Step S2: the leading-out wires of the photovoltaic module are inserted into the four first connecting ports 6 in a corresponding mode, the four leading-out wires of the photovoltaic module sequentially penetrate through the four second connecting ports 18 and the four clamping ports 5, then the leading-out wires of the photovoltaic module are bent, the four leading-out wires of the photovoltaic module are respectively contacted with the four left connecting pieces 4, and then the four leading-out wires and the four left connecting pieces 4 are welded one by one.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the mounting plate 2 is welded in the box body 1 by using screws, then three groups of diodes 8 are respectively welded between two adjacent conducting blocks 3, then two cables 10 are inserted into the box body 1, the left ends of the two cables 10 penetrate to the left side of the partition plate 9, two cable cores 11 in the two cables 10 are respectively contacted with right connecting sheets 7 positioned at the front side and the rear side, then the two right connecting sheets 7 and the two cable cores 11 are welded, then the bottom of the box body 1 is rubberized, lead wires of the photovoltaic module are correspondingly inserted into four first connecting ports 6, the lead wires sequentially penetrate through four second connecting ports 18 and four clamping ports 5, meanwhile, the box body 1 is fixed on the photovoltaic module by glue at the bottom, then the lead wires of the photovoltaic module are respectively welded with the four left connecting sheets 4, after the welding is finished, glue is poured into the box body 1, and after the glue is cured, two inserting blocks 131 are inserted corresponding to the two clamping blocks 13, the two clamping blocks 135 are compressed when the inserting block 131 is inserted into the clamping block 13, the two clamping blocks 135 are respectively retracted through the two first telescopic rods 133, after the two clamping blocks 135 respectively correspond to the two clamping grooves 132, the two clamping blocks 135 are respectively clamped into the two clamping grooves 132 through the elasticity of the two springs 134, so that the inserting block 131 is fixed, the upper cover 12 is fixed at the upper end of the box body 1, the junction box is installed, in the installation process of the junction box, the upper cover 12 compresses the pressing block 144 through the limiting groove 16 at the lower end of the connecting block 15, the pressing block 144 enables the two sliding rods 142 to respectively slide in the two sliding sleeves 141 through the two connecting rods 143, the two sliding rods 142 move away from each other, the two cables 10 pass through the two arc-shaped clamping grooves 148 in the process of being inserted into the box body 1, and the annular grooves 149 on the surfaces of the, two arc rand 146 block connect to two arc draw-in grooves 148 respectively in, make two cable conductor 10 fix, when the terminal box needs to be dismantled, through upwards pressing two push rods 130, make push pedal 138 upwards move through two sliders 137, two push pedal 138 make two fixture blocks 135 retract through two first telescopic links 133 through two connecting rods 139, when two fixture blocks 135 retract and do not block in to two draw-in grooves 132, the elasticity that reset spring 145 produced ejecting upper cover 12 upwards, accomplish the dismantlement of terminal box.
