After the data collection is completed, the system automatically flows to an audit node, the node audits the input leased object information, if the audit is not passed, the information is returned to the information input node and is modified or supplemented by workers, and the audit is performed again after the completion until the audit is passed, and the above parts can set a double post recheck or more rigorous audit mode according to the actual business requirements so as to ensure the correctness and integrity of the leased object information. The information modularization technology and the process control technology used in the embodiment greatly improve the working efficiency, the cooperation among posts, the safety and the reliability of data and the like on the basis of the existing electronic information management system of the leasehold. The embodiment divides the leased object information into a leased object basic information module, a leased object list module, an investigation report module, an insurance information module, a contract information module, an invoice information module, a value management module and the like on the basis of the existing leased object electronic information management technology, introduces a process control technology, automatically distributes tasks according to different post responsibilities, and avoids the situation of unclear responsibilities. Through the measures, the entry of the leasehold information is more indirect, the auditing is more efficient, the information is safer, the updating is more timely, and the information of each module is more closely related.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a management apparatus for rental item information according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, which can execute the management method for rental item information according to the foregoing embodiments. Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus includes: an attribute information acquisition module 510, an attribute information filling module 520 and an integrity judgment module 530.
The attribute information acquiring module 510 is configured to respond to a management application request of a target rental item, and acquire at least one attribute information of the target rental item;
an attribute information filling module 520, configured to fill the attribute information in different data entries according to the content of the attribute information, to obtain entry attribute information;
the integrity judgment module 530 is used for judging whether the target rental object meets the information integrity condition according to the item attribute information; and if the target leased object is determined to meet the information integrity condition, uploading the attribute information of each item of the target leased object to a management system for the user to inquire the information of the leased object.
According to the scheme of the embodiment, the attribute information acquisition module responds to a management application request of the target rental object to acquire at least one attribute information of the target rental object; respectively filling the attribute information into different data items through an attribute information filling module according to the content of the attribute information to obtain item attribute information; judging whether the target rental item meets the information integrity condition or not according to the item attribute information through an integrity judgment module; if the target leased object is determined to meet the information integrity condition, the item attribute information of the target leased object is uploaded to the management system for the user to inquire the leased object information, so that the problems that errors are easy to occur and a large amount of manpower is consumed voluntarily by manually inputting the leased object information are solved, the automatic input of the leased object information can be realized, the information of the leased object is managed, and a basis is provided for the leasing work of the subsequent leased object.
Optionally, the attribute information obtaining module 510 includes: a text information identification submodule and an attribute information determination submodule;
the text information identification submodule is used for scanning all documents related to the target rental goods and identifying the text information of the documents;
the attribute information determining submodule is used for determining each attribute information of the target rental goods according to the text information; wherein the document comprises a paper document and/or an electronic document; the content of the document includes textual content and/or image content.
Optionally, the text information identification submodule is specifically configured to identify text information of the document through a character identification technology when the content of the document is a text content; and/or, when the content of the document is image content, identifying the text information of the document through a natural language processing technology.
Optionally, the attribute information determining sub-module is specifically configured to retain text information related to each attribute information of the target rental item, and delete text information unrelated to each attribute information of the target rental item.
Optionally, the attribute information filling module 520 is specifically configured to identify a data entry keyword in each attribute information; and according to the identification result, filling each attribute information into the data entry matched with the identified data entry keyword to obtain entry attribute information.
Optionally, the integrity determination module 530 is specifically configured to determine that the target rental item meets the information integrity condition if it is determined that the total amount of the attribute information of each item matches the standard amount of the data items, and the attribute information in the attribute information of each item matches the requirement information format of the associated data item.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the attribute information updating module is used for determining target data items according to the attribute information of each item and providing a data correction instruction matched with the target data items to a management applicant of the target leasing object if the target leasing object does not meet the information integrity condition; and after updating the attribute information of each item again according to the correction data fed back by the management applicant of the target leasing object, returning to execute the judgment of whether the target leasing object meets the information integrity condition or not according to the attribute information of each item.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the change module is used for responding to a change request of the attribute information of the target leasing object and displaying each data item of the target leasing object in a man-machine interaction interface mode;
according to the item attribute information currently stored in the target leasing object, filling each attribute information of the target leasing object in a filling area corresponding to each data item;

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device includes a processor 60, a memory 61, an input device 62, and an output device 63; the number of the processors 60 in the electronic device may be one or more, and one processor 60 is taken as an example in fig. 6; the processor 60, the memory 61, the input device 62 and the output device 63 in the electronic apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is exemplified in fig. 6.
The memory 61 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the management method of rental item information in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the attribute information acquisition module 510, the attribute information filling module 520, and the integrity determination module 530 in the management apparatus of rental item information). The processor 60 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 61, that is, implements the management method of the rental item information described above.
The memory 61 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 61 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform a method for managing rental item information, the method including:
responding to a management application request of a target leasing object, and acquiring at least one attribute information of the target leasing object;
according to the content of each attribute information, filling each attribute information in different data items to obtain item attribute information;
judging whether the target rental item meets the information integrity condition or not according to the item attribute information; and if the target leased object is determined to meet the information integrity condition, uploading the item attribute information of the target leased object to a management system so that a user can inquire the leased object information.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the management method of rental item information provided by any embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (21)

1. A management method of rental article information, comprising:
responding to a management application request of a target leasing object, and acquiring at least one attribute information of the target leasing object;
according to the content of each attribute information, filling each attribute information in different data items to obtain item attribute information;
judging whether the target rental item meets the information integrity condition or not according to the item attribute information; and if the target leased object is determined to meet the information integrity condition, uploading the item attribute information of the target leased object to a management system so that a user can inquire the leased object information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining at least one attribute information of the target rental item comprises:
scanning all documents related to the target rental goods, and identifying text information of the documents;
determining each attribute information of the target rental goods according to the text information; wherein the document comprises a paper document and/or an electronic document; the content of the document includes text content and/or image content.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the scanning all documents related to the target rental item and identifying textual information of the documents comprises:
when the content of the document is the literal content, identifying the text information of the document by a character identification technology; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the content of the document is image content, identifying the text information of the document through a natural language processing technology.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining each attribute information of the target rental item from the textual information comprises:
text information related to each attribute information of the target rental goods is reserved, and text information unrelated to each attribute information of the target rental goods is deleted.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the filling each attribute information in different data entries according to the content of each attribute information to obtain entry attribute information comprises:
identifying data entry keywords in the attribute information;
and according to the identification result, filling each attribute information into the data entry matched with the identified data entry keyword to obtain the entry attribute information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the target rental item satisfies the information integrity condition comprises:
and if the total quantity of the item attribute information is matched with the standard quantity of the data items, and the attribute information in the item attribute information is matched with the requirement information format of the associated data item, determining that the target rental article meets the information integrity condition.
7. The method of claim 6, after determining whether the target rental item satisfies an information integrity condition based on the attribute information of each entry, further comprising:
if the target leasing object is determined not to meet the information integrity condition, determining target data items according to the item attribute information, and providing a data correction instruction matched with the target data items to a management applicant of the target leasing object;
and after updating the item attribute information again according to the correction data fed back by the management applicant of the target rental article, returning to execute the judgment of whether the target rental article meets the information integrity condition according to the item attribute information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after uploading each item attribute information for the target rental item to a management system, the method further comprises:
responding to a change request of the attribute information of the target leasing object, and displaying each data item of the target leasing object in a man-machine interaction interface mode;
filling each change attribute information of the target leasing object into a filling area corresponding to each data item according to the item attribute information currently stored in the target leasing object;
and responding to a change confirmation instruction of the attribute information of the target rental item, and generating new item attribute information corresponding to the target rental item according to the current filling content in the filling area of each data item in the human-computer interaction interface.
9. The method according to any of claims 1-8, wherein the attribute information comprises at least one of: basic information, contract information, survey reports, insurance information, invoice information, and value information;
the data entry includes at least one of: basic information data entries, contract information data entries, survey report data entries, insurance information data entries, invoice information data entries, and value information data entries.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising:
responding to a leasing request of a target user, and calculating the matching degree of item attribute information of each leasing in a management system and the leasing request;
recommending at least one reference rental item meeting the rental condition to the target user.
11. A management apparatus of rental item information, comprising:
the attribute information acquisition module is used for responding to a management application request of a target leasing object and acquiring at least one attribute information of the target leasing object;
the attribute information filling module is used for respectively filling the attribute information into different data items according to the content of the attribute information to obtain item attribute information;
the integrity judgment module is used for judging whether the target rental object meets the information integrity condition or not according to the item attribute information; and if the target leased object is determined to meet the information integrity condition, uploading the item attribute information of the target leased object to a management system so that a user can inquire the leased object information.
