In the operation process of managing platform management control information in a supervision cloud platform service network, a supervision management platform of the supervision network directly controls and manages a management platform in the cloud platform service network under the authorization of a human user platform by a corresponding government management sub-platform, generates management control information according to the acquired management perception information of the service network management platform, transmits the management control information to the management platform in the cloud platform service network in a supervision object platform through a corresponding government or operator sensing network sub-platform, and executes the control information by the cloud platform service network management platform as required.
As shown in fig. 4, the information operation process of the monitoring cloud platform service network sensing network platform is an information operation process formed by the sensing communication operation behavior of the monitoring cloud platform service network sensing network platform by the monitoring network, and includes an operation process of sensing communication operation behavior sensing information of the monitoring cloud platform service network sensing network platform and an operation process of sensing communication operation behavior control information. In the operation process of monitoring the sensing operation behavior sensing information of the cloud platform service network sensing network platform, the sensing communication operation behavior information of the sensing network platform in the cloud platform service network is transmitted to a corresponding government management sub-platform of a monitoring management platform through a corresponding government or operator sensing network sub-platform of the monitoring network sensing network platform in the form of the sensing information and is processed, and then the sensing information is transmitted to a people user platform through a corresponding government service sub-platform of the monitoring service platform, so that the operation process of monitoring the sensing operation behavior sensing information of the cloud platform service network sensing network platform is completed.
In the operation process of the cloud platform service network sensing network platform sensing communication operation behavior control information, the corresponding government management sub-platform in the supervision network management platform directly controls and manages the sensing network platform in the cloud platform service network in the supervision object platform under the authorization of the people user platform. And the government management sub-platform in the supervision management platform generates operation behavior control information according to the acquired sensing communication operation behavior sensing information of the sensing network platform in the cloud platform service network, transmits the operation behavior control information to the cloud platform service network sensing network platform in the object platform through the corresponding government sensing network sub-platform in the supervision sensing network platform, and executes operation behaviors as required by the sensing network platform in the cloud platform service network.
As shown in fig. 5, the information operation process of the object platform in the service network of the monitoring cloud platform is an information operation process formed by the government management platform of the monitoring network performing monitoring management work on the data source of the object platform in the service network of the cloud platform in the object platform, and includes an operation process of sensing information of the object platform in the service network of the cloud platform and an operation process of controlling information of the object platform in the service network of the cloud platform. In the operation process of sensing information of a cloud platform service network object platform in an object platform, the sensing information of the cloud platform service network object platform is transmitted to a corresponding government management sub-platform of a supervision network supervision management platform through a corresponding government or operator sensing network sub-platform in the supervision network sensing network platform to be processed, and then transmitted to a people user platform through a corresponding government service sub-platform in the supervision sensing network platform, so that the operation process of monitoring the sensing information of the object platform in the cloud platform service network is completed.
In the operation process of the object platform control information in the supervision cloud platform service network, the corresponding government management sub-platform of the supervision management platform generates corresponding control information under the authorization of a people user platform directly according to the cloud platform service network object platform sensing information in the supervision object platform, the corresponding government or operator sensing network sub-platform in the supervision sensing network platform is transmitted to the object platform in the cloud platform service network in the supervision network object platform, and the object platform in the cloud platform service network executes control.
As shown in fig. 1, the smart city network monitoring system based on the user platform of the present embodiment includes: service network: the system is used for providing business service for users; monitoring the network: used for supervising the service network; the business network and the supervision network are established based on an Internet of things structure, and the Internet of things structure comprises a user platform, a service platform, a management platform, a sensing network platform and an object platform which are sequentially interacted; the service network and the monitoring network share the same user platform, the service network provides service for users, and the monitoring network monitors the service of the service network facing the user platform under the authorization of the users.
To further illustrate the specific structure of this embodiment, the monitoring network includes: a user platform: receiving the service of the monitoring network; the supervision service platform comprises: for providing administrative service information to the user platform, and/or receiving user control information; a supervision management platform: the system is used for carrying out comprehensive overall management on the whole monitoring network; a supervision object platform: the monitoring network is used for providing sensing information for the monitoring network and/or executing control; the supervision sensing network platform comprises: the system comprises a supervision management platform, a supervision object platform and a supervision management platform, wherein the supervision management platform is used for acquiring supervision data in the supervision object platform and interacting the supervision data to the supervision management platform; and the service platform, the service management platform, the service sensing network platform and the service object platform of the service network are used as supervision object platforms of the supervision network, and the supervision management platform provides perception control service for the user platform through the supervision service platform according to the supervision data.
To further illustrate the specific structure of this embodiment, the monitoring sensor network platform obtains data through interaction with the service platform, the service management platform, the service sensor network platform, or the service object platform; the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in service information and information sources of the service platform; the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in management information and operation information of the service management platform; the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in the information transmission service of the business sensing network platform; and the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data from the data provided by the service object platform. When the invention is applied, in the actual use, the supervision network needs to set the supervision service platform, the supervision management platform, the supervision sensing network platform and the supervision object platform as a plurality of sub-platforms so as to supervise different types of service networks, and for one type of service network, the sub-platform matched with the service network needs to be selected according to the type of the service network so as to supervise the service network, so that in the actual use, the supervision service platform can be understood as the supervision network only needing one supervision network to meet the supervision of a plurality of service networks.
For further explanation of the specific structure of this embodiment, the user platform is a people user platform, and the people user platform is integrally composed of people; the monitoring network is a government monitoring network; the government monitoring network provides management service for people under the authorization of people users and supervises the service network.
To further illustrate the specific structure of this embodiment, each platform in the service network or/and the monitoring network may be a cloud platform.
As shown in fig. 8, to further illustrate a specific structure of the present invention, the administration service platform, the administration management platform, the administration sensing network platform, and the administration object platform each include a plurality of sub-platforms; the type of the sub-platform corresponds to the type of the service network; when the service network needs to be supervised, the supervision network selects the sub-platform matched with the service network to supervise the service network.
In the implementation of this embodiment, in actual use, the monitoring network needs to set the monitoring service platform, the monitoring management platform, the monitoring sensor network platform, and the monitoring object platform as multiple sub-platforms to monitor different types of service networks, and for one type of service network, the sub-platform matched with the service network needs to be selected according to the type of the service network to monitor the service network, so that in actual use, it can be understood that monitoring of multiple service networks can be satisfied only by one monitoring network.
For further explaining the working process of the embodiment, the user platform is a people user platform, and the people user platform is integrally composed of people; the monitoring network is a government monitoring network; the government monitoring network provides management service for people under the authorization of the people user platform and supervises the service network.
As shown in fig. 2, in the cloud platform service network, the service platform is an information transmission channel between the service network user platform and the management platform, which may or may not be a cloud platform, and provides data transmission service for the service network user under the overall planning of the cloud platform management platform, and obtains corresponding benefits from the data transmission service, thereby realizing the network participation requirement of the service platform.
The monitoring network also meets the network participation requirement of the cloud platform service network service platform participating in the networking of the monitoring network on the basis of meeting the dominance requirement of the people user platform, and the legal operation rights and interests of the monitoring network are guaranteed. Therefore, the cloud platform service network participates in the supervision and management network, serves the supervision and management network for the civilian user platform, meets the relevant legal requirements of the government management platform through the supervision and management network, so that legal operation permission of the government is obtained, data information is legally transmitted for the cloud platform service network user platform and the management platform, and benefit requirements of the cloud platform service network are better met.
As shown in fig. 3, in the cloud platform service network, the cloud platform management platform provides cloud computing as a service to users with needs, including infrastructure, platform, software, data and other services, and obtains corresponding service charges. The cloud platform management platform supported by the cloud platform operator can manage and acquire all information in the cloud platform service network, including information of a data source party and a data user party, extracts useful information from the information through data mining and technical analysis, converts the useful information into commercial resources and provides the commercial resources for interested users, and accordingly benefits of the cloud platform management platform in the cloud platform service network are achieved.
The monitoring network takes the requirements of people user platforms as the leading factor, the cloud platform service network management platform is used as an object sub-platform under the management of the government to receive the supervision of the government, participate in the networking of the monitoring network and receive the supervision and management of the government management platform in the aspects of information content validity, charging validity and data source validity.
In the embodiment, the supervision network supervises the service content validity, the information content validity and the information source validity of the service network; the service content legality comprises the legality of service item setting, the legality of service item cost and the transparency degree of revenue.
Service content legitimacy
And under the operation of a cloud platform operator, the cloud platform service network management platform manages the data information resources as commodities and services and acquires corresponding rewards. In the monitoring network, the government management platform monitors the validity of the service content of the cloud platform service network cloud platform management platform, including whether the service item is legally set, whether the cost is reasonable, whether the revenue is transparent and the like.
The monitoring network government management platform supervises the operators of the cloud platform service network management platform, gives the legal cloud platform operators operating permission on the government level on behalf of the people user platform, and carries out legal supervision on commercial behaviors of information selling, data service and the like.
Information content legitimacy
In a monitoring network, a government management platform needs to inspect information contents provided by a cloud platform service network cloud platform management platform, wherein the information contents include whether the information is legal, real, healthy and the like.

The cloud computing service and the big data service are shared data storage and transmission services and are directly provided by a cloud platform management platform operator, although a cloud platform service network user platform can customize and lead the operation of required information in an internet of things according to the self requirement and enjoy the service of the cloud platform internet of things, the cloud platform service network user platform cannot directly control data resources stored in the cloud end of the cloud platform management platform, and the data source is not mastered in the user platform.
The monitoring network government management platform monitors the data owned by the cloud platform service network management platform, so that the validity of the information source is ensured, the data information safety of people is guaranteed, and the legal rights and interests of the people user platform are maintained.
As shown in fig. 4, in the cloud platform service network, the sensing network platform is an information transmission channel between the service network object platform and the management platform, which may or may not be a cloud platform, and provides an information source data transmission service for the service network under the organization of the cloud platform management platform, so as to obtain service cost provided by the user platform and meet the network participation benefit requirement of participating in the cloud platform service network.
The monitoring network takes the requirements of people user platforms as the leading factor, and the cloud platform service network sensing network platform is used as an object sub-platform to receive government supervision under government management and participate in networking of the monitoring network. The cloud platform service network sensing network platform bears the function of data transmission between an object platform data owner and a cloud platform management platform operator, plays an important role in aspects of network information transmission, cloud data receiving and the like, and is concerned with the vital interests of all cloud platform data resource users and providers. Therefore, the supervision network government management platform aims at serving the dominance requirement of the people user platform, restricts and standardizes the information transmission behavior of the cloud platform service network sensing network platform, confirms the operation qualification of the legal cloud platform service network sensing network platform operator, guarantees the legal operation rights and interests, and meets the network participation requirement of the cloud platform service network service platform participating in supervision network networking. The cloud platform service network sensing network platform can participate in a supervision network to serve for civil user platforms of supervision network people so as to meet legal requirements of a supervision network government management platform, legally transmit data information for the cloud platform service network object platform and the management platform, and better realize self benefits.
As shown in fig. 5, in the cloud platform service network, data information required by the provider of the information service of the whole service network of the object platform and the user platform is satisfied by the object platform. Under the organization of the cloud platform management platform, an object platform of the cloud platform service network serves as a data provider, and data information is provided for the user platform after being processed by the management platform, so that corresponding reward is obtained, and the network participation requirement of the user platform is met.
Under the supervision of a supervision network government management platform, the cloud platform service network object platform is used as a sub-platform of the supervision network object platform to receive government supervision, participate in networking of a supervision network and receive supervision management of the supervision network government management platform in the aspect of information sources.
The cloud platform service network object platform is used as a data provider of the cloud platform service network, and can be an owner of information and an authorized user of the information. When the cloud platform business network object platform uses not all the information data of the cloud platform business network object platform, authorization of users of the internet of things of information sources is required. The monitoring network government management platform monitors the cloud platform service network object platform and needs to monitor whether the information source is authorized or not.
The authorized user of the information can be any one platform in the information source internet of things, but when the information amount in the information source internet of things is large and the number of users is large, the users are authorized to the management platform in the information source internet of things in a unified mode to carry out overall management on the information, and therefore under the general condition, the management platform in the information source internet of things is an object platform in a cloud platform business network. Fourthly, when the range of the user platform in the cloud platform service network is enlarged or the use range of the information is changed, the object platform of the cloud platform service network needs to obtain the authorization of the user in the internet of things of the information source again; in the internet of things, the acquisition of information is equivalent to the acquisition of data, and the transmission of control information such as commands in the information is also transmitted through the data.
When any platform in the authorization network uses the information, the user platform of the information source internet of things already defines the use range and the specific application of the information, and when any platform obtains some information authorized to be used by the user platform, the information can only be used in the set range and the application to express the set function. When any platform in the information source internet of things becomes a cloud platform service network object platform, and the application range and the application of authorizer information provided for the cloud platform service network are changed, the information source internet of things user platform must authorize the new application range and the new application of the authorizer information.
The government management platform of the monitoring network monitors the authorized use range and the use of the data information provided by the cloud platform service network object platform, and whether the authorized information is changed or not needs to be monitored, so that the information operated in the cloud platform service network is ensured to be authorized again, the information safety of a data authorizer is guaranteed, and the rights and interests of the population of the user platform are maintained.

establishing a service network and a monitoring network based on the structure of the Internet of things; the Internet of things structure comprises a user platform, a service platform, a management platform, a sensing network platform and an object platform which are sequentially interacted;
the service network and the monitoring network share the same user platform, the service network provides service for users, and the monitoring network monitors the service network under the authorization of the user platform.
2. The intelligent city network supervision method based on the user platform according to claim 1, wherein the supervision network comprises a user platform, a supervision service platform, a supervision management platform, a supervision sensing network platform and a supervision object platform which are sequentially communicated and interacted;
taking a service platform, a service management platform, a service sensing network platform and a service object platform of the service network as supervision object platforms of a supervision network;
the monitoring sensing network platform acquires monitoring data in a monitoring object platform and interacts the monitoring data to the monitoring management platform and/or transmits control information issued by the monitoring management platform to the monitoring object platform;
the supervision management platform carries out comprehensive overall management on the whole supervision network and provides perception control service for the user platform through the supervision service platform.
3. The smart city network supervision method based on the user platform as claimed in claim 2, wherein the acquiring of supervision data in the supervision object platform by the supervision sensing network platform comprises:
the supervision sensing network platform acquires data through interaction with the service platform, the service management platform, the service sensing network platform and/or the service object platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in service information and information sources of the service platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in management information and operation information of the service management platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in the information transmission service of the business sensing network platform;
and the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data from the data provided by the service object platform.
4. The intelligent city network supervision method based on the user platform according to claim 1, wherein the user platform is a people user platform, and the people user platform is composed of the people group as a whole; the monitoring network is a government monitoring network; the government monitoring network provides monitoring service for people under the authorization of people users and monitors the service network.
5. Wisdom city network supervisory systems based on user platform, its characterized in that includes:
service network: the system is used for providing business service for users;
monitoring the network: used for supervising the service network;
the business network and the supervision network are established based on an Internet of things structure, and the Internet of things structure comprises a user platform, a service platform, a management platform, a sensing network platform and an object platform which are sequentially interacted;
the service network and the monitoring network share the same user platform, the service network provides service for users, and the monitoring network monitors the service network under the authorization of the users.
6. The smart city network monitoring system based on user platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein the monitoring network comprises:
a user platform: receiving the service of the monitoring network;
the supervision service platform comprises: for providing administrative service information to the user platform, and/or receiving user control information;
a supervision management platform: the system is used for carrying out comprehensive overall management on the whole monitoring network;
a supervision object platform: the monitoring network is used for providing sensing information for the monitoring network and/or executing control;
the supervision sensing network platform comprises: the system comprises a monitoring object platform, a monitoring management platform and a monitoring management server, wherein the monitoring object platform is used for acquiring monitoring data in the monitoring object platform and interacting the monitoring data to the monitoring management platform and/or transmitting control information issued by the monitoring management platform to the monitoring object platform;
and the service platform, the service management platform, the service sensing network platform and the service object platform of the service network are used as supervision object platforms of the supervision network, and the supervision management platform provides perception control service for the user platform through the supervision service platform according to the supervision data.

The smart city network monitoring system based on user platform as claimed in claim 6, wherein the monitoring sensing network platform acquires data through interaction with the service platform, the service management platform, the service sensing network platform and/or the service object platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in service information and information sources of the service platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in management information and operation information of the service management platform;
the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data in the information transmission service of the business sensing network platform;
and the supervision sensing network platform acquires supervision data from the data provided by the service object platform.

The smart city network monitoring system based on user platform as claimed in claim 6, wherein the monitoring service platform, the monitoring management platform, the monitoring sensing network platform and the monitoring object platform each comprise a plurality of sub-platforms; the type of the sub-platform corresponds to the type of the service network;
when the service network needs to be supervised, the supervision network selects the sub-platform matched with the service network to supervise the service network.

The system according to claim 5, wherein the user platform is a people user platform, and the people user platform is composed of the whole people; the monitoring network is a government monitoring network; the government monitoring network provides management service for people under the authorization of people users and supervises the service network.
10. The smart city network monitoring system based on user platform as claimed in claim 5, wherein one or more platforms in the service network or/and monitoring network can be cloud platform.
