the recharging platform end comprises a plurality of recharging platforms, the recharging platform at the downstream responds to the recharging request of the recharging center end, the recharging platform at the upstream is searched, the recharging request is forwarded, and the forwarding behavior is written into the block chain;
and the operator terminal receives the recharging request forwarded by the recharging platform terminal, recharges, feeds back the recharging state layer by layer until the final state is fed back to the user terminal, and writes the recharging state information and the feedback state information into the block chain.
