基于智能网的自动回复方法及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种基于智能网的自动回复方法 及系统。 背景技术 在日常生活中, 用户在某些情况下不方便或无法接听电话, 例如, 参加 会议、 驾车、 乘机、 不在服务区、 关机等情况, 此时, 被叫用户可能釆用拒 接来电或设置呼叫转移的方法来拒绝接听该电话, 或者, 在移动终端不在服 务区或关机的情况下, 由通信运营商的网络侧设备自动提示 "该用户不在服 务区" 或 "用户已关机 ", 而这些提示都是运营商提前设置的固定提示, 无法 告知主叫用户当前被叫用户不能接听电话的具体原因, 从而可能产生误会以 及不必要的损失。 根据被叫用户自行设置的状态进行多样化的自动回复, 可以较好的解决 上述问题, 能够加强主叫用户与被叫用户之间的沟通。 现有技术中实现上述 自动回复功能主要通过以下两种方法: 方法一, 在运营商网络侧设备上增加字段, 用于标识是否使用自动回复 和回复内容, 并播放用户指定的提示。这种方法需要对网络侧设备进行改造, 成本较高, 且新增业务将影响现有网络稳定性。 更为重要的是, 目前并存的 PSTN, GSM、 CDMA等多种通信网络类型以及当前正迅速发展的 3G网络 的网络交换设备各不相同, 分别对网络交换设备进行改造的可行性不高; 方法二, 通过智能网设置用户状态为自动回复, 并播放用户录制的回复 语音, 这种方法的用户状态和回复内容仍然比较单一, 而且回复策略比较简 单, 难以满足人们在实际使用中的需求。 针对相关技术中的自动回复方案对网络侧设备的改造幅度较大或回复内 容过于单一的问题, 目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 针对自动回复方案对网络侧设备的改造幅度较大或回复内容过于单一的 问题而提出本发明, 为此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于智能网的自 动回复方案, 以解决上述问题至少之一。 才艮据本发明的一个方面, 首先提供了一种基于智能网的自动回复方法, 该方法用于对主叫终端对被叫终端的呼叫进行自动回复。 才艮据本发明的基于智能网的自动回复方法包括: 在接收到主叫终端对被 叫终端的呼叫时, 被叫终端根据预先存储的该被叫终端的状态信息与回复方 式及回复内容的对应关系, 获取与被叫终端的当前状态信息对应的回复方式 及回复内容; 釆用获取的回复方式向上述主叫终端回复获取的回复内容。 具体地, 上述状态信息可以包括被叫终端的用户状态; 上述对应关系包 括用户状态与回复方式的第一对应关系、 用户状态和回复方式与回复内容的 第二对应关系; 则获取与被叫终端的当前状态信息对应的回复方式及回复内 容包括: 1 )根据预先存储的第一对应关系, 以及被叫终端的当前用户状态, 获取当前进行自动回复的回复方式; 2 ) 根据预先存储的第二对应关系, 获 取被叫终端的当前状态及获取的回复方式对应的回复内容。 具体地, 获取被叫终端的当前用户状态包括: 根据预先存储的被叫终端 的时间段与用户^ I大态的对应关系, 获取与当前时间点所在的时间段对应的当 前用户状态, 或获取预先存储的被叫终端的当前用户状态。 具体地, 在接收到主叫终端对被叫终端的呼叫之前, 该方法还包括: 接 收被叫终端发送的携带当前用户状态的设置请求, 存储被叫终端的当前用户 状态; 业务逻辑处理模块, 用于才艮据存储模块存 储的对应关系,获取与被叫终端的当前状态信息对应的回复方式和回复内容; 自动回复模块, 用于才艮据业务逻辑处理模块获取的回复方式和回复内容, 对 主叫终端进行回复。 进一步地, 上述状态信息包括被叫终端的用户信息。 则上述存储模块包 括: 第一存储单元和第二存储单元。 其中, 第一存储单元用于存储被叫终端 的用户状态与回复方式的第一对应关系; 第二存储单元用于存储被叫终端的 用户状态、 回复方式与回复内容的第二对应关系。 上述业务逻辑处理模块包 括: 第一获取单元和第二获取单元。 其中, 第一获取单元用于 居上述第一 存储单元存储的第一对应关系, 以及被叫终端的当前用户状态, 获取对当前 的呼叫进行自动回复所釆用的回复方式; 或者, 判断主叫终端的标识是否包括在被叫终端不允许自动回复的一个 或多个主叫终端标识 (即白名单) 内, 如果是, 则不进行自动回复, 否则, 进行自动回复, 触发第一获取模块 33。 优选地, 如图 2A所示, 存储模块 1还可以第四存储单元 17 , 用于存储 被叫终端的当前用户状态或被叫终端的时间段与用户状态的对应关系, 根据 第四存储单元 17 中存储的信息, 业务逻辑模块 3 可以获取到被叫终端的当 前用户 ^1大态。 在具体应用中, 主叫终端在接收到自动回复后, 可以进行留言, 因此, 如图 2A所示,根据本发明实施例的基于智能网的自动回复系统还可以包括: 留言模块 7 , 用于调用智能网创建媒体资源模块, 控制媒体服务器录音, 接 收并存储主叫用户在接收到自动回复后给被叫用户的留言。 并且, 在向主叫 终端进行自动回复后, 该自动回复系统还可以通知被叫终端本次呼叫的相关 信息, 因此, 如图 2A所示, 该自动回复系统还可以包括: 通知模块 9 , 用于 调用智能网消息发送模块, 按照预设方式向被叫终端发送通知, 将本次呼叫 的时间及主叫终端的标识等内容通知给被叫终端。 在具体实施过程中, 被叫终端的用户可以对上述存储模块 1中存储的各 种信息进行配置, 因此, 优选地, 如图 2B 所示, 该自动回复系统还可以包 括: 配置模块, 由 WEB 门户、 用户交互式管理、 短信指令处理等多种设置 方式组成, 通过存储模块 1与业务逻辑处理模块 3及自动回复模块 5进行数 据交互, 用以系统开关、 设置主叫白名单、 优先状态及时间范围、 回复方式、 回复内容。 优选地, 存储模块 1可以釆用数据库的形式存储上述数据。 在具体实施过程中, 被叫用户可以通过配置模块预先设置, 存储模块 1 中存储的数据。 具体地, 如图 3所示, 可以通过以下步骤实现对存储模块 1 中存储的数据: 步骤 1 , 用户状态设置, 具体地, 被叫终端可以通过多种方式方便的设 置该终端的用户状态, 方法一, 用户登录 WEB 门户网站, 在网页上进行白 名单号码设置、 优先状态及时间设置、 当前状态选择、 媒体文件上传、 回复 短信文本编辑等操作;方法二,用户拨打系统管理的月艮务接入码,例如 10001 , 通过在交换侧对 10001的号码进行号码分析, 进入用户交互式管理模块, 根 据系统提示音逐步进行以上各项的设置; 方法三, 用户通过被叫终端发送短 信指令代码到短信指令处理模块设置, 例如发送 11设置状态为会议, 回复方 式为语音, 发送 22设置状态为驾车, 回复方式为短信; 步骤 2, 设置状态种类, 配置模块初始化可以建立几种状态供用户选择, 如会议、 驾车、 乘机、 无法接通, 同时用户可以根据需要在配置模块新增当 前状态, 例如, 休息、 剧院免打扰, 特别说明一下无法接通的状态, 用户可 以主动选择为当前生效状态, 主叫呼入后直接使用该状态内容回复, 另外, 当业务逻辑模块检查到用户未设置任何需要自动回复的状态后, 直接呼叫被 叫用户, 如果交换网通过上报 BCSM事件返回被叫用户不在服务区、 关机等 无法接通的状态值时,业务逻辑处理模块自动将当前状态置为无法接通状态, 并使用无法接通的内容回复; 步骤 3 , 设置白名单号码, 对于特别重要的主叫用户号码, 可以将号码 加入到白名单中, 则在业务逻辑处理模块处理时, 该号码不受当前状态和呼 叫时间等条件的限制, 直接呼叫被叫, 不进行自动回复; 步骤 4, 设置优先状态的生效时间, 用户可以根据需要设定某几种优先 状态,以时间范围为判断标准,时间范围不能重合,如设置时间段 21 :00〜08:00 的优先状态为休息状态, 则用户不用经常改变状态, 在该时间段内, 业务逻 辑处理模块优先将休息状态作为当前状态, 使用该状态对应的内容对主叫进 行自动回复;
