Detailed Description
At present, patients need to register after arriving at hospitals to start their treatment. The normal registration process is as follows: after a patient arrives at a hospital, the patient or family members firstly register at a registration window, then a doctor makes an electrocardiogram examination request form, and after the patient finishes paying, the patient goes to an electrocardiogram room for examination and printing an electrocardiogram report, and then holds a paper report to find a registered doctor to continue diagnosis and treatment.
But in emergency situations such as: in the case of unconsciousness or critical illness, the patient needs to be diagnosed without registration, and the patient is examined and tested during the diagnosis, so as to obtain an examination report (such as an electrocardiogram report) of the patient. However, because the patient is not registered, the identity of the patient cannot be confirmed and further cannot be related to the patient information, the patient information of the patient cannot be related to the electrocardiogram report of the patient, and the problems that the electrocardiogram report of the patient cannot be filed and the medical record file cannot be timely recovered are caused. A large hospital has dozens of patients with the disease every day, so that the information of the patients is incomplete, and great challenges are brought to the normal operation of the hospital.
Based on this, the present embodiment provides an electrocardiogram report correlation method, an apparatus and an electronic device, when a code scanning device is used to scan a two-dimensional code carried by a patient and a two-dimensional code set on an electrocardiogram report to obtain patient information of the patient and a report identifier, an electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier is queried from a correspondence between the electrocardiogram report and the report identifier, and then the patient information of the patient is correlated with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier, so that the patient information of the patient and the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier can be correlated, thereby archiving the electrocardiogram report of the patient and enabling medical records to be timely recovered.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, the present application is described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1
The execution subject of the electrocardiogram report correlation method proposed by the present embodiment is a computing device used by a doctor.
The computing device may be any personal computer and notebook computer capable of associating with electrocardiogram reports in the prior art, which is not described in detail herein.
The computing equipment is respectively connected with code scanning equipment and printing equipment.
And the code scanning equipment is used for scanning the two-dimensional code and acquiring information carried by the two-dimensional code.
The printing device is used for printing the electrocardiogram report.
To associate an electrocardiogram report with patient information, an electrocardiogram report may first be assigned a report identification when the electrocardiogram report is generated. In order to assign report identifiers to electrocardiogram reports, the electrocardiogram report correlation method proposed in this embodiment may perform the following steps (1) to (2):
(1) when an electrocardiogram report of a patient is acquired, allocating a report identifier to the electrocardiogram report, and generating a corresponding relation between the electrocardiogram report and the report identifier;
(2) and generating a two-dimensional code based on the report identification, and setting the two-dimensional code on the electrocardiogram report.
In the step (1), the computing device may generate an electrocardiogram report of the patient during the electrocardiographic examination of the patient, acquire the electrocardiogram report of the patient when the electrocardiographic report of the patient is completely generated, generate a hexadecimal random number as a report identifier by using a hexadecimal random number generator running on the computing device itself, and allocate the generated report identifier to the electrocardiogram report of the patient.
In the above step (2), in order to generate the two-dimensional code, the following steps (21) to (23) may be performed:
(21) performing hash calculation on the report identifier to obtain a hash value of the report identifier, and performing binary processing on the report identifier to obtain a binary string of the report identifier;
(22) acquiring a digital certificate list of the hospital and a private key, performing signature operation on the hash value of the report identifier by using the private key to obtain a signature value of the report identifier, and binding the digital certificate list of the hospital on the signature value of the report identifier;
(23) and encrypting the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list, and generating a two-dimensional code based on the binary string of the report identifier and the encrypted signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list.
In the step (21), the report identifier is subjected to binary processing, that is, a hexadecimal character string in the report identifier is converted into a binary character string, so as to obtain the binary character string of the report identifier.
In the step (22), the hospital digital certificate list and the private key are stored in the hospital server. The hospital's server is able to interact with the computing devices used by the doctors.
Therefore, the computing device used by the doctor can obtain the hospital's digital certificate list and private key from the hospital's server.
The private key of the hospital is distributed to the computing equipment used by the doctor by the server of the hospital when the computing equipment used by the doctor is connected with the server of the hospital.
The private key pair of the hospital uses the public key of the hospital, and the public key of the hospital is stored in a server of the hospital.
The process of signing by using a private key and the process of binding the digital certificate list of the hospital to the signature value of the report identifier are the prior art, and are not described herein again.
In the step (1), the correspondence between the generated report flag and the electrocardiogram report is stored in a server in the hospital.
In the step (23), the existing encryption algorithm (e.g., a permutation cipher algorithm and a DES encryption algorithm) is used for encrypting the signature value of the report identifier bound with the digital certificate list of the hospital, and a specific encryption process is the prior art and is not described herein again.
The process of generating the two-dimensional code based on the binary string of the report identifier and the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list after encryption processing is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
After the electrocardiogram report provided with the two-dimensional code is obtained through the above steps (21) to (23), the following flow of steps 100 to 104 may be continued to associate the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report of the patient.

(2) decrypting the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list after encryption processing to obtain the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list;
(3) acquiring the public key of the hospital, and decrypting the signature value of the report identifier bound with the digital certificate list of the hospital to obtain a hash value of the report identifier bound with the digital certificate list of the hospital;
(4) performing hash calculation on the binary character string of the report identifier to obtain a verification hash value;
(5) when the verification hash value is consistent with the hash value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list, acquiring the hospital digital certificate list bound on the signature value of the report identifier;
(6) and when the user digital certificate list has the hospital digital certificate list bound on the signature value of the report identifier, encoding the binary character string of the report identifier to obtain the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report.
In the step (1), the two-dimensional code set on the electrocardiogram report is scanned by using a code scanning device, so that the two-dimensional code set on the electrocardiogram report can be decoded, the binary string of the report identifier and the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list after encryption processing are obtained, and the obtained binary string of the report identifier and the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list after encryption processing are sent to a computing device used by a doctor, so that the computing device used by the doctor can obtain the binary string of the report identifier and the signature value of the report identifier bound with the hospital digital certificate list after encryption processing.
In the step (3), the public key of the hospital is stored in the server of the hospital, and the computing device used by the doctor can obtain the public key of the hospital from the server of the hospital.
In the step (6), the user digital certificate list is cached in the server of the hospital, and is used for storing all digital certificate lists of the hospital having the authority of acquiring report identification.
And coding the binary character string of the report identifier, namely performing hexadecimal processing on the binary character string of the report identifier to obtain the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report.
Through the process of generating the two-dimension code on the electrocardiogram report by using the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report and scanning the two-dimension code on the electrocardiogram report by using the code scanning equipment, the process of obtaining the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report can be seen, the operations of encryption, Hash calculation and certificate verification are carried out in the process of generating the two-dimension code, the safety problem caused by tampering of the two-dimension code by a malicious user can be avoided, and the use reliability of the two-dimension code is improved.
After the patient information of the patient and the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report are obtained in the above step 100, the following steps 102 and 104 may be continued to associate the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier.
And 102, inquiring the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification from the corresponding relation between the electrocardiogram report and the report identification.
Here, the computing device used by the doctor may generate an electrocardiogram query instruction based on the report identifier of the electrocardiogram report, and transmit the generated electrocardiogram query instruction to the server of the hospital to query the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier in the correspondence relationship between the electrocardiogram report and the report identifier.
After the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification is obtained through inquiry, the server of the hospital feeds back the inquired electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification to the computing equipment used by the doctor.
And 104, associating the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification.
In step 104, the computing device used by the doctor may display the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier for the doctor to view while associating the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier. Further, by associating the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification, the correspondence between the patient information of the patient and the electrocardiogram report can be obtained. After the corresponding relationship between the patient information of the patient and the electrocardiogram report is obtained, the computing device used by the doctor sends the obtained corresponding relationship between the patient information of the patient and the electrocardiogram report to a server of a hospital for patient medical record filing operation.
In summary, the present embodiment provides an electrocardiogram report associating method, when a code scanning device is used to scan a two-dimensional code carried by a patient and a two-dimensional code set on an electrocardiogram report to obtain patient information of the patient and a report identifier, an electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier is queried from a correspondence between the electrocardiogram report and the report identifier, and then the patient information of the patient is associated with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier, which can associate the patient information of the patient with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identifier, compared with a manner in the related art that the patient is not registered, so that the electrocardiogram report of the patient cannot be filed and a medical record file cannot be timely recovered, so that the electrocardiogram report of the patient is filed and the medical record file can be timely recovered; moreover, the patient information of the patient is associated with the electrocardiogram report corresponding to the report identification, so that doctors can conveniently check the electrocardiogram report of the patient.
