the portal management submodule 11 is configured to manage and set basic portal information, where the basic portal information includes home page information, customer service information, price information, contact information, enterprise registration information, and login interface information;
the client management submodule 12 is configured to manage and set client basic information, where the client basic information includes registration audit information, application audit information, payment confirmation information, client state information, wallet management information, and client log information;

As shown in fig. 6, the organization homepage sub-module 21 is configured to manage and set organization homepage information, where the organization homepage information includes organization attribute information, industry news information, project dynamic information, market dynamic information, organization notice information, and data reports;
the project home page sub-module 22 is configured to manage and set project home page information, where the project home page information includes project list information, project progress information, project task information, project risk information, project cost information, and project statistical information;
the personal home page sub-module 23 is configured to manage and set personal home page information, where the personal home page information includes shortcut entry information, task to-do information, flow to-do information, my message information, my schedule information, and my team information;

a task publisher sets and creates a task, and the created task is distributed to a certification market along with the distribution of a circulation type certification in the certification market for a task taker to perform task operation; a task acquirer claims a task from the general evidence market and generates a task getting record at the same time; a task publisher and a task receiver monitor the task execution progress and the task getting record in real time; the task acceptance person accepts the completed task and completes the circulation type evidence-passing transaction after the task is accepted; authorizing and issuing the circulation-type pass certificate after the transaction is completed to a task taker; storing all transaction data of the circulation type pass certificate to be recorded on a blockchain system;
the accreditation issuer manages and configures the rights and interests accreditation to be issued, issues the rights and interests accreditation to the accreditation market after the configuration is completed, realizes the intelligent contract generation of the accreditation, and issues an incentive plan and an incentive condition in the rights and interests intelligent contract to supply to members of the organization for reference; the incentive plan is linked up in an intelligent contract mode; when the organization member meets the trigger condition of the incentive plan, completing the equity awarding type pass-through transaction of the equity incentive according to the incentive plan; issuing the equity type pass certificate after the transaction is completed to the organization member; all transaction data storing the entitlement voucher will be recorded on the blockchain system.
