main push channel of the client to push messages according to the user equipment service information; and when the main pushing channel fails to push the message and/or the pushing quantity of the main pushing channel exceeds a preset pushing threshold value, the standby pushing channel of the client side is used for pushing the message. The invention solves the problems that when the pushing request is rejected due to the fact that a pushing channel cannot be used or is frequently pushed, normal pushing cannot be carried out, and the reaching amount and stability of pushing cannot be guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of information communication, in particular to a method and a device for pushing channel selection.
Background
To increase the daily activity of the user, a push method is usually used to send a notification to the user to wake up the user to increase the daily activity.
In the prior art, when an integrated channel is used for pushing during pushing, when the pushing amount is very large, the pushing request is rejected due to too frequent calling of an interface of the other party; when the integrated channel has problems, the push system cannot be used due to the fact that no alternative channel exists; because the integrated push is forwarded to the manufacturer channel corresponding to the mobile phone, data loss occurs during the forwarding and the call-back.
When the mobile phone is used for pushing corresponding to a manufacturer channel, when the mobile phone has a problem with the corresponding manufacturer channel, the pushing of the whole brand mobile phone is failed; some manufacturer channels have magnitude limits exceeding the pushing magnitude, which also causes pushing failure; when a mobile phone brand is only connected with one channel, if the pushing amount is very large, the pushing request is rejected due to the fact that the opposite side interface is called too frequently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method and a device for selecting a push channel, which are used for solving the problems that when a push request is rejected due to the fact that a system cannot be used or frequent pushing is carried out on the push channel, normal pushing cannot be carried out, and the arrival volume and stability of pushing cannot be guaranteed.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. In the embodiment of the invention, the main push channel and the standby push channel can be automatically switched by configuring the push channel switch, the main push channel can be switched to the standby channel when the main channel fails to push messages, and the main channel can be switched back to the main channel when the main channel returns to normal, so that the corresponding push channel can be dynamically opened or closed without restarting services, the push efficiency is improved, and the push arrival amount and stability are ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, callback data corresponding to push channel information is obtained, and the arrival rate and click rate of push messages are counted according to the callback data; the callback data comprises the number of times of call-back arrival and the number of times of click-back.
In the embodiment of the invention, the arrival rate of the push message is the number of times of call-back arrival/push arrival; and the click rate of the push message is click callback times/push times.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the main push channel is a first vendor push channel; the standby pushing channel is a third party pushing channel or a second manufacturer pushing channel.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user preferentially selects the user manufacturer push channel as the first push channel, the standby push channel can be selected from a third party push channel or other manufacturer push channels, and the specific channel selection can be determined according to the situation.

when the main push channel is adopted and the push message fails and/or the push quantity of the main push channel exceeds a preset push threshold value, the standby push channel push message of the client side is adopted and comprises the following steps:
