The multimedia information stored in the multimedia information base comprises at least one of a keyword, a creative and an image, wherein the keyword is coupled with the creative and is related to service information, and the image is separately related to the service information; the keywords include generic keywords associated with business information and personalized keywords associated with account information and business information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
In the case that a first multimedia information set associated with account information of the target account and the target service information is stored in the multimedia information base, the target multimedia information is at least part of multimedia information in the first multimedia information set;
