Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗胆系结石和泌尿系结石的中药——金石散，它由中草药金钱草、柴胡、枳壳、玄胡、川栋子、白芍、甘草、菜服子、茵陈、虎杖、郁金、山药组成。原料经干燥、去杂质，粉碎后即可按比例配成，其成品可以是任何剂型。该药服用方便，无毒副作用，成本低，效果显著，经临床应用，有效率90％以上，治愈率80％以上。

本发明涉及一种内科治疗胆系结石和泌尿系统结石药物，特别是一种金石散。
目前，国内缺少治疗胆系结石和泌尿系统结石的良药，结石病患者必须采用外科手术治疗方法，这种方法虽能去除结石，但治疗创伤大，病人术后较痛苦，并发症高，且易复发。虽然，目前也有一些内科疗法治疗结石的药物，但现有治疗药物药效较差，无明显溶石、化石、排石作用，治疗效果不佳，某些药物久服对人体还有一定的毒副作用。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种治疗胆系结石和泌尿系统结石的药物——金石散，它药效好，治愈率高，造价低，无毒副作用，不需其它辅助治疗。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂
金钱草30克 柴 胡10克 积 壳15克
玄 胡30克 川栋子20克 白 芍30克
甘 草10克 莱服子30克 茵 陈30克
虎 杖15克 郁 金15克 山 药20克上述组份中各中草药的原料经于燥，去杂质，然后用粉粹机粉粹至细粉，再用颗粒机制成小颗粒，最后再用上述比例配方即可。成品可以是任何一种药剂学上所说的剂型，可以是粉剂。
本发明提供的金石散主治胆系结石、泌尿系统结石。对治疗胆系结石，该药药理作用为：舒肝理气，健脾和胃，通里功下，消散疼痛，攻坚化石，利胆排石；有规律控制胆囊、胆管舒缩，对胆系结石有明显溶解特性。对治疗泌尿系统结石，该药药理作用为：清热理气，健脾益肾，通里功下，消散疼痛，功坚化石，通淋排石。它具有服用方便，无毒副作用，不需住院或其它辅助治疗，只要坚持服药，对胆系结石和泌尿系统结石均能达到治愈目的的优点。该药还集溶石、化石、排石于一体，且排石、大石化小石效果显著，克服了较大结石不能保守治愈的弊端。该药无异味，造价低。
疗效标准和结果与判断指标：
(1)治愈：结石全部排出体外，X线腹平片或者B超检查，结石密影消失，追踪观查5年无复发。
(2)显效：经X线拍片或B超检查，结石明显下降、化小，患者无明显症状。
(3)无效：治疗4个疗程(每个疗程15天)，经X线拍片或B超检查，结石无变化。
(4)结果：经过500例患者临床应用、验证，治愈412人，占90％以上，显效40人，有效12人，无效20人。治愈率95％以，有效率98％以上，患者排出结石827粒，最大直径结石为1.5×3.4厘米，治愈病例最短时间一个星期，50％的病例在三个疗程以内。
本发明的实施例如下：
金钱草30克 柴 胡10克 枳 壳15克
玄 胡30克 川栋子20克 白 芍30克
甘 草10克 莱服子30克 茵 陈30克
虎 杖15克 郁 金15克 山 药20克将上述组份中各中草药的原料经干燥、去杂质，然后用粉碎机粉碎至细粉，再用颗粒机制成小颗粒，最后在用上述比例配方即可包装备用。该药属中药粉剂。
服用方法：
(1)泌尿系结石患者：把药用纱布包好，放在土罐里加水1200毫升，浸泡20分钟，用大火煮沸30分钟，改小火再煎10—15分钟(复煎时，煎开即可)，取药600毫升，复煎加水900毫升，取药600毫升，共煎药4000毫升(再复煎同上)，分6—8次1天内复完，每次复药500毫升。
(2)胆系结石患者：把药用纱布包好，放在土罐里加水1200毫升浸泡20分钟，用大火煎煮沸30分钟，改小火再煎10—15分钟(复煎时，煎开即可)，取药600毫升，复煎加水900毫升，取药600毫升，共取药1200毫升，分2天服完，每次饭前半小时服药200毫升，一天三次。

金钱草30克 柴 胡10克 枳 壳15克
玄 胡30克 川栋子20克 白 芍30克
甘 草10克 莱服子30克 茵 陈30克
虎 杖15克 郁 金15克 山 药20克
2，根据权利要求1所述的金石散，其特征是所说的药剂是任何一种药剂学上所说的剂型。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的金石散，其特征是所说的药剂是粉剂。
