The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the mounting plate 2 is welded in the box body 1 by using screws, then three groups of diodes 8 are respectively welded between two adjacent conducting blocks 3, then two cables 10 are inserted into the box body 1, the left ends of the two cables 10 penetrate to the left side of the partition plate 9, two cable cores 11 in the two cables 10 are respectively contacted with right connecting sheets 7 positioned at the front side and the rear side, then the two right connecting sheets 7 and the two cable cores 11 are welded, then the bottom of the box body 1 is rubberized, lead wires of the photovoltaic module are correspondingly inserted into four first connecting ports 6, the lead wires sequentially penetrate through four second connecting ports 18 and four clamping ports 5, meanwhile, the box body 1 is fixed on the photovoltaic module by glue at the bottom, then the lead wires of the photovoltaic module are respectively welded with the four left connecting sheets 4, after the welding is finished, glue is poured into the box body 1, and after the glue is cured, two inserting blocks 131 are inserted corresponding to the two first clamping blocks 13, the two second clamping blocks 135 are compressed when the inserting blocks 131 are inserted into the first clamping blocks 13, the two second clamping blocks 135 are retracted through the two first telescopic rods 133 respectively, after the two second clamping blocks 135 correspond to the two clamping grooves 132 respectively, the two second clamping blocks 135 are clamped into the two clamping grooves 132 through the elastic force of the two springs 134 respectively, so that the inserting blocks 131 are fixed, the upper cover 12 is fixed at the upper end of the box body 1, the junction box is installed, in the installation process of the junction box, the upper cover 12 compresses the pressing block 144 through the limiting groove 16 at the lower end of the connecting block 15, the pressing block 144 enables the two sliding rods 142 to slide in the two sliding sleeves 141 through the two connecting rods 143 respectively, the two sliding rods 142 move away from each other, the two cables 10 pass through the two arc-shaped clamping grooves 148 in the process of inserting the box body 1, the annular grooves 149 on the surfaces of the two cables 10 are respectively located in the two arc-shaped clamping grooves 148, the two arc-shaped clamping rings 146 are respectively clamped in the two arc-shaped clamping grooves 148, the two cables 10 are fixed, when the junction box needs to be disassembled, the two push rods 130 are pressed upwards, the push plate 138 moves upwards through the two sliding blocks 137, the two push plates 138 enable the two second clamping blocks 135 to retract through the two first telescopic rods 133 through the two connecting rods 139, when the two second clamping blocks 135 retract and are not clamped in the two clamping grooves 132, the upper cover 12 is ejected upwards by the elastic force generated by the reset spring 145, and the disassembly of the junction box is completed.
